If anyone wants to add me on MSN thats fine-it would be fun to talk to other people who understand :-D go on, you know you want to! :-p Anyway, this sounds daft, but I've also just realised (or think I have...email me and correct me if I'm wrong) how easy it is to spot some latent psi-vampires: for example, my ex, my ex's mother, and my father are all latent psi-vampires. How do I know? They have a way of creating an...atmosphere around them, in the sense that they seem friendly, and when you get close to them like I was (severed contact...I'm not going to awaken them, either-they would be dangerous, and probably feed wantonly, as would all of the people I'm about to explain about), you will either feel weak and drained after an arguement with them (especially when they guilt trip you-I believe it makes one open onesself more for tapping because it makes one more emotional, but again, I'm new to this, and all I can do is hypothesise...you see? natural occultist!), or you may even just feel drained being around them. They don't know they're doing it, and all they usually know is that being around people/a certain person (my ex is still obssessed with me after two months...no, it's not love-I was very ill and constantly fatigued when I was with her-my guess is she connects me with good feeling for a different reason) makes them feel, erm...whats the word? energetic? alive? good? you get what I mean, they feel like every vampire, sang or psi, feels after feeding from a donor (and in some amoral cases, an unwilling victim). Usually, these people are self-centred, and won't believe they are vampires at all...but not always, it depends on the person-for example, my hybrid friend and myself only realised we were vampires after reading about the symptoms, AND after reading what a banal magician does when practicing vampirism on an unwilling (and unknowing) participant-yes, we were draining people of energy very often, without knowing it (no wonder though-I needed to regain what I'd lost with my ex, and subconsciously, I suppose I must have realised that being around people, especially at parties/gigs/etc made me feel more alive the longer I stayed at the party/with the person). Keep note-you probably already knew about this method of finding latent psi (and possibly sang) vampires, but if not, I'm glad I could help! | Comments:: | Hi-i'm an occultist by nature (specifically, I'm a ritual magus who follows a combo of Gardnerian and Alexandrian Wicca, and Kabbalah), and I only recently found out that I'm a psi-vampire...curiously, a friend helped me awaken when they divulged to me that they were a sang, and showed me www.sanguinarius.com naturally, being the occultist I am (ritual, research, research, more research, ritual, ritual, guess what? more research!) I decided to find out more...I was reading an article about "psychic vampires" and magickal vampirism (different from vampires-it involved banal magicians who took energy from people to strengthen themselves), and I suddenyl thought "wait a minute...that sounds like me...???": you can see where this is going.
Anyway, after some self-doubt, self acceptance, more research (remember that: occultists do lots of research!), and another awakening (its not coincidence that another friend had divulged to me that they had a strangely strong interest in vampires, and also enjoyed the taste of blood, but hadn't ever connected the two) later, there are three of us: two hybrid and one psi-vampire (myself, although in a fight I get bloodlust...you could say the Beast in me emerges, because I lose control and want to see blood flow...not drink it though :-s strange, aren't I?). I love the idea of the Big Town Project! It's amazing! Don't stop! please?! If I even see a picture of blood (recently found out even cartoon blood) I get like hot flashes and I almost just go into shock. I have to eat a huge meal after these instances and drink a lot of water in order to get rid of the craving. I would have to describe it as almost the same feeling and reaction when a man is really horny and say Carmen Elektra or Brook Burke walked in front of them in nothing but a thong. It's gotten steadily worse and I have not been able to fulfill my craving ever except if I have cut myself. So many times I have been on the bus or walking and just looked at a girls' neck, I don't know why it's girls that attract so much in the same craving but they do, and wanted to just bite right in. Girlfriends were always the worst especially when they would want to cuddle and I would just want so much to push aside that hair and drink that red life fluid...sorry. But seriously I would sit and watch their neck vein pulse and I would get more and more hungry till I was burning up and I had to leave. It's gotten to the point that I do cut myself to satisfy the craving every now and then, I just wish I didn't have to anymore. Anyway, I hope someone can help. |

I am a Spell Caster, and I have tried to call apon a vampire but it does not work on creatures that dont want to be found. I am not a donar, but I would be if I had to save a vampire. Everytime I read a vampire book or see a movie about vampires it makes me want to know more about this very special race of creatures.
