I just heard from John and says they have been stopping his mail again and the Texas AG is reading and copying it all.
His new Lawyer Ms Schmucker worked for the Texas Attorney General for years.
He would like you to check his Court Docket and check pages 58 thru 69 to see what he has been doing since March and post it to
JDVD.com/petitioner
Ms Schmucker told him it was a CRIME for him to post anything about his case on the WEB. How can he commit a crime using public documents?
He mailed you a long letter on May 17th updating you on everything ***. ......
He was locked outside in the exercise yard in 102 degree heat for 5 hours and then they wrote him up for complaining.
They are being unnecessarily cruel to someone who is already condemned to death. That’s Texas.

They took Johns letter to you. But he said to tell you he is OK. They turned off his power so he could not see to type his legal briefs.
He says they stop a lot of his mail.
