I am still writing and would like to talk to you more about having a weekly poem loaded up onto the HQ site. I recently wrote a smoker that one of my wife's friends is sampling around town at various poetry houses. It is titled "Love Is Not Blind"....well the kicker is (love is not blind, we just choose not to see). Needless to say it gets pretty intense, and is getting good responses. I was thinking we could have persons submit poems for the website to review and preview weekly. Fross and I had spoke about it at one point. Anyway. I'm an artist on the move, in search of a "big break". I am a vocalist/pianist just tryin' to do my thing. I study music everyday...(which I believe is just something to do)...muzique is within (which I think you should understand what I mean). For example...people say they would like to take singing lessons or what have you...BUT...no matter how many lessons you have, if you were not born with the gift, you will never have it!
Anyway...I do write, arrange, and play most of my music. I am an "urban/soul" artist, but I love gospel! Currently, I tamper around in my fathers studio and do talent shows and sing at different functions around town.
