Your Chandrika Ayurvedic soap from India has been very helpful with my adult acne. It's much better than the expensive and harsh PanOxyl Benzoylperoxide soap upon which I had been so dependent. The redness of my face is clearing up as well. I like your other fragrant soaps, also, which also are much more natural than our U.S. chemistry lab bar and liquid soaps. My friends are interested in your soaps now, as well.... I'll purchase soaps (and, certainly, incense) from incensegalore.com from now on! Thanks!

I got my incense yesterday, just 2 days after it was shipped and I wanted to thank you for it. It is really good quality, and quite fragrant! I got it out of the box at the post office and the smell of it allw as just wafting out of the package. Whoever gets that box next is going to be confused. Again, thank you very much!

A Wicked Scent
I previously purchased your 55 Display incense and was very happy with the way everything looked, and impressed with some of the accessories that come with it. That said, I just purchased displays for Aromatherapy Oil and for Cone Incense, along with quite a few accessories for all types of incense. I'm really looking forward to the package being delivered.

Have to say that I've been buying Incense Galore's incense sticks for years and have rarely had any problems with quality or customer service. I know that a lot of my product, especially my orders for 20,000 or more sticks will take time to make, but in the end I also know he is the best incense supplier out there. I don't sell any other incense, period. I also sell his oils, oil warmers, incense burners, boxes, and am getting ready to buy some of his new bottles too. The longer Bob is around to work this company the better it gets, and I plan on following him and his products for as long as we are both in business. Hi, I recently purchased incense from Incense Galore and really, really love it. It smells good the entire time it's burning and I'm not overwhelmed by a choking smoke smell. Foolishly thinking all incense would be this good, I ordered a small quantity from another seller. Man, what a mistake!!! It smelled good in the package but when lit it didn't smell like anything but a burning stick. I didn't realize the time, effort, and detail that Bob puts into his product until too late. Well, too late for my pocketbook anyway. I learned my lesson. I'll never buy from anybody else. You might find cheaper incense, but you will NEVER find better!

Service is not that great! Order placed 11/25 - emailed on 12/5 that it would go out in a couple of days. It is now 12/21 and the site STILL shows order not shipped. Instead of responding in a few hours as stated, my emails over the past week have gone unanswered. I would LOVE some clue as to what is going on.

As a new customer , I was kinda disappointed when i received it after a long wait for my order though i would say it smells great. One of my cones was broken into half and a 19inch sticks the coating was ripped off exposing about an inch of the wooden sticks...!? and also agreed with one of the customer that it does smell a bit 'woody' hoped u can improved on it as I have bought other similar sticks from elsewhere it's so much thicker the coating and no wooden sticks all the way...

If you are looking for a great service, fast shipping and concentrated incense scents. This is your spot!!! I was reading on that unhappy customers notes about Incensegalore and just wanted to add that I am 100% sure that Bob and his staff would do about about EVERYTHING possible for you to be happy. That is exactly my experience on the short time I've been their customers. What's different about these incense sticks? These are very concentrated, if you sample the Bubblegum and the Eternity sticks you would know. Too bad the Marijuana scented sticks aint even close to the real thing ;)

Thanks for having this kind of business on the web. We had high hopes but, Sorry to say, mostly we smelled stick burning with this incense... I will try the upgraded sticks to see if they are better. (I think you have choices?) The ones we received are dominated by the stick/wood burning smell over the incense smell. The exact reason we sought out high-end incense. Please don’t take this as a bash, just wanted to say our opinion and that we feel this is still a good value and worth the money. We only wish the stick/wood smell could be addressed then our search would be over.

Couldn't wait to contact you again. Most of our items that I ordered have already sold out! The incense and burners are almost gone. Now I wished I had ordered more! The Patchouli Rose, Booty Call, Bump & Grind, Marjuana and Hemp are gone already! The different boats and brass cone holders and almost gone as well(I ordered over 70 different holders). I also wanted to thank you. When I had received my order I noticed a couple of items missing and a few that I hadn't ordered at all. incense galore
I recently tried Incense Galore for the first time. Although it took me a while to get used to it, I'm so very glad I gave it a chance! I first feared it would interfere with my asthma and allergies, but nope! It didn't. We live in a rural farming community where animal smells are constant as well as our own indoor pet odors.
