| Comments: | I have loved Frankie since the early 60's. I will always love him. The man and his music is timeless. There is nothing he sings that I could ever imagine not loving. In the 80's I entered a poetry contest, and the poem was dedicated to Frankie Valli. It was published in a book, which I gave to Frankie when he performed at the Sands in Atlantic City,NJ. At that time I worked at Harrah's. I hope the poem and book are still part of his posessions.

| Comments: | i have been a fan since Sherry in 1962. I started college just as the Four Seasons took off. I underwent a metamorphosis during those years. In my mind, my life began when the Four Seasons did & I have ever since felt in some way that Frankie & the group are part of me. There are some intersections: I also hail from Newark, although a different section, I used to work across the road from The Four Seasons bowling alley, whose name the group took, And i count among my good friends a man named Peter Russo, who grew up in the same neighborhood as Frankie and knows him well. I have seen The Jersey Boys 4 times, including the Broadway production at the beginning. I have been to many concerts & try to attend every year here in Florida, where I now live. I admire Frankie for his tenacity, both for how he has handled his personal life despite the heartaches & for his amazing range and special voice. I think that "Stay" & "I've Got You Under My Skin" are 2 of the best covers ever recorded, predicted Rag Doll & Dec 1963 (oh what a night) to go straight to #1 after they were released, and if I coukd spend some time with Frankie Valli like you did, I would be forever grateful. | Comments: | I have listened to The Four Seasons from the time was in my mom's tummy to present day. I am named after the song "Sherry". My mother was pregnant with me while going to college the winter of 1989. She loved the song "Sherry"! While on her way to school one day I kicked as the song played. She said at that moment she knew that had to be my name..It was fate. I went to see Frankie Valli in concert in Prior Lake, MN 10-27-11. I am so glad I got to hear "Sherry" live! Frankie you still have an amazing voice! I will be sure to catch your show the next time you are in Minnesota!

| Comments: | Hi Frankie...just couldn't pass up the opportunity to contact you via this web site.. I toured with you in the 70's from 1975-1980 as your east coast trombone player and copyist..Duke Natoli hired me..I also re-wrote tunes for you in lower keys when you needed them.(Lee Shapiro gave me the scores) Much of the music in the book was recopied by me. The reason I say all this is knowing you're still touring, if you need my services in either of the above mentioned capacity I would love to work with you again..Seeing Jersey Boys brought back fond memories of that tour in the 70's..the last thing I copied for the band was Grease Is the Word..I believe was 1979..Lee said no one played the trombone book better than I...All the best to you, Frankie..

It was great to hear you sing all the 4 Seasons music and the new songs as well. Your voice sounds just like it did in the 60's!! The show was terrific and the 4 Seasons singing and dancing was just the greatest! Thank you for coming to Charlotte and bringing back so many memories. Like you said at the show on Saturday "what took you so long"?! Hope you'll come back again soon. |

| Comments: | It's Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 and I can't wait to see Frankie Sunday night in Raleigh, N.C. I absolutely love him. I play his songs old and new (Romancing the 60's) all the time. What a voice and of course he is as cute as ever. I saw him in 2009 but seats were not as good as the ones I'll have on Sunday, Yeah. I know his performance will be as good as ever and the AURA around him is just breathtaking. I'd love to talk to him about having twins as I do too? Maybe Frankie????? |

Anyway, making a point that I'm not the typical audience member, but I swear it was the best concert I've ever been to. I thought he presented himself as a true musician, and frankly, I was absolutely in awe the entire performance. I obviously had heard some of his music in movies and whatnot without knowing who he was, but I just wanted to say "Frankie, you hit it out of the ballpark!!!"

Honestly, I have seen Frankie Valli about ten times over the past 35 years and was expecting much of the same. I was bowled over by the exceptional choreography, good looking talented "seasons" and Frankie's fantastic voice. He's still got it!! The Four Seasons behind him were a sight to behold. You couldn't look away. The singing and dancing, unbelievable. What an absolutely exciting night. I only wish I could have met him yesterday and taken a picture. |

