WELL GUESS WHAT!!... within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made a total of over $1,000.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps. Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works...also, make sure you print a copy of this articly NOW, so you can get the information off of it as you need it. STEP1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper 'PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Now get 6 US $1.00 bills and place ONE inside Each of the 6 pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope to prevent thievery. Here are more news about the hotel , from 2 sources : A. ICARE : I saw the business men of the association Icare yesterday night They were 3, and here is the result of what they said on the hotel project : 1. About renting the hotel rooms to students, they said to take info about the facilities in Migne to access to the uni : after calling the town hall, it comes out that there are busses every hour to the campus, so the lady said there is no problem about it. 2. They advise to share the activities of the bar, and the ones from the group, - the most simple formula to run the bar and have people working in the place is the association, - but the business with our productions requires a commercial society. Now putting up a society requires to have to start a capital of 50 000 fr : about 9 000 $, which we do not presently have. So we could make an association for the members of Interzone, and a society for the business of the production. 3. For the possibilities of the free bed for the Zoners : we must take care of the law : the society can make gifts to the association and give free beds to the Zoners, but if we want to avoid problems about the counts (the counts associations are checked at the moment in France because of the abuses with the money) they say that the most accurate is that everybody pays, and then the group gives the money back to the Zoners. 4. For the different activities we intend to make : they advise to evaluate first which profit can come out of each one first : at the restaurant for instance, if we make quick restauration, if we want to have 2 people working in it, we have to sell per day 40 meals at 35 fr each ( about 6 $) :which requires to have enough clients. The previous owners of the business used to make 50 meals a day (but it was a formal restaurant, and the hotel did not work because they could not make it at the end, being both ill.) So if we know where we go in each activity; then things will be clear for everybody. 5. They advise to see which activities we want to make first, which ones are the most important. If we do not make it, they advise me to make money in making animations in social centers for the youth here, culural centers, which ask for people. They also gave 2 addresses for our writings, where we can get advises and subventions. All this seems relevant to me, and I think we have to take this in account. B. Musician friends in Poitiers : I have been calling a friend who is musician in Poitiers and has a jazz band since some years, Cimagil. His brother, also in the band, is teacher in the music school of Migne !!!!! And the director of the music school is an ex member of the band Tri Yan. They both had a bar some years ago in Thouars, same style as the one we want to make, and have experience in it. He said that he thinks Migne is a great place to make this sort of business : there is only one bar where they can play for concerts in Potiers, but the boss is awful and rips them off, so they quit. Some people also made it some years ago in the country side, 8 kms far from Poitiers' area, and it was always full up, so there would not be any problem in Migne, as this sort of place is missing at the moment. So these are again positive infos on the place. Christophe, the friend I called, said thay if we make it, they can come and play and make us in touch with other groups here. They can also make expos and bring people from their surrounding in the place. Also the director of the music school would be glad to have a place for the groups he is in touch with. ***************** Situation here : Money : But first, the question is to get the money to pay the equipment, and to start running the place. If we do not get it before 2 weeks, then the question is solved, and we look for another formula. For the moment, considering the offers you made since the 21st : we got 300 $ for the offer on 1600 $ (8000 fr) so we still have to get 1300 to buy the business.. Then to start the business, we need at least 20 000 fr About the money, could not it be a lending ? I mean the money the Zoners send would get back to them after the place is openned. We did not foresee this before, but this seems reasonable to me. We would give the money back without interest, but the benefit for the Zoners would be the free bed there, for all their life. So the place would be more like a kind of a home we would have somewhere and can go when we feel like. See what you think. Staff : About the people susceptible to work here, I have contacted a couple I met at the chambre de commerce recently, and who intends to buy a business to. They need to get a lending, and it will take some times to them. So the girl would be interested in working with us, and is disponible immediately. They got a similar conception of the bar than us, want to make a cultural and musical place (the guy is musician), and are very interested in our project. They propose we meet, so they are gonna come and see me next week. As far as I have stated, they are nice people, openned, about 30 yo, intelligent and positive. I'd be glad to work with the girl, would not have any problem with her I think. We got a very good contact at the first meeting. So I propose you consider all those elements. I do not want to start something which has few chances of success : this hotel is not absolutely necessary to us as we have been doing without it untill now, and we might consider other formulas. So I won't make it if you and I think it will be a failure. But if we get the money and it comes out we can make it and if you think the occasion is worth to be tried , then, ride on ! Hey, much thanks for the offer and ideas. Sounds great. It could work if we do this. Let's wait for 15 days to send the money : if at this time we got enough offers from the group, they we know we can make it. I'm gonna put the mails in the forum today, at http://books.dreambook.com/izzy23/book2.html so everybody can consult them and know how things are going. But independently of the hotel, the equipment is worth being bought this price and be sold separetely, we can get for it at least twice if not thrice the 8000 fr. so if we got problems with the hotel (cannot find people to work in it, though I think we should make it here too), or are fed up with it after one or two years and want to change, we shall just have to stop to pay the rent, and sell the equipment we bought :) Even here, it will be a good deal. So ok that people out of the Zone pay for the bed, but not the Zoners. A bed does not require expenses, not as the meals, which you have to buy and prepair. And there won't be zoners visiting all the time, just some now and then I guess. Now you can give money to the organization of you want and can make it. In India we travelled a lot in Sikh temples, which are free for the travellers : you get free food and free bed during 3 days. But you give something in exchange : work in the kitchen, or to repair a building, etc... And Sikhs give some money according to what they can afford. As a result, people are all well fed, and the community is wealthy. They make this system all over the world, Gurudwaras is the Indian name.
