| Comments: | I recently lost my husband of 30 years, Jim, and was going thru his work bag and found a letter that was I believe came from you thanking him and some other people for taking care of someone very close to you. He was a RN in the ICU at UCLA Santa Monica. He never said a word to me, which must have been hard for him knowing you have long been a hero to me as was he. He actually became a Nurse to care for me when I became ill in the late 80's with L-tryptophan poisoning. I know that letter meant more to him than even I could know. He would risk almost anything for someone that was in his care, and for you to let him know that, meant the world to him, and now in turn to me. I will always love him and I know he'll be waiting for me when my time comes. If you have any words of wisdom on how to get through the grief, well I know you understand. I hope I have not said anything that I shouldn't have, I just wanted you to know how profoundly your kindness has meant. I will cherish it in Jim's memory and my heart always. Word has it that several years ago you purchased some 50's style western motif furniture from a shop in Scottsdale. If so, that furniture, (a sofa-bed, a couple of end tables, a coffee table and a platform rocker; all with stitched horse and cattle outlines on the backs) came from our old family ranch house in the central part of Arizona. After my parents died and left me the contents of their home, I found that I owned more personal belongings than I had room for. Ergo, I sold the bulk of the furniture to a shop in Scottsdale recommended to me by my decorator friend, Lynn Beer. So many years have passed that I don't even remember the name of the Scottdale shop. Allow me to state unequivically that I have no second thoughts about selling the furniture, nor do I assert any claim of compensation from you. In fact, since learning that you might possess the living room pieces calls to mind a bit of irony. My mother was an artist in her own right in that whe was a seolf taught concert pianist. She loved music and movies and a select few actors. Her favorite of all time was your father for whom, with a hint of encouragement, she might have abondoned my father and me. Faced with that circumstance, it could have been a hard call for her. Therefore,if you might be or might have been the ultimate home for the furniture that Mom kept covered with Nsvajo rugs for all of the time we had it, except for rare visits from the select few she considered worthy, I know she would be elated. If perchance, none of this is factual, so be it. You're a class act and either are or would have been a deserving owner of my mother's furnishings. I discovered recently that we have something in common. We are both ex-pupils of Kylemore Abbey. I was there from 1975-1981 and they truely were wondeful years ther(most of the time!). They are having a reunion in June this year for all past pupils of the Abbey. Some reunion have gone on in the past(I was living in Nj and din't manage to attend any), but I plan on going to this one as do a lot of girls back as far as the lat 50's I believe. So anyway I wasn't too sure if anyone had been in touch with you or if they presumed because you are a well known person, you would not be interested. So I am taking the bull by the horns and contacting you to see if you would be interested in attending. I don't know if you kept up contact with anyone from there(to be honest I only kept in contact with one person since 1981) but it is absolutly wonderful being in contact again with girls I spent my most formatative years with. The stories from the ex-pupils about their times there only changes slightly from decade to decade. The one thing that I have noticed remains strong is the ease at which everyone slots back into and have conversations as if we only saw each other last week! I was a big fan of his and I had the opportunity to meet him several times thoughtout the years. As a latina and a Native of Los Angeles I was very proud to see his work all over the Los Angeles to know that a Mexican had created such wonderful public art for all of us to enjoy. He was also very kind to do a special pin for a Latina Organization here in Los Angeles.

| Comments: | I have just recently learned that you support PETA. May I be so bold as to ask WHY? I live just across the water from their headquarters in Norfolk, VA and we hear it all. They murder most of the animals that they take, so do you really want your money going for the murder of the innocent. Please, please stop supporting them. There are so many other ways you can help the animals. I love the video on the chimpanzee's that you did, it was just to bad it was PETA's website. I beg of you and all the other big stars that think PETA is so great, please, please stop sending them money. These people need to be shut down ASAP. They are vial individuals who DO NOT have the best interest of these animals at heart, they are only interested in padding their pockets. Why are the shelters in Norfolk and VA Beach able to adopt out so many of their animals, while PETA spent tens of thousands of dollars on a large walk in freezer whereas they can store the dead animals after they are murdered. PLEASE, send your money to they Humane Society or the SPCA, but not to PETA. They are not what they appear. It is a shame to, they have the resources to do so much good for so many animals and all they can do is kill and through them in the garbage. |

| Comments: | Anjelica is my Fav. Actress, ever since i was 5.(I'm 14 now) I had The Witches which was my fav. film. I remember watching it so much it broke the VCR with the film in it and i cried for ages. I've got it on dvd now. The first time i started getting into acting was when i was watching the witches and i kept rewinding it and thinking, "i've seen her from somwhere, where have i seen her from". I had actually seen her from The Addams Family. She really inspired me to get into acting....Me and my best friend would spend ages acting out scenes from the witches and trying to get the German accent just right.
