We have a story about the Rainbow Bridge in our new book GOD’S MESSENGERS: What Animals Teach Us about the Divine. The story titled “Messengers from Heaven” was written by Judy who is from Missoula, Montana. It is about Judy’s therapy dog Molly who passes away and Judy gets confirmation that there really is a Rainbow Bridge and she will meet Molly again in heaven.
Judy’s story was featured in the daily newspaper in Missoula and has done much to comfort those who have lost beloved animal companions. | Comments: | Nice concept, but I would like it to be known to all of you that I, as well as all of you and all creatures in the universe, am a child of God almighty. My pets were created by the one and only Creator of the universe, and I think Him for giving me these gifts in the forms of animal companions. He made them unique and wonderful, just as he made all of us.They must be part of his Divine Plan for my life that He is revealing to me everyday through prayer, thanksgiving, and patience,alldesirable attributes which he has developed in my character over the course of my lifetime. I'm sure He will use these animals to teach me something about myself that I am in need of knowing. Just as he uses every human, animal and spiritual contact in our lives, and every experience, good and bad. Seeing this wonderful and perfect plan revealed throughout not-so-wonderful and imperfect circumstances, situations and lessons is the most exciting and refreshing adventure I can imagine. It is my fervent prayer that every human opens themselves up to this truth and lets God work in their lives through forgiveness and salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ. All you have to do is ask. God is available to us 24/7. We have a direct line to Him. All we have to do is talk to Him like we talk to our best friend, because He is our best friend, and He's always there. Even when not a friend can be found, He is someone who is "closer than a brother." God knows the desires of your heart, and is willing to grant them to you if you accept His love and forgiveness. One perplexing question I ponder is why is it so much more acceptable, mainstream and cooler to invest faith, time and devotion into something such as a goddess, rather than the true and proven love of a Savior who is unchanging, full of love and forgiveness, is always available for a personal relationship with you, and who truly has the power to save and bless?

i like your site! it is nice! I love animals and have a fascination with Freya so that is two good things about it right there! I have a suggestion though. On the first page with the bright yellow/orange/green(whatever color that is!) cats in the background...well it was hard to read. I didn't think it was a very nice collor for one rreason and also it distracted my eyes and made it hard to read the text! just thought i would comment. otherwise it is a great site! -Carolyn |
