She was 16 at the time of birth and likely had the baby sometime in 1969 or 1970. She claims the baby was a girl, but was only told this as she was not allowed to see the baby. She also hinted that the sibling tried to make contact at one time. We have been told she was born in Moses Lake, Spokane, or Yakima. | Comments: | With the help of a wonderful search angel, I located Thomas Butler, and through him, located my birth mother Sandra. However, Sandra refuses contact! She will not divulge my birth father's name, as Thomas was the man she married when pregnant. Thomas was very helpful, and I am forever grateful for his honesty. My half-sister refuses contact, and I am gobsmacked by this behavior. I promised no contact whatsoever, if she would just provide me with the name of the birth father. She admitted knowing him. So I am looking for anybody that may have known Sandra Schreier in Aberdeen, Washington in the late 60's, or Olympia, Washington, and, other than Thomas Butler, who she may have been involved with in very early 1968. I am an adoptee looking for my siblings ~~ I was abandoned in 1954 when I was 2 years old alongside a freeway in Yakima Washington with 2 older brothers Tommy (3 years old) and Gary (5 years old). We were in Foster Homes and Orphanages together until they were adopted (I was the last to be adopted). I was adopted out of Yakima, Washington at the age of 7, sometime around July of 1959. (That's when I went to my adopted home) From my information I also have 1 other older brother and 3 older sisters. My biological Father may have worked construction on the Coulee Dam. (Probably the expansion of it which started in 1952) I was born Loren (Lauren) Elizabeth Larson on October 10, 1952 at Coulee Dam Community Hospital. I do not know my biological parents names or the dates of my siblings birth. I don't have a lot of information to go on nor do I know how to begin this search, any and all help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

My mom kept me for 6 weeks, attempting to get the dad to accept me twice. Finally convinced that she could not offer me as good a life as the type people that were able to adopt,she gave me up for adoption.
My adoptive parents came up from their home in Longview, Wa. and met the Social Worker handling the adoption process, at a Motel nearby. They took me home that day. If anyone knows my mom, or remembers someone with a similar story. pls e-mail me. thanks. |

They were removed from the home by Social Services in 1975 after the mother left the home. Birth parents worked at a chicken farm in the area, and were married at the time of relinquishment. They were adopted by families from Tacoma area, who were supposedly friends of each other.
I am the oldest of 6 other siblings given up for adoption before their birth. We had a reunion in 2002 and it was not the same without knowing them. |

Valdon was born in 1938 and was raised by his father who was an alcoholic, his mother left when he was young. As the story goes Sarah and valdon were going thru a divorce and could not provide a good home so the put me up for adoption. This is all hearsay so it may or may not be accurate.
