| COMMENT: | Please pray for my nephew Matthew. His vehicle ran over an IED (bomb) which split his vehicle in half. He has some back injuries and was shaken pretty badly, and the other members of his unit were okay. He got to come home on leave for 10 days but was sent back to Afganistan to his unit to complete his tour. His tour is up at the end of February, but no one has heard from him since he left. We are all worried about him. The military didn't have an MRI or CT machine to adequately assess his injuries, but they said he was okay to return to duty. Please pray for Matt's continued protection and that his injuries from the bombing were not long lasting. I am also concerned about his mental condition. He hasn't had much time to really think about what happened, but I know there are many emotional issues associated with having been so close to serious injury or death. Without radical surgery and follow-up treatments my doctor said I had one year to live. After prayer and fasting I chose to not have the surgery. God's direction was definite in the matter. I'm a missionary to Native American children and their families. God spoke to me on March 1, 2009 that I was healed of cancer. My body hasn't caught up with my spirit as yet, but I believe God. I also believe for manifested healing of my back and legs so that I can walk normal. I believe for all other infirmity to leave my body also. Both my mother, who had a knee replacement at 78 years of age, and my father at the age of 81, who is legally blind, are now living in their own home again with some housekeeping assistance. I am not a christian by birth I am a christian by faith. I am in love with a boy who is from pentecostal family and he also loves me and we both want to marry. I am from Trivandrum (Kerala). I am servind in Army as a soldier. I am a beliver of jesus in soul. On 25 Feb 2010, I am on leave. During leave I am travel in motorcycle with my mother that time In the place pappanamcode a tipper lorry was hit behind from the motorcycle and my mother fell down on road and that lorry run over my mother. Presently my mother was admitted in PRS hospital Karamana Trivandrum (name is Valsala Kumari). My mother is on ventilator on 08 days and 10 days on ICU. now shifted to ward. God do wonders always and heal so and you are requested to pray for my mother to improve the condition and stand immediatly from bed without help of other persons and become healthy.
I am belonging from a poor family and a huge amount of money (around three lakh) was expended from me for treatment and all the money are asked from third parties for interest. So you are requested to pray for God to able me to return money to those persons as soon as possible. Only sourse of income is me and my father is a labour and not now not able to do hard works during physical diseases. | COMMENT: | Good afternoon Praises! May God be with you. I have a praise report about my mother Juanita who underwent a total knee replacement at the age of 78 on Sept. 4th. She came through the surgery with flying colors and is walking stronger and better than she has in years. She still has some health issures--inflammation in her lower legs and swelling of her feet which make her very uncomfortable. I ask for prayers for a total healing of that. My father Leland is doing well, but it has been difficult for him to see her go through the surgery and rehab. He is 80 years old and is in great health except for his limited vision. He wants to leave the assisted living center as soon as possible, but he needs to have patience to allow her to achieve a full recovery. Thank you for your wonderful prayers for my parents. I KNOW that God heard them and his GRACE was with us on the day of the surgery and during the weeks following it. You are very special to me. |

He is in totaly denial about her need for surgery even though he has seen her suffer with this knee for years. He is essencially blind from macular degeneration so he is very dependent on her. This surgery means they will be going into assisted living at least until she recovers which is a new chapter in their lives. I have had a crazy busy morning with school (ISU). My electrical engineering HW was insurmountable (took 5 hours since 5 this morning). and I had a test in the same class shortly hereafter. I prayed about trusting God and granting me some relief/understanding/calmness. I finished the HW up and found out that the test is not until Thursday. Praise the Lord! It may seem like a small thing, but I try and bring all my petitions, both great and small before the Lord. My teenage son, Nathan, is having difficulty at school specifically with his peer group. He is being torn to do things that he knows are wrong and is having problems coping with the age old pressures that Satan uses to defeat us. We have caught him in half truths and outright lies, which he knows are wrong. He has been grounded off and on all year, and he came to me Friday saying he wants to change schools. His school became a public charter school three years ago. It had been a very strong Christ centered Christian school up until then, and I have noticed a gradual errosion of Christian activities. If we do move him, it will be to a Christian school. Please pray for protection for Nathan, that he will be able to resist temptations, and pray that God's will will be done. I think Nathan needs a new group of Christ centered friends who will encourage him and support him. May we all receive wisdom in knowing how to best handle this situation. |

He, through the blessings of God, had been hired in his field after finishing college, but he got notice two weeks ago that his company had used its funding and its contract may not be renewed in March. So, he and the 150 other employees will find out Mar. 2nd if they still have jobs. The company cut their hours to 1/2 time for the month of February, but Praise the Lord, my son had put away some savings to see him through such times. He has been doing so well with this job and has already received two raises within the four months he has worked there. Please pray that his company will have its contract renewed and allow these fine, hard-working employees to keep their jobs. Please pray especially for those employees who have children to support. Please pray for Don, my friend Donna's father, who is critically ill in ICU with severe heart problems. He is 64 and had to let his health insurance lapse because he could not afford it, so now there are road blocks to him receiving the kind of care he would be getting if he had insurance. He is being kept in a "medicated" coma right now and is on oxygen and a feeding tube. When the doctors brought him out of the coma for a few minutes, he was responsive and was able to obey simple commands so they know that he is able to comprehend. I do indeed have a wonderful Praise Report for my husband's test results. His pathology on his bladder tumor came back negative for malignancy. It was instead an "inverted pappiloma" and was non cancerous. His urologist was 90 % certain that it was cancerous and was pleasantly surprised at the findings. We are ecstatic! We know that no matter what the outcome, God works all things for the GOOD, but this is truly GOOD NEWS. Bless you and thank you for your prayers. |

I have two prayer requests today. Please pray that my son J.J. will have a safe and enjoyable trip as he travels to the U.K. and Ireland over the next two weeks. He has been saving for four years to make this dream a reality. He just graduated from college a week ago, which is such a blessing too. May he bring the Light to those he meets along the way by his words, actions, and deeds and may God protect him each step of the way. Also, my nephew Matt is still in Iraq serving the in National Guard. His group are working at Camp Bocca guarding prisoners and he also drives a Striker vehicle for his unit. May it be more than just a job, but rather a career that God intended for her. Put the right people in her path as she journeys to find the job God intends for her. Give her wisdom and a clear vision of what she should do. Protect her from all evil and fill her with confidence and joy. Also, please pray for my son who just started his last semester of college. Most of his close friends have graduated and moved on, and he is really lonely now. My daughter, Megan, is at a crossroad in her life and needs monumental prayers for God's direction and plan for her. She is working in the television production field now which is challenging and rewarding, but she has been required to work the 1:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. shift. Now, after nearly a year, she still has not be able to cope with being up all night and trying to sleep during the day. It will be several years before she is allowed to go to days because the night crew prepares both the morning and noon news and has a larger staff. The lack of good, deep sleep is taking its toll on her and on her health, and she knows she needs to find a more workable job for her health. Please pray that she will receive a Word of Knowledge from God which will tell her what she must do and help her fulfill God's plan for her. Bless you for your wisdom, dedication, and faithfulness. His professor is demeaning and undermines her students' efforts and teaches with extreme sarcasim. I believe she is under major trials in her life and has brought her exasperation to her classroom where she is projecting it on to her students.
