I just found your website and am near tears reading your story. Your ordeal started about 6 weeks before mine. My two boys were pulled from my home after a teacher reported bruises on my then 8-year-old. My alcoholic, drug abusing husband was the perp,but I had to stay and clean up the mess while he took off out of state. I was forced to sign a case plan I had just been given with no time to even read it. I even stated that I didn't have my glasses there and couldn't see what i was signing.The caseworker had had my case for two months and wrote the damn case plan sitting behind me in court.It's sorta like doing your homework just before the bell rings! Even though I proved Dad was out of state and no danger to the kids, they charged me with deprivation because I didn't have medical insurance. Since when is poverty a crime? 47 million Americans don't have insurance.I had only been on my new job 3 weeks and had to wait ninety days for eligibility. I had to pay 56.00 a week when I could have had peachcare for 12.00 a month. I also had to prove that I had filed for divorce,at the same time congress had signed the support of marriage act! I didn't have money for a lawyer after paying all the fees and drug tests and the required physical and mental health screens. My caseworker kept showing up at my new job to visit me[I worked next to the mall] I had to function on my new job and smile for my clients as if my world hadn't fallen completely apart
. After two weeks in foster care, my boys were given over to my 30-year old son and his wife. They certified their home as safe when there were roaches everywhere, a rotted deck falling off the back of their rental house, and a cat litter-box sitting next to the dining room table! They had their own newborn but were given no money to help with my two kids. It caused a lot of problems for them financially and maritally.I spent my after work time and days off between jumping through hoops for the court, visiting my kids and cleaning the house where they stayed . Every penny I had went to fees, food for them,and trying to bail my house out of forclosure. I was lucky, I had family who loved and cared about us and were willing to pitch in and help. I was 46 at the time. I don't know how a young girl Could get through it . Who advocates for the parents? What if you have no one to support you? Certainly not the court -appointed lawyers. Mine told me to shut up and say nothing,just go along with the program.I have no problem saying her name aloud LEAH BRUMBELOW!!!!!She should be ashamed of herself, taking money from tax-payers to do nothing. I refused to play along, and invoked the wrath of DFCS lawyer ANDREA MOLDIVAR, of CHAPEL HILL COUNTRY CLUB. Every time the case came up to be dismissed, she had a new condition to throw in,another three months. My 7-year old is autistic. They made him go through a Gastroenterologists exam to find out why he was still in diapers. The Dr. was really ticked and sent them a report saying this was normal for these kids and it wasn't at all unusual for them to potty train at 8-12 yrs of age. Next they wanted me to take parenting classes for autism. I told them they don't exist,they just diagnose these kids and send them home. You're on your own! I told the entire court that ,thank you very much but I wasn't ashamed to say I knew more about autism than ANYONE in that courtroom! The Guardian Ad Litem understood that My Son and his wife were having problems because of the added burden, and my kids were regressing because of all the upheaval. She told the judge that I understood the unique nature of their handicaps better than anyone and home was where they belonged.Three more months. Meanwhile they are staying in my house illegally because my son and his wife can't keep their gas and water and elec. on all at the same time. This is a certified home? The kids told me that at the foster home they had three Dads,and they were all mean to them. HUh? Their children were allowed to hit them and dinner one night consisted of turnip greens with a moon pie for dessert. When I saw them at the church visitation it was 7:30 at night and they hadn't eaten yet. Their nails were long and dirty. I couldn't stop crying. About the time I regained supervised, conditional custody,I met and re-married my current husband. He was apdopted ,having been taken from his mother at the age of 6 and placed with an abusive family. We bought a home in Carroll county and lo and behold! The kids get a nosy counselor snooping through their files and she reports my new husband to Carroll county DFCS! My son repeated the neme of his Birth father to her as the perpetrator but she still reported my husband as being abusive. We moved back to Douglas county a year later. The principal at our school Got upset with me for asking to change teachers because my son's teacher flat out let me know she had neither room nor time for an autistic child and no experience teaching them. Principal asked me if I moved around from school to school when I didn't get my way. The oldest wasn't doing his homework for me,so he was grounded. The youngest was acting out cause the teacher was ugly with him. Soon another visit from DFCS. I told the worker that by