Military families (my case) never heard of the 10th Kingdom until it came out on DVD! Do you honestly believe that someone is going to just buy 9 hour movie without knowing what it is about, and know one else in the community knows either? I believe they should broadcast the 10th kingdom just once more around the world, including AFN (american forces network) so this time families know what their in for! We are watching it together at my house and we are in the middle of the second disc, they are begging their parents everyday to come over to my house to unravel the mystery that of the 10th kingdom! The tenth kingdom is filled with romance, but it is not the romance we find on movies, but the love we used to dream of when we were children and used to read fairy tales. I must confess I still read fairy-tales, but this serie has been a delightful way to remember childhood and charming-princes to many people that hadn't dreamed with a fairyland for a long-while.
