| Comments: | At night, I sit alone with my Fender Jaguar and think about times past. Sometimes I cry and sometimes I laugh. I think about my few efforts to make songs for the group...and how Seth later told me that he ripped off my ideas. Oh well, we had fun...right? We rightfully won that battle of the bands, but only got second, then we never even got our free shirts made. That was in my opinion the last time anyone ever saw Pother. Playing two shows back to back that day felt good. I think I will try that again sometime. Then, the come back never really came together and no one really got ahold of me. But, we will do it again one day. One way or another. I know for a fact that all of those devoted fans are still out there. I talked to one the other day. He said, "You were in Pother...Wow!" I couldn't tell if that was meant to be sarcastic or not, but the fact is that he remembered. So, when we do release some more material, I think it should be called, "The Get Up Kids Suck, Watch Out, We Are Coming To Steal Your Glory." Or something like that, and by the way if any Get Up Kids or any of their fans ever stumble upon this...for the record I pay for my own things and I have for a long time. So, don't talk smack about JoCo this and JoCo that, 'cause you grew up down the street! Now, I am off the subject. Well, that is all for now. I hope to see everyone in the audience again one day (Especially that girl who randomly got my number and called and complained about her ex-boyfriend to me all night...you know who you are. What was that about?). Wait a minute...they shut down Gee Coffee??? Cal moved to Florida??? No one has a tape player to play our demo tape in anymore??? The Get Up Kids are famous??? guys played good considering the sound guys car got ran into and Seth had to try to figure it out. Cool Green Day cover. You should tell more people about your shows and Im sure you would see aa bigger crowd.
