has graciously given me some space on his model railroad club site to show off some of my "Cubs". I have been creating these things for about 12 years and getting better at it all the time. I do not use a sewing machine for ANY of the stitching...the bears or their clothes. Most of mine average 18 to 22 inches in height and are always fully jointed. I too make alot of them from old coats. I have a hard time not dressing them but I get several requests to leave the "Neck-ed" as we say down here in Oklahoma. me because she thought I would enjoy looking at your teddybears. She was right. The bears are fabulous. I too am a bear collector and love to display my bears all over my house. My daughter Allison's best friend is a white polar bear she has had since she was 2 year's old and it is half her size. She carries it everywhere - mrs. Bear. My friend and I created a site together called Paperbears, Vests and more. She creates the paperbear (like paperdolls) that are free and printable and each month, he gets a new vest. I decorate vest and my site is called Creative InVESTments by Kim so the idea was born. I do mom and me outfits and vests for my daughter and Mrs. Bear. Thus the evergrowing love for bears. If you get a chance, come over and visit my site and see the paperbear (Allie's Bear) we call her and all the equisite vests that my friend has created. The New year's and Valentine's vest is up now. Also, at Craft Mall USA, we have Allie's Bear's friends so there are other bears over there to print, color and cut out. Kids love them. I invite you come visit me, sign my guestbook and will give you the urls to the sites so you can check us out. Keep up the good work. I too am trying to redo my site to load quicker and like you, was facinated by the little animations - but know others get turned off by a lot of bells and whistles.