taking my children for so long they had broken the mother- child bond and completely undermined my authority with my kids. I told her that now I was terrified to discipline the kids, but when they get older and they get in trouble with the school or the law they'd wanna know why I didn't control my kids. Well, now it's happened. My son ,now 12 took a pocket knife to school and was expelled from 6th grade, and we go to court on the 17th of june before guess who? Judge Walker and I'm sure they'll assign Leah Brumbelow to defend him. Pray for us. When he's seventeen the Military recruiters will be all over him to enlist and go off to war. And he will, because to him no attachment to another human being will carry trust, and he's ANGRY!!!! This completely reminds me of the sixties and seventies when you could get welfare if you let the welfare workers come in and snoop through your medicine cabinet to make sure you weren't keeping a man Keep Your Chin up and fight the good fight | |

I live in Ky, my daughter lives in Georgia. My youngest grandson was seized my Dfcs and we are having a very hard time getting him back. They claim my daughter had dirty drug test and is not cooperative. It's not true. They have been asked to give custody of the child to me and are dragging their feet on the paperwork. It's been 6 m onths and I am terrified that they will terminate the parental rights and I'll never see my grandson again :( I don't know how to fight their flawed system.

CHILD "PROTECTIVE" SERVICES DESTROYED MY FAMILY
State and federally funded Child Protective Service agencies are seizing children from non-abusive homes in the absence of evidence or realistic cause to believe that the child is in danger of harm, and in gross violation of their own protocols, State and Federal regulations, and the Constitution of the United States. CPS “removes” 4600 American children per day from their families in the United States. I home schooled 7 children and raised them in the Christian faith. My middle daughter (then 19 years old) walked across the street in January 2006 and told the neighbors that she was sexually molested with power tools, beaten with crow bars and burned alive. This all supposedly took place between the ages of 8 to 16 years. Never mind that there is no physical evidence of any of this (because it never happened). My husband was arrested but subsequently released on bond. The “protective” order drafted by this daughter disarms us for 2 years. We live out in the country where predators threaten our livestock. None of us has ever pointed a gun at a human being, yet, this daughter “dreamed” that her father pointed a shotgun at the family and told them to get on the floor or he would kill us all. She later mentioned that the dream seemed “so real”. Yes, it was real enough to make sure we wouldn’t even be allowed to have ONE bullet in the home without fear of arrest. My 2 youngest were taken away from me without a court order. CPS walked in…and took them—NOTHING was done to keep them in the home. REMOVAL was the first and only choice of CPS. The law states that a child can only be removed from their home as a LAST resort, and only when the child is at imminent risk of serious harm. Removal of my two daughters, non-abused children, from their home was perceived by them to be an act of emotional and psychological terrorism. CPS does not follow established law and policy. They face no consequences for their illegal behavior. Law enforcement routinely submits to the whims of social workers as they did in our case as they accompanied CPS into the home and told everyone to get out of the house so CPS could “interview” me. Normal, innocent people do not tend to be suspicious and defensive, so they usually cooperate when social workers knock on their door. This mother offered no resistance believing that truth and justice would prevail and that we had done nothing illegal and therefore had nothing to hide. Citizens should NOT be torn from their homes and family members based on nothing more than hearsay. Federal statistics say that there are approximately 3 million reports of suspected child abuse and neglect each year. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services documents 900,000 as "substantiated", leaving over 2 million families per year FALSELY ACCUSED. Of the "substantiated" cases, 68% do NOT involve child maltreatment, according to the federal authorities. This figure is escalating at an alarming rate each year as over zealous reporting and frivolous intervention by CPS spins out of control. The case dragged on with my 19 year old feeding CPS all kinds of lies...and they believed her. She even perjured herself multiple times during our trial but there were NO consequences. A legal system that tolerates perjury and the subornation of perjury can NOT produce justice. Judges should not blindly go along with CPS and allow them to control court process, but fulfill their judicial canons by insisting that due process is followed, laws adhered to, and that procedural error is not tolerated. Parents are subjected to a highly irregular "civil" proceeding that makes a complete mockery of our judicial system. They are often told they may not speak or