| Comments: | I've only seen you guys twice and that was probably in or around 1999 at Lightning Jacks.Having played guitar myself for 40 years now i was so impressed with how tight you guys were. I talked to Mark and he said they had only been together for a few years at that time which really impressed me. Mark, your leads blew me away esp. playing Stevie Ray. Your song selections and the way you guys jamed really kept my attention. At the time i talked to you i said i could probably get you to play at the Fireside in Glen Burnie and you said you had wanted to play there. They switched mgt. and i lost track of you guys and now i see your not playing for the time anyway.i thought i had seen in one of the music papers that you were still playing. If by chance you are and you would like to get booked at the Fireside or Nabbs Creek (I think you played there before or Anchor Inn) i can most likely get you booked. Email me if you are playing again or will be in the near future and i'll see if i can hook you up. Normally i wouldn't bother with most bands, but you guys are so good and deserve to be heard by all. We experienced life in the band through a child's eyes; our son Austin. As Austin put it to a friend, "you've got to come see my dad's band, it's ...,it's better than Christmas. He really looked up to "Mr. Larry". Larry, you've touched a child's life in more ways than you know. Ben & Bonnie, thanks for everything. You'll be on the road one day with that little guy's talent. As a lover of Classic rock and not much else, you introduced me to the best of Modern Rock. I burned CD's of your playlist to have 3rd World with me at all times between shows. One is in my car right now. Being a Bass fanatic, I'll always appreciate Larry for being a great friend and role-model after I bought one for myself and, of course, learned 3rd World songs. Even when I moved to Delaware, I would do the drive because I knew it would be worth it. The best of luck to Larry with Crushing Day and to Ben and Mark........enjoy the break but don't let it end! | Comments: | We've been trying to get rid of "little drummer boy" for the last year or so...ever since he said he wouldn't twizzle his sticks while he is playing. Well, not necessarily get rid of him... but more like send him "on a vacation far away" :-) one of these days....maybe :-)
