Funny...with my first response to these accusations, I countered each and every point brought up, and yet ALL this person could say in their response (prentending to be someone else) was "Why are you tearing apart what that person said?" ....despite the fact that it indeed was the same person. ~smiles~ Well now! I made it very clear that I'm not going to take any of these accusations seriously unless they had more basis behind them than one conceited group of people, however this person OBVIOUSLY couldn't prouduce the required information. And in their third response...again, trying to look like a different person...all they could say was that if more than one person accused me, there must be something up with my work. ~snickers~ Behold the reason why I don't take the accusation of these four....yes, four...tightly-knit people seriously. Frankly, I don't see how they can do things like this and expect to be taken seriously in the first place.

This is my last post on the issue, unless you can find something worthwhile to say...which I sincerely doubt.

Further, even if there were similarites in the pages...once which I, and people without bias haven't been able to detect....I *might* take these "plagiarism" accusations seriously if they were accusations by different people. ...but no, they aren't. The same group. And it isn't as though it happens often...it's simply the same people dragging the issue back up. Again, you banned Elliot and Calvin from the message board, I could've sworn you wanted to drop it then. Make up your minds.

I believe I covered the bases in my last entry. If you can't back up what you say, don't make yourself look like a fool by saying it. You can't find an HONEST example of plagiarism, don't waste my time.

Further, I've covered all the points in this argument. (And I responded in my guestbook because I'm leaving the argument where it is...I don't intend on leaving rude comments as they are without the actual facts there.) And why am I picking apart what she says? Because she insults me, and it's untrue. Why did THIS person pick apart my website in search of microscopic flaws? I can't see the thrill behind it, nor do I appreciate it.

Further, this is an issue you cannot win. I figured that was quite clear when Elliot's and Calvin's entries were banned from the message board..*lol* This must be just PICKING at you for you to dredge it back up after so long..I could've sworn the issue was resolved, dead, buried, and decomposed by now.

And I do believe a...."professional artist" would have much experience with criticism, and hopefully the mental capacity to realize that *constructive* criticism is the only type that is socially correct, much less necessary. However...let's get right down to the raw bottom of this. Oh! It looks like this person is another one of the bloody MORONS associated with that message board Elliot and Calvin visited (the only ones who have EVER so much as criticised my page, mind you.), who was obviously upset about this "drawing plagiarism" ...oh yes, I do believe that the only grounds behind this accusation was the fact that one character in one of my pictures had the same facial expression as a character in a picture THEY drew...which wasn't even a similar drawing. A bit self consumed, hm? I would...really hate to be with such a need for attention that I find it by taking someone else's hard work and claiming it was something they stole from me. Ah well, noone's perfect. :)

But oh....what does this person do? Obviously SCOURS my work and finds....probably one drawing (and I REALLY don't mind these insults, being as some of my older drawings are from up to three years ago...if you want to see some of my better artwork, look at the bottoms of each list), and found something that if magnified....COULD be a flaw, and attempted to pick that up and use it to universally describe my artwork. Right. Not to be egotistical in any fashion, but I believe that simply looking at the artwork would speak for itself, hm? I think we could weed through the genuine bullshit of this redundant, and entirely rude post and pull out a basic response to the underlying point. Show ONE picture with one of these alleged flaws, or one picture that's a violation of the copyright of any amateur artist...being as fanart is a form of plagiarism in itself.

That aside (and I hope you're very happy that you've forced me to read, several times through, this trite little entry to my guestbook)

You can't read the text on the main page? Funny, I have extremely weak eyes, and my vision is fairly blurred, and I can read it fine...as can anyone else who's visited my page. Hm. I do believe the problem lies with you, yes? And these other pages that my pages are a direct rip-off from...I'd like you to point out ONE. Ah, and you pointed out Elliot's site...Now, what exactly are the similarities? The two pages LOOK nothing alike....they use completeley different layouts....ah! I see! It's the fact that Elliot's site is PARODY, as was that little page that used to be around. Well now! I'm glad the TRUE inventors of parody are finally revealed....generations of humorous writing owes them a giant debt of gratitude.

