| Comments: | Bowen Therapy is amazing!! I have had back/hip problems for years, that affected my walking, any kind of exercise and most important to me, my riding. I was very unbalanced, experienced pain and soreness and couldnt post to a trot on the left diagonal. It was also much more difficult for me to use my body effectively while riding in general, than before these problems started. It could be very frustrating, and it must have been hard on my horses as well! I will say that I was skeptical about Bowen Therapy at first, not knowing much about it, and not ever having met anyone with experience untill then. After at least 2, it might have been 3, sessions of BT I could hardly believe it! I could post to that diagonal again! My balance and flexibility was at least 90% improved for months after! My horses also had the equine Bowen Therapy, and I could see improvements in their flexibility etc as well. This may sound like an ad but I sincerely and highly recommend it. |
