| Comments: | This is an EXTREMELY enjoyable site!! I've never heard anyone play the dulcimer like, or as well as, the folks on your various pages. While I have zero interest in playing or purchasing a dulcimer (I'm still working on my guitars, mandolins and banjo..............and I'm 71 so I don't want to take on another project!) the music on this site was great and the instruments shown are simply beautiful. Keep up the good work.....you're bringing some joy to a world that sorely needs it! |

| Comments: | I really like this Events page. Very useful, informative and user-friendly. I also like the Gila Mountain home page as well - well-designed and full of useful and navigable links. It is not clear, however, how to get to the events page from the home page. I wonder if I could link to the Gila Mountain Dulcimers Home page. In addition, I would really like to be able to link directly to the Events page as a separate link - the information would be very useful.
Great job! Laurie |

| Comments: | WOW!!
Thank you, you have a really cool web page, great pics and great sound bites. I am an amateur wood worker (34' from scratch wood sailboat) (numerous rifle stocks from scratch), painter, learning dulcimer player (my teacher is Shelley Stevens), and I have built 6 mtn dulcimers. I am 73 years young, love to travel and am adventurous. My wife and I have been married over 50 years (to each other) and lived aboard "Over Easy" for a year including wintering in the Bahamas. Dulcimer fanatics need to be, at least in part, artist, musician, woodworker and lover of life. Sincerely, Ray Sarchet, Sr New Carlisle, Ohio & Lake Panasoffkee, FL |

| Comments: | Hi Gila,
I've been playing mountain dulcimers for almost 30 years and professionally (finally!) for the last five or so... Both as a musician and as a fellow woodworker, I've ALWAYS believed that one could incorporate truly beautiful artistry into the simplicity of the basic dulcimer design if one chose. How enheartening to see a luthier finally do so, especially in the innovative and beautiful instruments you have here on your website. Your work is an inspiration to both the player and the builder. I think I just may have to buy one of these lovelies, if I can only decide which one! Thanks for a lovely feast to eye and ear... I look forward to my own coming home soon!!! Sincerely, Meign |

| Comments: | I am 60 years young, and discovered the dulcimer about six months ago. I was lucky enough to find the Bayou Dulcimer Club in my area. I have learned so much from them. My problem was, I could not grasp the consept of playing by ear until I read your artical. Thank you so much. Your site has become my second instructor. I'll be back often. C.S. |
