I love you guys! *Manly hugs and back slappings all round*

Hi, boys
Sent Mike an email trying to book you for Oakleaf this year (weekend of 27th July).
Not had a reply yet - hope there's not a problem?
We REALLY missed you last year - Saturday night just went flat, and there was a constant murmur of "what's happened to Golden Apple, then?" "not the same without...." "nobody can replace....." etc
Please tell me I won't have to grovel apologetically to your loyal fans again - I really don't want to get lynched!!
Much love
Carol

Werll, what do you know. You enter 'Golden Apple' and some other magick keywords (such as 'b*stard') into google-sensei and somehow manage to find the homepage. I knew it wouldn't be long before the the band materialised on the web. Been a long time since I saw you (at Oakleaf Events earlier this decade). Good to see you're still going. Pity I can't get across this year from Japan, but would be nice to get in touch.
Hail Eris!

Great News! I have spoken to the Elvis lookalike, he is really up for the idea.In fact he is willing to come over to Manchester in a couple of weeks to meet up to see if there is the potential of working together. He is quite expensive but I think hes really worth it! He comes with all the attachments so to speak.

Hi Both
Was just listening to your any excuse album which is really great by the way, it has just reminded me that at maelstrom we were talking about your next album and you were really interested in using tribute bands and having their different styles represented in your music. Wondered is this still the case? If so I have many contacts within the tribute band world, for example you mentioned Elvis as a potential...Let me know

We, the Disorganising Committee, request the exquisite pleasure of your bawdy ballading at Oakleaf this year (but only if you agree to sing my favourite song!), without which said gathering would not be the same and I'd get drummed off site!
Give us a shout, boys: it's easier than trying to catch you in.

Hi guys
Jez (Cajun) and I (you probably don't remember me, but we have met a few times) are getting married this summer. We will be having a big party at a campsite to celebrate, and I would like to invite you guys - either as guests or the official entertainment - or somewhere between the two.
Jez often cites you guys as the only reason he ever played and sang in public (apparently you forced him to) - which means that without you, we probably wouldn't have met.
I haven't told him I'm inviting you, either... it's gonna be a surprize!
It's August 5th if you're free. Please email me if you are interested.
Nicky

If you are playing, pop into the Shadowcraft marquee and say howdy when you get there.

Hi there! :) This message is for Guy Hepworth. I dont know if you remember me, but I was the Sound Recordist and Editor for "Mistreatment of Mice" at MMU in 2004. I was just browsing through the web looking for familiar faces and old mates (nothing meant by the "old" bit, mate! :) and I found you through this website! Fantastic stuff! So I thought just to drop a line and say hi. "Any Excuse" to get back in touch with a fine actor, eh? :) I really hope you're well, Guy. And hope all is running smoothly with your work. What you been up to these days? Keep in touch let me know how you are. My email is elene_h@hotmail.com Be nice to catch up! Take care of yourself! :) Elene xxxx