| Comments: | I gave some rememberences of Tommy Devito and Frankie Valli many years ago in East Orange NJ via an email in the Biography section of this website. I would like to make a few comments concerning the Bob Dylan cuts the Seasons made back in the 60's. I recently obtained a copy of the Rhino reissue of the Phillips recording, "The Four Seasons sing the hits of Burt Bacarach, Hal David and Bob Dylan." I remember reading a review by someone who claimed the Dylan cuts were outstanding renditions of Dylans songs. When I listened to the songs, I was amazed to the dynamic range of Valli and how impressed I was with the background vocals of the group while performing these songs. My complaint is that the recording back then lacked the technology of today, and if these cuts could be re-enginered for todays technology, they would be incredible! The songs are so well done and in the Seasons classic form, that they are better than Dylans versions. I anm not taking away anything from Bob Dylan in saying that, but the Seasons versions rock, and with new engineering to these cuts, they would be wonderful. Any real Seasons fans out there who are involved in the music biz, see if these masters exist for these Dylan songs by the Four Seasons, and these forgotten Seasons songs could be enjoyed by many fans of the Four Seasons who have not heard the songs to date. They are rare and not in collections other than "Don't Think Twice! If Bob Gaudio has the chance to read these comments, I hope he could do something to bring these great songs out with the chance to really hear the production the way it was intended to be heard. Thanks for all of the great music and the great years you gave us. Long live the Four Seasons! |

Thank you for creating such a distict, unique and beauitful sound and for touching so many millions of lives with your music. I am now 23 and have been following the Seasons since I was 10. I have enjoyed seeing Frankie almost 40 times so far. I can never forget the memory of seeing my first show when my mother took me. Frankie has inspired this young singer! I have now been making a living at my music for five years. On my new album, I recorded "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" as a duet with my lovely girlfriend Valerie. I can't wait to see the show at the Fox Theater in June! God Bless you always, Matt Barber |

| Comments: | As a young girl in the early 60's, I fell in love with The Four Seasons (Frankie Valli) and their music, cherishing the vinyl. Unfortunately, those albums didn't make the transition into adulthood.
After seeing "Jersey Boys", I've fallen all over again, head over heals, for the group whose songs put me to sleep at night and woke me in the morning! My new CD of their remastered songs is quickly wearing out. I just hope Frankie & the Four Seasons find their way to Chicago very soon! |

I would lower myself into the bathtub and leave that arm hanging out!!! I just wish I would have had my autograph book with me that night. | Comments: | R.E. Could you please forward this to Frankie Vallis business managerDear Frankie Valli,
Let me briefly introduce myself please. My name is Ric Orisak, award winning graphic designer initially from New York, now living in San Diego. I am working in conjunction with the Morrison Hotel Gallery, a fine art rock 'n roll photography gallery that has locations in La Jolla CA, Los Angeles, and 3 in New York. They also have an on-line gallery that I recommend you go to and view the kind of quality photography showing some of the greatest rock n' roll legends along with jazz greats of all time. Even the photographers who took some of the photographs are world renowned, like Herman Leonard and Francis Wolff, Blue Note jazz photographer, record producer and executive, Henry Stanford Ditz and many others. Please view the website at: http://www.morrisonhotelgallery.com Some of the groups presently displayed: The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Eric Clapton, Led Zepplin, Bob Dylan, Jimmy Hendrix, Sara Vaughn, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong and many more legends. What Richard Horowitz (one of the owners of the Morrison Gallery) was missing in his on-line and literal galleries were the "early days" or legends of rock 'n roll, like yourselves. I being a lover of doo wop presented the idea to him and he loved it. What idea? Getting vintage, classic and candid photographs of the early legends of rock 'n roll to sell via the on line gallery and the literal Soho gallery in New York, N. Y. What a great opportunity for you folks to market yourselves in a different venue and expand your branding. All your fans have your music in their homes around the world, why not have your pictures hanging on their living room walls. What a great conversation piece! It could be some nice passive income in lieu of these difficult economic times. If you are interested in the idea I would love to send you a Word doc "business proposal". You could review it carefully with the decision maker/business manager that’s handling the group. We would find Frankie Valli to be an asset to this exciting business venture. We need at least 4 or 5 groups (legends) to start with and to open this new section of the gallery in Soho New York. We would like for you to be included in the "first group" of legends that will be a part of this unique business venture. We’re planning on a “Grand Opening” of this new section of the gallery in Soho by end of this year and we would find it an honor to have such a legend to be a part of it. If you have interest in this endeavor please call Marie or I at the office number below for further information. We then could send you a business proposal. Rico & Marie Orisak Ric Orisak Design Office: 858-505-0654 Cell: 858-736-6588 P.S. My wife and I saw you perform at the “Summer Pops” and at Humphreys by the Bay” here in San Diego. We love you guys. |

| Comments: | This is a great website dedicated to one of the most underrated groups of all time. Jersey Boys is just scratching the surface of the rich musical history of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. From the handshake that has endured forever to the concerts, DVDs, CDs, vinyl, eight tracks and cassettes their music has lived on in the fans who knew what a legacy was being created.
Russ, Frank, Kay, Charles, and many others I unfortunately can't name put together these e mail groups and are only a miniscule part of the driving force behind the rebirth of the appreciation of the music that will last forever. Let us all thank Bob Gaudio, Joe Pesci, Tommy DeVito, Nick Massi, Joe Long, Bob Crewe, Frankie Valli, and all the other Seasons who have passed through this musical legacy. |