Heh. If THAT's the example you gave, any comparison on how the REST of my site plagiarizes another would be a waste of time on either of our parts...because let's get right down to it. It doesn't. And you think that not many people visit my site? My guestbook *must* be proof of that. Speaking of which, it's terribly inconsiderate to further overload a guestbook that's almost reached its entry limit with....well, *this*. I don't believe these past two guestbook entries by you (despite any weak attempts to make it appear like two different people) are worthy of any title.

And yet...with all these people visiting my website, the only ones who've accused of this are....about four tightly-knit people. All saying I "plagiarized" their website. And why? One person who believes my drawings are copied off of hers because of a similar FACIAL EXPRESSION in one, another who believes Elliot's parody site (eeesh, bug Elliot with this crap) is a copy of theirs simply because....well, it's parody, and yet another who believes that my images were stolen from her site. Let's cover that one now.

Let's face it. When you're dealing with...about a third of a series of a show, there will be some pictures from similar scenes. My pictures and the said ones they were "plagerised" (SIC) from were from similar frames...a couple on the same frame, a couple a frame or two off...with different levels of compression, different sizes, different FILE sizes, different colour, brightness, darkness, quality...etc etc. When you're going to go so far out of your way as harassing someone's guestbook, make sure your claims actually have some basis behind them. ^_^. Thanks, you'll be making yourself look a lot better in the long run.

To break the bulk of this person's guestbook entry down. I *know* my artwork is good, and I know that it speaks for itself. No, I'm not egotistical (unlike someone who would make the logical leap that a drawing with a similar facial expression is a plagiarism), however I can recognize that I have talent.

My HTML is a "ripoff", yet the only example you could dredge up was Elliot's parody page....the only real similarity to the said page being the fact that it's parody. -,-. If this is the best you can do, I think it's as good an indicator as any that my site content is purely original...a fact that both Selenity and Elliot can vouch for.

And ya know what else? ^_^. The person hosting me that you speak of is one of the people who was at that message board saying...as several others did, that you (you being your little group..if you expect me to believe for one instant that you're interdependent of this group, then the only reaction you'll inspire will be a laugh) were full of shit. Because let's get right down to it. You are. You take a small similarity that would NEVER hold up with anyone who didn't already have a bias in your favour, and make it out to be plagiarism. Further, you can barely even do anything in terms of backing up your accusations...all talk, no action. Not that this isn't uncommon of egotistical guestbook flamers. ^_^.

And....wow. Just *wow*. I never would've thought I'd seen the day. Someone who's amused by British spellings (Ha. Ha. Ha.), yet assumes that the comment "blow me, ya cunt" finishing up what was obviously the reaction of someone who was insulted and didn't care, and knew that insults had no basis...for the most part, taking a collected approach to the issue, and finishing by mocking the behaviour of the other. You must be REALLY scraping for things to criticize, hm? Just don't bring my algebra grades into this. ^_^.

For someone who told me to run my writing through a spell checker, allow me to offer you this:

"Plagerism" -- "Plagiarism"
"Blatently"" -- "Blatantly"
"Particuarly" -- "Particularly"
"Existence" (oooh...and this misspelling was in bold for all to see) -- "Existance"

Might want to work on that, along with redundancy and run-ons. And..I suppose the "lot of help" I need pertains only to the fact that ONE person (and a person who's opinion I don't particularly value)couldn't read the text on one of my pages. Funny how things work. In truth, I do believe the "lot of help" I need is a guestbook that records the ISPs of the people who sign...that would kind of defeat the purpose of being a pussy (for lack of a more fitting word) and leaving URLs to the websites of others' instead of your own. ^_^. All that aside, once again I thank you for boosting my ego by insulting things that I know aren't worthy of insults. It's nice to know I don't have any giant flaws sticking out for all to see.
