It was great to read about your visit to Winona Lake and about your fun times with family and friends. thanks for the pictures. I can't believe how much McKenna has changed, and she has grown into a little girl! She's just beautiful! Maybe you heard our news about our daughter's wedding in August, Dave's retirement in September, Dave's accident in November and being hospitalized or in a Rehab Center until the first of January, our David's graduation from UGA, and our upcoming move to Forsyth County(downsizing)on July 2nd. Wow! Dave is almost back to normal. When the move is over, he will feel much better. He and I are praying about what he is to do next. He is the director of the Financial Counseling Min. at Perimeter and is involved with another couple and me in evangelism. Our son is going to Peru for two weeks on a mission trip doing construction and witnessing and ministering to street kids. His good friend is there translating for different missions groups for the summer. David is planning to attend law school at Georgia State this fall and will live in an apartment in Atlanta with friends. My friend, Ilona, and I will be going to her hometown on a missions trip with Dream for Africa(Bruce Wilkinson) with Mount Pisgah. (July 23-Aug. 1) We will be witnessing and planting vegetable gardens in the Zulu townships. Thank you for keeping us updated so we are better able to pray specifically. Blessings, Karla Boy |