| Comments: | Hello,
First of all, Happy Birthday to Bob Gaudio on the 17th ... he is one class act. Congrats to Frankie on that Stars on Ice NBC Salute. I missed the show due to the early time slot but caught up with all the performance clips on this fine site. The arrangements of the hits were most impressive (I bet Gaudio had something to do with that)... and although many of those hits were recorded some 45 years ago ...Frankie really delivered vocally. He gave his all, which is nothing new.... Mr. Valli is one of the most unique and talented vocalists ever... long live Frankie and the Seasons. |

| Comments: | My Dad is 72 (close to your age) Frankie, and him and my Mom were married in 1956 during the early years of your career. They have always loved your music, as well as I. I want to ask a special request. This year for Christmas, I want to give my Dad a photo album with pictures and cards from special people that inspired and entertained my Dad during his lifetime. Over the past months, it seems like he has had numerous things going on with his health—few mini strokes, but he’s okay. I believe some things that have happened within the past five years are finally catching up with him.
My 45-yr old sister died of lung cancer-April 2003; March 2004, my 21-yr old nephew committed suicide; October 2005, my 36-yr old brother-in-law was a bicycle home from work and was hit and killed instantly by a CATS bus driver. Also, during this time my Dad retired from State Farm Insurance after being with them for 35 years. He has really had a lot going on—in fact, all of our family has. Our holidays are not the same, so this year I wanted to do something special for Dad and really cheer him up. If you could send me an autographed picture to my Dad whose name is “Mitchell,” I would really appreciate it. I will be glad to pay you the postage and for the picture. Here’s my info: Cindy Carroll 607 Blazing Star Court Garner, NC 27529 (919) 215-9630 email: ridgec@embarqmail.com Thank you so much for your consideration. | Comments: | Just thought I would share my Jersey Boy's experience with some of the other members of this fantastic web sight. My wife and I just got back from Dallas today from watching this magnificent show and it was everything I had read and heard about. I have to admit this is the first Broadway show I ever attended. I can now see more clearly when watching and hearing interviews with some of the original Four Season's why they are so proud of the play and the actors playing them. These actors were great.I would just like to wrap up by saying if your just an average person(as I am) and love Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons ( as I do) and never scene a broadway hit show this is the show to see. I'm looking forward to seeing Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons in Dallas in October.GOD BLESS. |

| Comments: | I have been a fan of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons since 1963.....my late husband (Ronnie)& I attended many shows..(both large & small) We wrote the words of songs to each other while he was in VietNam....."working my way back to you"...."save it for me" etc....My biggest regret was that I was unable to purchase tickets to see "the Jersey Boys" in New York in December of 2005....(they had no two seats together in orchestra)..this was a gift to my husband for Christmas and 38 year wedding anniversary.....I had planned on getting them later....unfortunately he had a massive heart attack in June 2006 and passed away in July 2006......he was a Frankie Valli fan til the end and the music now makes me cry whenever I hear it..........I have many 45 rpm's and vinyl albums still held dear forever....I have met Frankie several times and also Joe Long....when he had his band "LaBracio"........very beautiful memories.....thanks for everything you mean to me........Susan Rehm |

Got my Zenith Clock radio for my 11th birthday in 1962. Heard Sherry on WABC and WMCA. Yes, I'm a Jersey Boy, born in Newark and grew up in Kearny (right across the Passaic River from Belleville) and displaced to Ohio. And, favorite group, no surprise ---The 4 Seasons. Saw Jersey Boys at the State Theatre in Cleveland 2 weeks ago. Saw the 4 Seasons at the Garden State Arts Center during Italian Week back in the mid 70's and saw Frankie Valli at Port Clinton, Ohio a couple of years back. |

