Allow me to start by saying I am completely honored to sign this guest book. I am from Trinidad and unfortunately could not attend your concert when were here in 2006 for the "close to my Heart" concert due to a death in my family.
I am a huge fan of yours. I am 21 now and have been a fan for as long as i can remember. I love all your music, from gazals to love songs and ofcourse those soulful bhajans. I am a law student and whenever studies would become a burden your bhajans always makes things right. Your soothing voice is one in a million, i love it...

| Comments: | Dear Jagjit ji, - I have been always enjoying your gazals - in recorded form & live too - In fact whether you remember or not, we under banner of our cultural organisation 'DEEPAYAN', have organised your 1st live concert alongwith Chitra Singh in BANGALORE more than 30 years back - people still remember that - - - and yesterday Sat.1st Dec 07, I alongwith my freinds / relatives went to your live concert at Koramangla Indoor stadium - BANGALORE -(organised by Chaitanya- though reluctantly but still saying - it was UTTER DISAPPOINTING -- reasons - 1) Show sheduled for 5.30pm - started at 7.45pm (late by 2.15 hrs)- just imagine peoples planning gets upset 2) Hopeless arrangments - (people irrespective of tkt. value - have to stand in looooooong looooong line for over 1 hour just to enter the audotorium - imagine the plight of elderly people) 3) Aucostic of the Hall was Hopelessly Bad - (& it is a known fact as this hall is built for sports) - - -- - The list is long --- but a lot of from the audience - incl. our gropu of 100 people feels that You should NOT give performane in such programmes or else people will STOP coming -------REGARDS --------DK |

| Comments: | what should i say about Jagjit singh the Greatest? he is a man with broken heart for the broken hearts. he is the man who taught me how to live life. i have been collecting his ghazals for a long time. its a guarantee that i have every single ghazal or song sung by jagjit except a few bhajan albums. i have attended his live concert in lahore (pakistan) twice. i met him and got his autograph. bought a book of his own life. got it signed by jagjit.
i have almost every single information about his music...
so what else i can say ...??/? |

ji main only hindi main hi type kar sakta hoo mughe aapki gazal samaghte thye magar phir bhi jo 'love is blind' se hai bahut pasand hai isliye main aap ko dhanyevaad kata hoon. ho sake to agar kabhi jindgi mai aapse saamna hoo to mughe jaroor yaad rakhna or main aapse wahi gazal aapke alfajoon se sunna chahta hoon. magar main itne hi standerd ka ladka nhi hoo ki mai aapta pahuch sakoon isliye mai aapko rooj sunkar hi dil behla leyta hoon.
aapka sunnewaala or hamesa aapko dil main rakhne wala aapka vinod kumar
