| Comments: | Just to say hello and thanks again to Frank & Linda. I took my pup (Blac Jac) home on April 20h...Blac Jac born from the litter of Feb 5th. In 5 days Blac Jac will be 3 months old. He starts his puppy kidengarten classes May 19th. Blac Jac has adjusted very fast to his new home, So much that when its time for him to do his business he goes to the back door where I placed a bell on the door knob hanging down and he reaches up to ring the bell...letting me know he needs to go out. He does not do it everytime but he does go to the back door to go out. I did the same thing (hang door bell) with my 2 other Akitas..since past on. Akitas are one smart breed.Thanks again Frank & Linda and good luck with the new litter. |

We first met Linda, Logan and the crew back in Jan '09. I can say this, the first 5 minutes into our meeting, we all felt very comfortable...so comfortable infact, our kids did not want to leave. When I found out they had a breeding and pups do in Feb I sent in my deposit. I met Frank & Linda 4/5/09 and very impressed with their knowledge of the Akita breed. I was even impressed meeting their Akitas. Each Akita had their own personality and very friendly. You could tell right away they (the Akitas) were socialized early on. We recently lost our beloved Akita of 9 years, Samson, to complications of cancer and the sudden onset of bloat. He was progessing very well with the cancer meds, but it was the bloat that took him to the Rainbow Bridge. It was so unexpected. I was not prepared. As I looked through your "In memory of..."page, I found the additional information on bloat. The Akita is one of the most beautiful dogs in existance! It started getting me crazy, I would chase my poor Bear away from his food and water if we just got done playing. old male chow down yesterday.That was a very hard thing for us to do.They become a part of your family. We do not have any children, so our dogs are like are children.We do have a four year old female mix chow/german shepherd, that we adopted after our 12 year old female cchow passed on four years ago. She is a great pet, full of life.It's difficult for Tom and I to think about getting another pet, but we are thinking of Gypsy and of course ourselves.If you could just send information, I would greatly appreciate it. thank you, Debbie P.S. you have beautiful dogs |