present exculpatory evidence as we tried to at the June 21, 2006 hearing regarding anonymous e-mails sent to our CPS caseworker. The case degenerated into an exercise in character assassination and slander by neighbors who we have never met. Actual acts of child abuse or neglect that place the child at "imminent risk of serious harm" were not even discussed. Vague, obscure, and distorted allegations about our personalities and hearsay comprised the bulk of the “evidence”, including our "being in denial" and "anger problems". Our family was put under a powerful, and distorted, microscope. Social workers asked bizarre and invasive questions. We were asked whether or not we had “explosives and missile launchers”, whether I intended to “run the pick up truck thru the public school, kidnap my daughters and take them to New Mexico and drink poisoned Kool-Aid and commit suicide”. I’d laugh my head off if this weren’t so serious…and TRUE! Do the parents ever argue? Do they ever raise their voices? This is then documented as "domestic violence." The majority of the funding for domestic violence programs is channeled through CPS so this was no revelation to us. If parents deny domestic abuse or child abuse, they are told that they are "in denial", and this is all "part of the syndrome." Admitting - confessing - is one of the requirements. Truth and reality are not important. Saying the right things to keep federal funding flowing, is. One of my daughters CPS took from me "aged out" and returned home in April 2007. At one minute after midnight on her 18th birthday, we gratefully received her back into our arms. After 6 days of "trial" in June 2007, I was adjudicated as unfit and my youngest child (age 15) will remain in permanent managing conservatorship of the State and continue to reside in foster care against her will and despite her telling the judge, Guardian Ad Litem and all the rest of these people--on multiple occasions since her wrongful abduction by State actors known as CPS on January 11, 2006, --that she was never abused and just wants to return home. It doesn't matter how many times you tell CPS there was no abuse, they just tell you that you are in "denial" and "not cooperating". Children should NOT be held as indentured servants or held in thrall to others for acts they have not committed. The financial incentives for shredding families, warehousing children until the barriers to adoption (parents) can be eliminated and children adopted out, are lucrative. CPS is part of a $14. billion dollar a year, tax payer fueled, child abuse industrial complex which provides jobs for caseworkers, judges, lawyers, bailiffs, various court personnel, psychotherapists, foster homes, pharmaceutical vendors and a host of others. This is a HUGE growth industry that provides private profit through Medicaid. Service providers (vendors) hold multi-million dollar contracts with the social service agencies. Families are ordered to engage in "services" with the contracted vendors, all of whom bill Medicaid at inflated rates for "services" that are often inappropriate, unnecessary, onerous, and completely irrelevant (not to mention unconstitutional) to the families situation, or to child maltreatment. This writer is 57 years old, has been married to the same man (the biological father of our 7 children) for 32 years. I am a registered nurse, do not drink, smoke, never did drugs, don’t even have a traffic ticket. I have never abused my children nor has my husband sexually molested any of my children. WHY is this happening to us? Families are coerced into participating by intimidation and the threat of losing their children. In return for these fraudulently collected profits, the contracted vendors provide manufactured "evidence" of child maltreatment to support CPS claims that they need to keep the child in foster care. In return for this they receive more federal funding. On May 21, 2007 the CPS trial on the merits began in the Caldwell County Judicial Center in Lockhart, Texas. It consisted of 6 days of persecution and mockery of my lifestyle and personal beliefs and made a complete travesty of our judicial system. Their “evidence” consisted of hearsay and e-mails allegedly authored by my 19 year old daughter. Constitutional violations were rampant throughout this ordeal. The Guardian Ad Litem testified that it wasn’t “safe” for my 15 year old to return home “(even if the father were removed)” because she would “suffer thru abuse rather than report it”—“even if she continued going to public school because when she got back home, her mother would deprogram her.” WHAT abuse? “DEPROGRAM”? We USED to be home schoolers. Evidently, the State of Texas has a resocialization program underway to destroy my daughter’s belief system since it’s a crime to be a Christian and to home school. It is socialist ideology that children should be raised by the State. Dr. C. Henry Kempe, an open supporter of the Communist party stated: "We must remove children from the crude influence of their families and, frankly, nationalize them." On June 26, 2007, I was adjudicated as an unfit mother in spite of NO evidence of abuse and with the civil court’s full knowledge that “the criminal charges against my