Its all what people say it is. This was an experience that we had and PROBABLY never do it again. The Spicer Family would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Elaine and Trevor for giving us this time with them and everyone else who is in the same situation as us. We made such fantastic friends and was able to relax with everyone. On a Sunday afternoon I was surfing the net with my dad, when he decided if he could find any other Thomas Ball's on the net, and we found this website. The strength and courage of your Thomas is a very sad story but very inspiring for other children around the world. Luckily, I have not been so sick, but the story of this Thomas Ball makes me realise how lucky I am, and I should live my life to the full and always do my best. | entry: | Hiya, i just want to say a big thank you to the thomas ball fund, me ste and emma had a great time at the chalet, we had an amazing 4 days away just what we needed before emmas bone morrow transplant tomorrow, we didnt want to come home, it was amazing we done everything we could there all the site seeing emma had an amazing time. we were able to get away and forget for a bit, just seeing her happy and running round like a normal 2 year old should be. I know how you feel as whe i was 7 i got dianosied with Acute myeloid (myelogenous) leukemia (AML).I went throught all of it the good and the bad. I defied the odds and am still alive even thought i got told i had 1 day to live. i am now 22 and had been without leukaemia of 10 years, but only last week the doctor told me it has come back but i will fight on. It was my Idea to take the children as I remembered what a great time we had as a family all those years ago... When I lost you in the caves, how funny was that!
Well, It was a great trip and I think all the Cancer Children had a blast, I enjoyed all the company of all the family's,.. The trip was such a success and I think the best part was that all the family's really got on well... Lovely group of people... We all said that there has to be a reunion now, but we laughed and said somewhere hot next time! But Tom If it wasn't for you all these wonderful things wouldn't have happened for a lot of Family's... | entry: | Well what can I say about Euro Disney !!!! As a family we had a great time. Charlie was so amazed at the lights he said to me "they must have a huge loft to store all of these lights" Even though it was cold it didn`t rain and we learnt to alternate between atractions outdoors for a while then in doors to see a great show & warm up a bit. By the end of the day we were all ready for our beds. The whole trip was fantastic we can not thank you enough for taking us to Disney I can not tell you how much we enjoyed our Holiday.
