| Comments: | I am from the class of 65. My wife and have retired finally for the third time and live on our small farm in Huntsvile, Tx. I try to stay in touch with Suzanne Patrick as much as I can. I know she has now moved but hopefull she and her husband will be back. I am really looking forward to us having "HOPEFULLY" our 50th in a couple of years. I retired from DuPont after 37 years as a Production Supv. and we moved to Huntsville where an old friend talked me into going to work for the state prison system in the facilities dept. Boy was that an experience. When I left them, another friend, talked me into coming out of retirement again to set up a new German companies Safety, Health, Environmental and facilities maintenance programs. After 18 months of doing that and getting the programs going, I said so long and my wonderful wife and I went to Ireland for two weeks ofr our anniversary. I hope this pages gets me back in touch with some my old friends. |

Reading all those messages from everybody brings back some of the greatest memories of my own life and what a blessing it is to have grown up in this area. Even though i left beaumont after my freshman year I still have been able to attend all of the reunions for our 74 class and certainly look forward to attending the one for our 35th year. I now have a home in Lumberton and work for Intergraph as the Vice President of Software Services. I'm recently divorced after 27 years and have no kids. I started a nonprofit in 2004 that sponsors women ages 24 and above to get a college degree and they are paired with a professional woman to be mentored through college and 2 years afterwards. Women join as members and also get to network with other women. The chapter in Dallas has sponsored 10 women. The Beaumont chapter was starting last year and we are working with Lamar to establish the scholarship. Please send me an email if you are interested. |

I married our classmate, Chris Willet in 2003. We live a quiet life between Woodville and Jasper. My mom is 90, lives in my little guest house and my sister, Linda lives next door. My boys are now young men, Cody,28 and Adam,26. No grandchildren, but I do have a lovely daughter-in-law, Brooke. I lost my youngest son, Trent to cancer in Oct.2005 at the age of 22. Brenda Ault Brougher - class of '63 My mother passed away from Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy or HCM. She had a sudden death episode on Jan 22, 2003 while eating breakfast. All efforst to revive her failed. She nor our family knew she had this disease. She passed at the young age of 58. |

I was looking at the memorials, and noticed that neither of my brothers are listed on the memorial page. Both of them were graduates of FHS. My older brother, Cleo Lee Stewart, Jr. passed away on Sept 14, 2004. He was on his job in Argentina and died of a heart attack. He was a 1966 graduate. My second brother, Curtis Taylor Stewart died years ago, approximately 1972, from a auto accident. He was a 1968 graduate of FHS. I just thought I would add them to the memorial list so that others would know of their deaths. I am also a graduate of FHS, also the year of 1968. And, I do remember Maribeth. Sue Tanner, year of 69 is the sister of Pat Tanner Boazman, year of 70. Her son had a heart transplant three weeks ago and went home yesterday doing great!!!!! Pat is the mother of three children, her oldest being Coy Boazman. Coy has one son, Kobi, 3 yrs old. He is greatly loved and there have been many prayers from all over the country for him.