husband (which were fabricated by my 19 year old daughter) would be dismissed any day now because of lack of evidence”. Indeed, criminal charges WERE conveniently dismissed June 28, 2007--2 days AFTER CPS court rendered their decision. This is CYA (cover your afterburner) in operation. The Judge said that “REGARDLESS of the outcome of the criminal trial, my husband has to take sex offender therapy” and our daughter can’t come back home unless recommended by their CPS contracted, bought and paid for, psychologist. We tried to offer another expert opinion to testify that it was safe for her to come home, but the Judge practically RAN him out of the court room. They don’t want to hear anything that doesn’t agree with their paradigm. They certainly aren’t interested in the truth. Citizens should NOT be censured by public officials for crimes they have not committed. I’d like to know how Caldwell County even GOT an indictment in the first place. All the so called “evidence” is whatever my daughter told them. There is no physical evidence of “sexual molesting with power tools, beatings with crowbars and burning in the fireplace”…. BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED. My husband and I took all the court ordered parenting classes required by the State of Texas and attended weekly psychotherapy sessions thru CPS contracted vendors. These sessions consist of nothing more than coercive persuasion designed to interrogate, break down your will and cause you to believe the unbelievable. In the end, it’s all for nothing. CPS tells you that you’re “in denial” and being “uncooperative”. It feels more like Nazi Germany and the Soviet gulags every day. CPS routinely employs unconstitutional actions, fraud, extortion, deceit, kidnapping, and conspiracy in an ongoing criminal enterprise designed to cheat the public and destroy families of the United States of America for profit, for agrandizement and to delude the public into thinking their actions are for the general welfare of this nation. Unconstitutional summary judicial proceedings designed to perpetrate for-profit crimes against humanity, family dismemberment and human trafficking, and to defraud the Federal Government for Social Services Agency operational funds have been perpetrated upon many families in America. Child Protective Services, in taking children who do not meet the statutory definition of abuse or neglect from loving homes is creating more throwaway children than they are legitimately saving. CPS actors merely decide that children are “at risk” and that abuse or neglect may occur in the FUTURE. These are POLICE STATE TACTICS that are routinely deployed against citizens of totalitarian regimes. What happened to due process? What happened to the Constitution of the United States of America? Where is the Bill of Rights? Dismembering families and creating artificial orphans by means of fraud and/or deceptive trade practices is NOT legitimate government business. CPS engages in for-profit crimes against humanity consequent to the unlawful dismemberment of families to create human trafficking victims from which the County earns Federal funds with which to fund it’s operations. Comptroller Carole Keeton Strayhorn Statement On Foster Care Abuse given Friday, June 23, 2006 in Austin, Texas DFPS statistics themselves underscore the fact that my 15 year old daughter is in FAR GREATER DANGER in the custody of CPS than she is in the care of her falsely accused biological parents. The State of California published the following statement: called the “perverse incentive factor,” States and counties earn more revenue by having more children in the system – whether it is opening a case to investigate a report of child abuse and neglect or placing a child in foster care.” Facts-at-a-Glance, Child Welfare in California, 09..09..2003, www.dss.cahwnet.gov/pdf/facts.pdf At the end of FY 2003, Texas DFPS had legal responsibility for 22,346 children. Of that total, 15,414 children resided in foster care. In the same time period, there were 6,932 children in the Department’s legal custody who were not residing in foster care. Texas, as does California, PROFITS FROM HUMAN TRAFFICKING, which is a deplorable manner by which to fund County operations. Some statistics from the State and County where I live: In FY 2003, CPS conducted 131,130 investigations of abuse and/or neglect in Texas and confirmed abuse and/or neglect in 32,792 cases. In FY 2004, the number of child abuse and/or neglect investigations is expected to increase by 10 percent over FY 2003. A so called judge in Douglas County Georgia named Peggy Walker gave my two year old grandson to a drug addicted, violent abuser who had a TPO order against him and had not even been legimated in the state of Georgia.He had tried to murder my daughter twice and treatened to kill me. His father showed up on my door with a gun in hand to try to kidnap the child. They did not need a gun they had so called judge walker on their side. How this was accomplished I can guess at. There is a total of 37 report to the police on the father. He had no rights whatsoever in the eyes of the law. But Judge Walker makes her own law and according to her own words "I REIGN SUPREME".
