that does the work *for us*, so we can see if you've updated without having to load your page every time. as far as *for you* if you want to know if people have updated, you need an aggregator (or reader, depending on who you ask). there are web-based ones like google.com/reader or newsgator.com. you can also run a reader on your computer, but i've yet to find one that i liked that was free. all of this assumes that you read more than 2 or 3 blogs. you can run around to people's blogs and drag their little orange buttons onto your reader, or you can import say, everything i read, from http://services.newsgator.com/ngws/svc/opml.aspx?uid=44721&mid=1 |
