| Comments: | Lou's intruder theory is obviously and has been correct. The intruder felt comfortable enough to practice the letter writing and revealed things that he could have discovered while waiting for the Ramsey's to return or he could have already been familiar with the family.
Did the intruder know that the family was going to be out on Christmas night at a party, or was he just lucky enough to happen upon them leaving? (Seems like he knew) How did the pineapple get on the table and Jon Benet eat it, if her parents were sure she hadn't had any pineapple that evening and was placed asleep into her bed? Did Jon Benet wake up and have some pineapple on her own? Did the intruder know that she liked pineapple and entice her to have some before he tased her with the stun gun as she later discovered that she was in harms way? Or was she tased while sleeping in bed as some have suggested? It seems like the killer is someone whom the family knew and someone who had intimate knowledge of the family happenings. Could it have been the maid's son or husband? Was their DNA checked? Are there others who were familiar with the family? Has all the checked DNA been run in through the national data base with all of the back-logs? I hope justice comes so some other child doesn't suffer! |

I agree with your intruder theory. In fact, I know a person who said he was there when it happened. I have on numerous occasions try to meet with Boulder investigators, but I have been ignored and brushed off. The person I know is a very strange person, and I believe that he is the one that did the murder. But no one will even talk to me. It is so fustrating. I call about once a year and talk to Boulder or leave messages. I even sent them a very long letter, but still nothing. I just wish that someone would take me serious. I am not trying to get attention, that is why I haven't gone to any other person except the Boulder dept. and now this. Please help. Sincerely Sherr |

| Comments: | Hello Lou. I really don't know how to start this. At the time JonBenet was murdered my daugther was very close in age to her, so my heart strings were tugged very hard. I never thought the Ramseys murdered her for one minute, parents just couldn't do that. Anyway what I really want to tell you is that years ago I read the book Death of Innocence and after reading it I passed it on to my mother. She read it and I called her to ask "Who do you think did it?" she answered "The man renting the room for the older couple across the street." I said I thought the exact same thing. She went on to say that the person that murdered JonBenet felt very comfortble in the house and probably from time to time entered it and lorded over the place when they were gone. The older couple had a key to the Ramsey's house so he had access to get it and enter their home when ever he wanted, probably read their opened mail, knew about John's bonus etc. My mother is a retired Deputy Director of Mental Health Services for one of the central states, so she has some insight into what type personality it would take to comment such a crime. I am emailing you now because, once again she was right. I am sure you heard about Ben Ownby and Shawn Hornbeck kidnapping. I was talking to her right after Ben was kidnapped and she said when or if they find who took him it would be the same person who took Shawn Hornbeck and about 2 days later they found them. Again she was thinking in terms of psychological factors. I am sure you have talked to many experts in the field but it wouldn't hurt to listen to one more. Thanks for reading. |

Maybe a Father who was desperate to pay his child support and had his license pulled over non-payment could have been motivated. |

She may of had birthday parties and paremnts picked their children up. I would look for a desperate man that was possibly divorced within a year or 15 months of the death that had a large child support payment to make whose bussiness was going south as he failed child support payments that could of been substansial and may of even had his drivers license pulled and thrown in jail for lack of child support payments. |

| Comments: | Lou Smit has the right answer, someone broke in and killed Jon Benet. DNA has proven the parents and Karr are innocent. You can't argue with a proven fact. DNA doesn't lie. Some sick pervert is out there roaming the streets somewhere. I don't think we will ever know who the murder is. The only comfort we will ever have is knowing that when judgement day comes he will have to answer to God for his actions on that night. The reason everything was so screwed up is because of a very sloppy investigation and the way the crime scene was handled. I can't argue that the parents acted strange but everyone reacts differently to different situations. It's not our place to jugde thier actions. I have read books, watched Lou Smit's special on court tv on the murder investigation, and news coverage on this case and at first I'll admit I was very confused about the whole thing. I think that the FBI should have been put in charge of the investigation so the DNA evidence could have moved the case along so maybe the murderer would have been caught by now. When you put a person such as Eller whom has never been involved in a murder investigation in charge you can't expect the case to be solved or handled properly. The FBI is better ecuipted to handle an investigation such as this one. Hopefully one day we will have an answer but I don't expect one, and hopefully Boulder has learned from the mistakes they have made from this case so they will be able to do better on the next perplexing case tht comes thier way!!!!!!!! |

I thought the same thing until I started reading about the case and making logical decisions myself instead of basing theorys on what comes out of the Star and Examiner. I believe this murder was planned,I believe that this person is a pedofile and probably has molested before without getting caught since they have no DNA in system that matches DNA on Jonbenet. | Comments: | I just read John and Patsy's book. I've been listening to news shows on CNN and such. Obviously, I don't have all the info and just what is put out into the news media. I do not believe any parent could do such a thing or even set up such a "plan" to do THAT to their child. Ok, maybe some parents could but I don't think John or Patsy could be that good of an act...one way publicly or with family and friends like Patsy was with JonBenet and than a total animal behind closed doors like the killer was!!! It is so obvious the love and dedication both John and Patsy had for their children. If they are guilty of anything it was wanting to provide the best life for their children. The persecution by the media they had to live through after their daughter was murdered is beyond what anyone should have to go through!!! Any one of us can sit and 'judge' either John, Patsy or whoever else but until all evidence points and proves that specific person did the horrible crime they are innocent...which has been shown recently even after a confession was made!!!!
I hope by some miracle that this crime is somehow solved and both JonBenet and Patsy can finally rest in peace. |

| Comments: | I first read about the ramsay case in a book called"cases that haunt us"and though it was confusing and frustrating,i had a advantage as it was written by an experienced man.i had the assumption (way before finishing the book and considering all the facts)that the parents were involve.only because i read that they hired a lawyer during their questioning,and it just seemed to fit to me.the author,however thought they were not in it which seemed irrational to me at the time.watching a documentary a year ago,though really seemed to put it all together of the man who lived in colarado and had been found to have a history ,i dnot really know how it ended though.but i dont think that Karr did it,i think really there was just too much attention on the case that it sold too much to the public and this man can just be going to get recognised or as his wife tells us he is obsessed with cases of this nature.i personally think this case has a deeper level to it and the stuff ups at the beginning (like having too many people in the house minutes after police got the phone call)have pulled it back.idont understand though how it all could of went doewn to leave us in such confusion,im sure this man that was suspected last year was the closest we can ever reach. |

I just watched the MSNBC special on T.V. and something hit me that I sure you already know but I had to write you so if there is a chance no one is thinking this...the ransome note was signed S.B.T.C ...the special indicates an old highschool year book that was signed " I shall be the conquere" ..SBTC....I know this can't put this in jail but what is the coincidence?...I believe this (Mark Karr) guy could have done this. The note was probly intented to go accordingly, I also think Mark Karr knows the husband from alabama...are there any links that the father might have been "down south" at one time in his life? JonBenet Ramsey has finally been caught and will never be released to prey upon other innocent children. I felt so relieved when I first heard the news. After ten years, it had seemed that he would never be caught. I am very grateful that Lou Smit's detailing of evidence and interpretation of evidence pointing to an intruder was here online, though some of the photos are heartbreaking. I did some research after I saw it and I am almost positive that the Ramsey's are innocent. The person responsible for the murder of Jon bennet is the serial killer Robert Browne. The things he did to other children and people are the smae mo used to kill jon Bennet. he said he killed a total of 48 people and many were young adults and children. He was convicted of killing a child ther in Colorado. If the police would do their research I'm sure they would have their man. |