I salute the music of four great men who made music magic. |

| Comments: | Hi Frankie,
I grew up listening to your music back in the late '60's. I really enjoy listening to Jersey Beat and your latest baby, Romancing The 60's. On a couple of the songs,it sounds like you're either smiling or quite close to laughter. On Jersey Beat, the songs done by The Wonder Who? really had me grinning. Clever trick, that. :D Your falsetto definetly blew me away, though. "Toy Soldier" was a sad song. Gerry Polci, singing lead on "December, 1963(Oh,What A Night)" definetly has an undertone of laughter in his voice. Even his eyes are slightly dancing. It just makes the song sound playful and fun. Like the gent's remembering an exciting time in his life. Definetly looking forward to more of your and the 4 Season's cd's. Yours, Taevia |

| Comments: | Hi again,
Since I signed the Guestbook, I'll sign this one too. It's been over a month since I met you and Charles in NYC at the BC/EFA event, but the thrill of that evening was meeting the original Four Seasons, Brickman, Elice and OBC Jersey Boys! I had to take a photo of John Lloyd Young and Frankie Valli together, as well as Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Joe Long with their Broadway counterparts. At that time, I had no idea that this was your website, but already knew that you and Charles were heavyweights in the Four Seasons/Jersey Boys World. Are you going to include any individual fan reviews of either the SF, National Tour, London or Chicago casts of Jersey Boys? If so, I think Susie Skarl has quite a collection of Jersey Boys regional reviews submitted by fans, and am sure it would not hurt for her to share with GILG..... Keep up the excellent work and I hope to meet up with the East Coast fanbase again in the near future! Thanks! Mike B. Magbaleta |

Now, SF is hosting another cast and I'll be meeting up with Irene & Buz Eizen and some CA fans that were not able to attend the NYC bash to watch SF's Dec. 8 performance. Thanks, Mike B. magbaleta |

| Comments: | "Romancing The 60s" is the greatest peice of music that's been released in 15 years!
I first heard "Romancing The 60s" on the night of Oct. 2nd have listened to it over 10 times since. I was thrilled when I held the CD in my hand. This was the first "new album" I've gotten to see Frankie release since I became a fan in '97. It has been really interested reading the different comments about the album. I do agree that you really need to buy the album, and should not base what you feel just from the sound clips online. I seemed to enjoy the album more after I played it through the second time. I think I would enjoy the album no matter what, just for the fact that it's Frankie singing. I love the song selection, the arrangements, and I think at 73, Frankie still sounds amazing. I feel sure Frankie really worked hard singing these songs and a singer myself, I know that it really does take a lot of energy - but I'm 20 - he's 73! I think we should not be expecting Frankie to sound like he did in 1962! In my opinion Frankie sounds just as good, and better is some areas than he did on "Hope and Glory" from 1992. It seems that he put more emotion into his singing than he has in past projects, just listen to the emotion on "Let It Be Me"... It's not important what you don't have, it's WHAT YOU DO with what you've got! - unknown I like the fact that he isn't just singing these songs "straight" - just like they were originally performed note for note. I thought he put his own unique spin on them and I love it. A few of my favorites were "Take Good Care of My Baby," "My Cherie Amour," "Let It Be Me" and "What Becomes Of the Broken Hearted". I felt on a few tracks Frankie's voice seemed a little weaker such as "This Guys In Love With You" unless he was aiming to put a more intiment or softer feel on the song. It also seemed to me that there was not as much enhancement done on Frankie's voice for the album as what's done during his live shows - you would think it could be the other way around. The orchestration is amazing and it's some of the most complex work I've heard on anything Frankie or The Seasons ever recorded - love it. I enjoyed the jazz/latin flavors, especially on "Sunny" and I like the treatment on "My Cherie Amour" which has alays been a personal favorite. I love the lush passionate arrangements alongside Frankie's voice - makes you want to snuggle up with that special someone. It was great seeing the team together again and I'm just glad I got to see the day when Frankie released another album - I hope to see him release at least 20 more! This is REAL MUSIC through and through - a real masterpeice. I feel sad to think that people would consider these songs "cheezy". These are songs by some of the greatest composers of our time. Thanks Frankie! Matt Barber http://www.MattBarberExperience.com |

| Comments: | This weekend my mom and I caught an exciting performance from Frankie and the "California boys" at the Freedom Hill Ampitheather in the Detroit, MI suburb of Sterling Heights, a mere 7 hour drive from home in IL. I had seen their concert at the same venue in August 2003, and both performances in Feb. 2004 in Warren, MI (neigboring suburb).
The show is perfection. From 5 rows back from the stage, I was yet again blown away by "the sound" of Mr. Valli and his amazing band, even after seeing them around 25-30 times since the year 2000. I enjoyed the three album selections, "Call Me," "Let It Be Me" and "Spanish Harlem". Besides those, they did not perform any rarities and omitted a few songs they had been doing such as "Stay", "Silence Is Golden" and "Streetfighter." I enjoy the way the band members interact with each other, and jump around on stage. Matt Baldoni and Keith are fun to watch, especially when they croon the stage along side the dancers, and run over to Robby. You can tell they have a great time and that's important. Each time I see Frankie perform, I continue to be inspired as I am a performer myself and Frankie has been my biggest icon growing up. I can't wait for "Romancing the 60s" to hit the shelves. It's amazing it's been 15 years since he has released a CD. I was only FIVE when it came out and at that time I had never heard of Frankie Valli! I am tempted to go and buy about 100 CDs to help them hit the charts!!!! Thanks Frankie! |

