He had a jazz radio show for 22 years, and has been invloved in booking people like Doc Sevrenson, Carlos Montoya, Rafael Mendez, Skitch Henderson. He reveiwed records for the News sun for 13 years. On his radio show he interviewed such jazz greats as Count Basie, Woody Herman, Eddie Condon, Hoagey Carmichael, Wild Bill Davidson and many others. So he knows talent, and he thinks you have it to!
