| Review or Comment: | All About Eve fans won't complain if I contend that it was good that Julianne Regan left the group stranded just hours before the scheduled sessions... While MWP & friends just hoped to make good use of already paid-for studios, the result was astonishing. A superb collection of eleven songs portraying Marty at his best, an unplanned solo record ideally bridging the gap between Spirit Level and Hanging Out In Heaven, containing a hidden, forgotten gem: "Ugly & Cruel," one of the most beautiful in Marty's collection. Highly recommended listening! |