| Comments: | As many here, I've been a fan of Frankie and the group since childhood. It was the summer of '62. I was 7 and "Sherry" was playing non-stop on my new Brownie transistor radio. My love affair with this incredible man, his talent and his heart, began that summer and has continued until this day. And just last night, at the Mt. Laurel Center in PA, I had the great, great pleasure of finally hearing Frankie live! Can it be he's actually as good or even better, today? Oh, can he still hit those high notes, those low notes, and every note in between to perfection. What a night of fabulous music! My only regret is that I didn't have the courage to rush the stage along with so many, to perhaps shake his hand; he couldn't have been more gracious or giving to the fans! But as we told you last night Frankie, we want you back. Please, come back...the love affair continues for this Jersey girl, for that Jersey boy!
You're the best Frankie and can't wait for your new CD; great song choices! P.S...You're still as 'hot" as ever! :) |

It was a great performance. Only downside of the evening was "classic" songs from the 60's he has selected to come out on his new CD. I hope it's a big hit for him. |

| Comments: | So glad to see the group back in circulation again. Use to see Frankie Vali and the group all the time and often when you were producing all the beautiful music. Last time was a front row seat at the Cohaset Music Circus, Massachusetts too many years ago. So glad you have included Boston this year on your tour and I hope I won't have to sit in the Charles River to hear you! Hope you will return often. Massachusetts is a great place for you all to sing your beautiful music. Thanks |

| Comments: | I've been a fan of The 4 Seasons since the days of Sherry and Big Girls Don't Cry. I've been to many a Seasons concert and each time I went, I had a better time than the last. Just as a minor point to and about Frankie. If you should continue singing through the year 2010, you will have been in the music business as long as Mr. Frank Sinatra. You will have covered as many decades in the business as did Mr. Sinatra. Keep on rocking. |

| Comments: | Hi Franki and the rest of the gang. Been a fan since Sherry was relesed in 1963. Remember those 45s I had and how many times i played them till they skipped. Also the LPs I have to this day. My 45s all of them were stolen what a blow to me and my memories of those great rock&roll legends. Have not seen you guys yet in person, I do hope some day of seeing Frankie and the boys in person. Have to go on your site to purchase a photo of The Four Seasons. Take care, with many more perforces in the future. Your loyal fan--Larry Carter |

| Comments: | Grew up in Belleville listening to the Four Season all the time! My Mom worked at Kielb's Bakery on Frankiln Ave when Frankie and the guys would go there and sit at the counter - she would serve them ice cream and come home and tell us all about it! We lived on Walnut St in the house across from where Bobby Crewe lived!
Congratulations on success of Jersey Boys - we want to see it soon - tickets are hard to come by - not available for such a long time! But we will get there!! Best wishes, Pat |

| Comments: | Was fortunate enough to have seen Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons at the Lenape Arts Center in Marton NJ on Wed., June 28th. What a wonderful show, sorry I didn't have tickets for Thurs. night too. Also was lucky enough to have seen "The Jersey Boys in April. Fortunately the show brought back many wonderful memories and re-acquainted me with the group. Now I'm buying CD's like crazy and thoroughly enjoying them "all over again." Thanks for the memories.
A re-awakened fan. |

| Comments: | Hello again,
So good to read and hear about that special evening for Joe Long. The 4 Seasons became my favourite group in 62 and by 67 I journeyed to Boston to catch them in concert. Frankie Valli remains my favouite all time singer all these years later. I have over 500 different Valli songs in my collection. When Frankie found out that I traveled from Canada to see their show at Blinstrub's, he made me the special guest of the group that weekend. Needless to say as a 19 year old, I was quite impressed with having the opportunity to meet the Seasons in person. I saw six Seasons' concerts in Boston between 67 and 1970. I recall how much Joe added to their live concerts back then, as a singer, a musician and an excellent mc as well. And during that weekend when I met the group in 1967, Joe couldn't have been any nicer or down to earth when we crossed paths backstage, during a radio station appearance and even when I met him on the street. Joe Long was a huge part of the 4 Seasons success, adding so much energy and enthusiasm during some lean chart years at that. So nice to hear that he was recognized and honoured at the Jersey Boys' performance. What a fabulous guy and wonderful talent! Paul Kennedy Halifax, Nova Scotia |
