Christensens i Jyllandsposten, en filmpræst fra jetsettet, der udmærker sig ved ikke selv at have haft kontakt de de forskellige grupper af personer, der kaldes eller kalder sig satanister; i stedet går han efter manden og ikke bolden. Den anden fjendtlige anmeldelse er af den kriste eksorcistpræst Mogens Svendsen, der savner en teologisk vurdering af, at satanisme gør noget uhyggeligt ved sine tilhængere; han mener ikke, jeg (subjektivt, øsnker han vel) har advaret mod den "åndelige virkelighed". Desuden anser djævleuddriveren (der har kløerne i forstyrrede mennesker, der hellere burde søge psykiatrisk behandling), at bogen synes at være mit personlige felttog mod visse kirkelige kredse. Min konklusion på bogen er, at bortset fra CoS er der yderste få satanister i Danmark, borset fra dem, der enten inspireres afa kristne fantasier i Satanic Panic, samt ikke mindst - dem, der kun eksisterer i kristnes fantasier. |

It is still a pleasure to see this webpage is online, thoug I have experienced that it is pretty large and the amount of information on these pages can take some time to read. But this wont keepin me from reading it in the future, but one got to make some priorities. The only sorry thing about this is, that people wont accept the fact that they are using Satanism and satanist as scapegoats for their own sick ideas, sick plots and sick revenges. It just shows that the socalled "selfproclaimed accusers" are doing precisely what they are claiming and accussing satanist for. | Comments: | I find the witch hunt against Sean Manchester, especially by people who have never met him, quite extraordinary! For example, "Monstrous Tales" by Gareth J Medway (Magonia # 76)
Medway, who frequently describes himself as a "pagan scholar, has also become the unofficial spokesman for David Farrant and proffers Farrant's lies and deceits in this article in Magonia # 76 where absolutely no balancing comment or input whatsoever was sought of the subject (or should I say victim?) Sean Manchester. Just about every statement made against and about Sean Manchester in Medway's article owes its origin to David Farrant. Practically everything stated about Sean Manchester is either totally false or grossly distorted ~ and invariably always malicious. Various Magistrate Courts over the years have not believed David Farrant and have overwhelmingly found against him. A Judge and Jury decided not to believe him in 1974 and he was given an almost five year prison sentence for largely black magic crimes that he denied having committed. These included making black magic death threats to people. For that alone he received two years jail. Sean Manchester, on the other hand, has not been charged with any serious offence, and, throughout his life, has never been found guilty of anything whatsoever in the British Law Courts. He has never been proven to be a liar ~ whereas David Farrant certainly has. Farrant's subversive agenda and catalogue of infamy in any one connection is just too long to list here. But, even by Bizarre magazine's standard, he is utterly "monomaniacal" in pursuing his malicious vendetta against Sean Manchester on whom Farrant has projected his resentment toward "Hutchinson"* who, for the most part, remains elusive and untouched. It is perhaps understandable why Farrant feels such resentment ~ given that he lost his first wife to "Hutchinson"* and blames that episode for becoming bankrupt and being evicted ~ but it is both cowardly and unfair of him to transfer this resentment onto Sean Manchester. In his behaviour to a great many others, however, David Farrant has revealed himself over and again to be both a liar and a coward. "Hutchinson" apparently dabbled in Crowlianity and is thought to be responsible for sparking Farrant's obsession with the occult. *("Hutchinson" is the name, given by Farrant to the press, of the man who took photographs that were used successfully by the Crown Prosecution against Farrant at the Old Bailey in June 1974. "Hutchinson," a milkman in the mornings, worked part-time in the afternoons at Sean Manchester's photographic studio darkroom in the mid to late Sixties. For much more about "Hutchinson" read any of the books written by Sean Manchester on this subject, eg The Highgate Vampire (Gothic Press, 1991) ISBN 1872486010. |

I remember the supposed SA cases here in England, and it was so difficult to reason with people who had no knowledge of any kind of "occultism" but who were determined to "rescue" children from pagan families. I was raised by a ceremonial magician - no harm done! - but try explaining that to social workers, counsellors etc. in your professional circle without them getting VERY personal about your family. To try to explain to these people why they are wrong means that you have to justify why you are right and that can mean possibly revealing more about yourself than you are happy with - "coming out" as the sort of person they persecute. I wonder what the next abuse trend will be? |

| Comments: | I was reading the article on "Drugs, Demons & Delusions" and the reference to Rebecca and Elaine, and Dr. Bailey setting up a medical practice in Lapel, Indiana. Even more curious was the claim that Rebecca brought more than "a thousand people" out of hard-core Satanism. I lived in Lapel from 1976 to 1986, and had NEVER heard of any of this. Lapel had approximately 1,200 residents, and the rumor mill in that town was so fierce that everybody knew EVERYTHING about everyone else (nothing else to do there). The publisher of the Lapel Review (Ms. Bodenhorn, I believe) possibly wrote the article in 1982 to spice up subscriptions, although we subscribed to the paper and never heard of such a story. This podunk, back-woods town was primarily run by the KKK, and didn't even have a McDonald's, let alone any medical practices (we went to Anderson for our medical needs). The only thing bigger than gossip was the church. If you didn't believe like they believed, then you were "bound to go to Hell." I was told during my entire stay there that I was going to Hell because I didn't think and act like them. I have to question any religion that puts any credence in an actualy Heaven, Hell, God and Satan; the biggest believers in a real Satan entity being the Christians. Beware of the Christians, for their motives are sneaky. They demonize Satanists to make them less-than-human, so they don't have any qualms about killing them. They did this with "witches" (in my opinion, women who simply wouldn't "put out"), and with the black slaves who practiced what is known as Voodoo. Making black people less- than-human makes it alright for these good Christians to keep them as slaves. The site is great... keep up the great work... |
