| COMMENTS:I picked up this weeks City Paper and saw your letter to the editor. So I hopped online to peruse your site. It's cool to see a guy that finds a "free" hobby. I personally am pretty heavily involved in geocaching. There's a website www.geocaching.com that is the major site for the hobby/sport/activity. One of the fun things about it is that you adopt a nickname or handle that you use for anonymity and then people often create a business card to drop into the geocaches that they find...kind of as proof that they had visited. So that'd be a fun thing for you to get involved in. I collect those geocaching "signature cards" we call them as well as wooden nickels or poker chips that folks create. I have a couple hundred of each item. If you are interested in seeing what folks come up with drop me an email and I'll send you some links to various databases of sig items that cachers have put together. I'm also gonna put an entry in my blog for your site cause I think it's a neat hobby....and I'm surprised that Donald Trump even HAS a business card. Have more than 50 self-made designs, and are working on "Memorial" cards for US celebrities which passed away so far in 2005. Also have a series called "FLAG CARD". | COMMENTS:Hello My name is gary and i collect business cards from all mayors of which i have over 1,107 different mayor cards in my collection. I would like to trade with other members who also collect mayor cards. one for one. If you do only have a couple of mayor cards that you want to trade for other type of cards then i would try my best to get them to you. I know of no one collecting business cards of only mayors in canada So there for i will take the title of the Mayor of Canadian business cards. Any American collector out their who collects only mayors who wants to be the American Mayor of Business card. | COMMENTS:Awesome site steve! I started collecting in 96 when i was six yrs old, i stopped in 2000 for a few years and now im starting again. I have over 3000 cards. Had I known your site existed at the time, I wouldve sent you my biz card collection consisting of over 10000 cards. Shame on me!!! We both over the years have continued to contribute to this collection. I did'nt know till today that there was a huge ammount of collecting going on out there.
