| Comments: | I was looking at all the witness statements for both sides and it seems to me Vincent should not have been sentenced to life without parole. Carrie was a popular girl that came from a good family and the police were trying to close this case a.s.a.p. so they charged and convicted the only logical suspect. I'm not a psychic so I don't know 100% that Vincent didn't have anything to do with Carries disappearance, but I also don't know that he did. With all of the hear say and circumstantial evidence they should have charged him with something less. Then he could be free now and at home with his family. It's only right that Vincent get an appeal!!! |
