We didnt see you at the Rockin Rodeo Club, so theres not a bunch of pictures out there, anyways we were right up front and Schenker sounded real good, he had to make some sound adjustments, sure the sound tech got hell for that one, but they were minor adjustments and after all of that Michael really seemed to enjoy himself and feed off the energy of the crowd, he is a true Virtuoso and can't wait to see him again. |

You ARE a TRUE Schenker fan! And that you are able act on it is amazing. God bless your family for putting up with your "Obsession" and being soooo understanding. I first saw MSG at St. Andrews Hall in Detriot,Mi. March 8th, 1984. Cold as hell out and stood in line for hours so I could be right up front. Oh what a show! I got turned on to UFO at an early age and absolutely ate it up. Nothing else compaired. Not even close! I've been very fortunate to see "THE MAN" a dozen times or so, but nothing even close to what you have experienced. I am very envious! thanks so much for all the pics and reviews, i was at the fairfield and sacramento shows, i thought fairfield was unbelievable even though gary's voice was shot. he sounded so much better in orangevale. i've seen michael about 20 times in my life, the 1st time, 1978 in lodi ca, at the grape bowl, his 2nd too last show with ufo, the next nite in palo alto was his last with ufo of that era. the lodi show changed my life forever., but i must say, his guitar playing at fairfield and especially during "lights out" was the best i have ever heard him, i was getting goose bumps. on a personal note, so what is michael like? is he a friendly dude? he seems so much happier on this tour. i'd love to see him go back to ufo, but the tension between him and phil mogg by be too much for michael.. thanks again for all the pics and reviews. john |

| Comments: | I've loved Schenker ever since I first saw the video for MSG's "Gimmee Your Love" in the late 1980's. I was around 18 then, and I then started to research his musical career beginning with Enervates, then with the Scorpions, UFO, MSG, McAuley/Schenker Group and his current stuff! It's all amazing! I think UFO is the most UNDERRATED band, ever! They are an awesome band! I haven't seen them perform without Schenker though, although I hear they're touring with different guitarists to take Michael's place. I've added Hermann Rarebell, Tyson Schenker, Barbara Schenker and the Scoprions as friends on MySpace, but I haven't had much luck getting ahold of Michael. He must be very busy preparing for all the October shows in the UK. I would give ANYTHING to see Schenker play live! At least I have YouTube, lol! I love your site man! Great stuff! I've saved this site to my FAVORITES! Keep up the great work!

I was the guy up front at The Pound show who had his elbow planted firmly in the neck of one of those three nut jobs who were trying to push everyone away from centerstage. Needless to say, we stayed there, and they got booted! I saw one of those three at The Independent show, but he was off to the side by himself, as were my wife and I. I wasn't interested in having a 2 hour wrestling match again! Cool site, this is the first time I've seen it so I had to say hi! That was one of our most memorable gigs but we had no camera that day and I didn't shoot much video, so BRAVO to you for being there for Us and the fans of RAIDER Football to get the moments recorded for all to remember and for those who could not make the game/our show. We wion't be playing the AFC Championship game because we all wanted to be just 'a part of the experience' and not a focal point, just be able to hang out, eat, and party with everyone instead of rushing around setting up breaking down. I know exactly where Colfax is because I am from Roseville and used to go to the river (N.fork American) up that hairball scary 2 lane road and party at the camp area.
