Thanks for bailing me out of my soldering dilemma and for sharing your various lead/solder techniques. I am most grateful. Have made note of all your suggestions that will be implemented. It was a pleasure that our paths crossed.

Comments:It's a blast from the past! I am still alive but unfortunately not keeping up with my stained glass as I wish I could. But I am back! quick review.... my husband and I purchased a gift shop so my life has not been my own for two years (can you believe it has been so long?) I took out my tools and dusted everything off because I realized that I was really missing doing my glass work. Of course I NEED some refresher tips. I miss seeing you and Jane and the girls. I drive by your shop often and when you hear ringing in your ears it's because I am talking about you to others (most of it is good, Butch!) I will stop by soon to chat... hope you will have time for an old friend.... love the website.... you've come a long way baby! Fran :-)

Comments:Well you never cease to amaze me! From our first encounter in class, to my first (of many) trips to the store, to the creation of my first piece, to the developement of a new and rewarding hobby that has provided me with not only fulfillment of my crafting skills but has also enhanced my life with new friendships. Butch, I'd tell you (as the others did) that you are extremely talented....but you already know that....and I don't want your head getting too big! Jane, the mild mannered lady whose low-key comments keep Butch in line....you truly are "the behind the scenes" woman... and we all know that behind every good man is a great woman. Thanks for all the help you have given me when I'm there to purchase supplies. Well I guess you can determine that I really enjoy what you do....and what I do because of you.....Thanks a bunch!!!!!!

Comments:Butch the best teacher but color blind and needs Jane the super color artisan to get the best out of Butch's art. Too bad that Butch is so quiet and reserved. Thanks for the beginners lessons at the high school, got me hooked with the facination of stained glass art, now all my extra allowance cash goes to creating treasures for family and friends, even tho this is contrary to Butch's teaching.
