| Comments: | i have no idea why im here, late at night, why i looked all this up, after not knowing for so many years. Maybe its because everytime I turn around there is something on the TV about Ireland, another movie, dicovery channel, etc. It felt good to pass along your poems/letters, and that great pic of you on the drum to your sister last year. i know i hadnt been a part of your life for the longest, but your angels still hang on my wall, your words and pictures are still in my drawers, and i dream about you ALL the time. It is the oddest thing ever. i love you Bella. I mean really....what other man would let me call him that~ ive never given out a nickname since. you were a good friend to me, even if it was when no one was looking. You understood how "young" i was in college, such a baby, but you never treated me like one. Sorry to be mourning so late,and so often, it is so strange. I had a dream about Steve last night. I had just found out about of friend of mine and my husband's father who passed away earlier in the morning unexpectedly... In the dream, I was in a stopped car and it was raining out and Steve came up and knocked on the window. Details after that are foggy, but I got out of the car and he gave me a hug. | Comments: | I was thinking about St. Patrick's Day two years ago; we went to the local pub in Secaucus-nothing fancy but just the two of us. I remember the person we sat next to, the Irish music that was playing, the beer we were drinking and the conversation we were having. I remember your relief when I finally went home so you could start talking to the ladies (it always looked like I was your girlfriend-not your sister). It's these little memories that make me smile.

| Comments: | I am both saddened and happy to see some of the old photos of Steve on this site; I still remember our trip to Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park, where a couple of those photos were taken in front of the 'Shining' house before we hiked into the woods. I often think fondly about those few days we spent in the backcountry: camping, laughing, telling stories and passing the Jim Beam around the fire. It was one of the best times I've ever had.
