| Comments: | I had the worst service I have ever had in my life today at your restaurant. We were never checked on after receiving our food, our drinks were never refilled, and we sat there for 20 minutes after we were finished before she finally came over to offer to refill our drinks. She had a total of five tables but only seemed to have time to stop by one, in which by the amount of time she spent talking to them I'm assuming they were friends of hers. She even had time to go outside and pet a dog. Normally a young man waits on us and he is wonderful, so I was surprised to learn that our waitress this time was one of the owners. I was very disappointed. My husband and I normally enjoy coming there and we love the food, we even called to inquire about catering for a party of 300 we were having. I'm sorry to say after our experience today I dont believe we will be back. I know that our bad experience won't effect your revenue, but from one business manager to another I just thought I'd give you my insight on your customer service. Thank you for your time. |

| Comments: | Reply to Britney. Sorry you had a bad day when you came into Big Daddy's BBQ. We do try and give good service. When you came into the restaurant it was very busy. We had 2 servers on at that time. Looking back at the video your appetizer came with in 11 min from the time the server took your order. However she failed to go back and get the rest of your order, because you choose to wait to give her your food order. Normally a customer will give their complete order. We may not have the most experienced servered, but they do try their best. Since we were so busy I'm sure it was worse because you had a "Bad Day also" When you stated that another server saw what was going on and did nothing, from looking at the tape the other server went to the other table next to yours. She may have seen that you had food already and does not assume you want more food. Your server dropped the ball and should have gone back to you. We spoke to her about always checking tables several times during a persons stay. We also have customers that complain that servers check them too many times during their meals. So either way we do what We think is best. However if you choose to not come back when you do come on a busy night such as your visit, then that is your choice. I do think that if you gave it a fair try then you would see that it doesn't happen often.
Even I as a business owner go to other restaurants and have had to wait. Doesn't mean I would never go again, just means they are also having a rough day. Such as you had at your own job. So in closing, I hope your other days go better than that day you came into our Restaurant. Elaine |

I had a bad day at work and wanted to go somewhere to have good service and good food, so we decided Big Daddys. When we came in and got seated we got our drinks right away. Our server only had 2 other tables but seemed to be struggling. It took her 20 min to get our app order and after we finished our app she still hadnt came to get our meal order. We waited another 20 min for her to come and get our order. I tried to get her attention but she acted like I didnt even exist and had forgot about us. By this time I just wanted to leave. The other servers saw what was going on that we werent being waited on but did nothing. I was very disappointed with the service and probably will not be back to dine in. You should probably think about hiring people with experience. |

| Comments: | Our car club stopped by Big Daddy's last night to have dinner after our meeting, and even though we arrived un-announced with 14 people, Elaine, Jayson and crew were more than happy to get us seated and fed. Even with a group our size, we were watered and fed without a long wait, and were even allowed to bring in a birthday cake for one of our members. We were treated like family, and the gang took our "cackling" and bantering in stride....even the Silly String didn't faze them. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. We will definitely be back, although we promise to give you advanced notice! Thanks again guys!

We already had our favorite BBQ establishment, which we frequent often, and which we thought no one could beat. Well, lets just say we got a wild hair and decided to try something different today.After ordering a rack of ribs and tasting them, we have decided change isn't always bad. They were the best tasting ribs we've EVER had !! We now have a NEW favorite BBQ establishment we will frequent often from now on. Also, the service was fantastic. Thanks again. We first tried them when he got started in the trailer on Valley ave, mainly because he was a friend of my wife's from high school. I was pleasantly suprised and have never craved good BBQ since. I would eat there every day if my better half allowed that! Jason and Elaine are good people, lot's of fun and make some kick a$$ food! We will be heading there Friday night with about 30 other people to partake in some fine dining with our Jeep club. Can't wait! |

| Comments: | I have to say this place is GREAT good service and good food. I found this place while I was on a day trip with my 2 kids and my nephew,who also enjoyed their food. I have to say you guys have some of the best costumer service around. The pulled chicken and the potato salad was great. The ribs and mac and cheese was also good. If you need a funnel cake fix try the funnel cake sticks.

| Comments: | Terrible service! Waited 25 min for our food, and instead of our dinner they brought us our check! Then the waitress got nasty when I told her I had been waiting for a drink for over 10 min. We left and won't go back!
Addendum: Hi this is Jayson co-owner of Big Daddy's. I was very concerned when I read your post, so I decided to investigate. Let me start by saying that waitress that you say was rude is my wife, and co-owner. Through the miracles of technology I was able to ascertain that your order of Mushrooms that you ordered as an appetizer arrived in approximately 8 minutes. The issue of waiting for your water for 10 minutes was a regeretful oversight, but sometimes this happens on a night that busy . Our mistake. When my wife asked if everything was ok, you said well we're waiting on our food, and Ive been waiting for a drink for 10 minutes. Being that you had mushrooms and 2 iced teas on the table, it doesnt seem like you were being totally ignored. Actually it was a simple communication error. When my wife tried to explain that we were busy and doing the best we could, you responded "well there's no reason to be rude" She said she wasnt being rude just stating a simple fact. You responded by saying we're leaving. She said goodbye. So just to correct one aspect of your fairy tale, your check was never delivered. The check she had in her hand was for another table. Even though it is illegal to walk out on your tab, don't sweat it, ill pick up the mushrooms and teas. Im a really nice guy. Just so theres no need for you to come back in. I would like to share with you a few words i learned from my dear sainted mother. "You catch more flies with sugar than you do with vinegar." Not a sermon, just a thought. |