We found out that the father was is an informer with the DEA since 1998. His buddy who is a DEA agent set him up as an informant so they could not prosecute him if he was caught with drugs no matter the amount-HE has IMMUNITY. all he has to do is give them a few names now and then. He boasted to us of the fact saying we couldn't do a damn thing. He can give names with no proof and they will get or manufacture proof. He is responsible for several people going to jail don't know if they wer innocent or guilty. He boasted he didn't like the way one guy looked at him in a club once and so he found out his name and swore he bought drugs from him. He thought that was funny. His name is William Rodrick Lovell. He is the most dangerous form of liar in the world as he has absolutly no conscience. My husband who suffers from cancer was threatned by this deviant saying "your cancer is not going to be what kills you." | |

We are now in a very similar position. I understand all to well the damage and chaos that can come from DFCS. No matter what you do to prove your innocent they will twist and turn it all around, dig into your past and make ou look like the wost human in the world. When my husband was incarcerated over 6 yrs ago my sister-in-law took custody of my child. At the time I had a substance abuse problem and consented to this. My husband is now home and we are drug free. Cathy refuses to let us see our girl wwho is almist 16. Darla repeatedly asked her aunt to allow her time with us other than in church, but is refused. She is also being treated like cinderella and is punised for the slightest thing. We just want to get her back,but have little resourses. When the agreement was signed it was for permante custody. A Michigan Child Day Care Provider where the family that accused my family and I of child neglect to the point of revoking my license. Only the family that accused us were believed on all levels.. The CPS people were supposed to be for both sides, so we thought. It took the Michigan Department of Human Services 15 months to give a final decision on the matter. All that time I was allowed to provide services for my families, in which out of 10 to 15 families, the only one to take theri children from my care was the family that did the accusations. | |

My beautiful son with mental health issues and self-injury. Very concerning to me. I VOLUNTARILY placed him on a inpatient child psych unit in East Georgia. Poor communication at facility. LCSW advised to withold food except PBJ + water for self-injury behaviors.. blew my mind.. I felt that abusive to a depressed kid. Son "held it together" in different -hospital- setting. All staff telling me he's "normal" and WHY is he here? I pleaded with my son to please let these folks know his TRUE issues. I did get emotional- was understandably frustrated-, but no ACUTE intervention on the pscyh unit in front of a camera during that particular conversation!! On discharge date finally met psychiatrist in charge, and told my son does have "definite issues". Went home feeling at least we had a "resource" when he had struggles at home. Next week when at home unknowingly REPORTED to DFCS for "emotional abuse" by facility staff.. dumbfounded !! I TOOK him there for HELP !! Case was closed in 3 weeks.. psychiatrist stated only looking to HELP me find local "resources" because I appeared "overwhelmed"- so psychiatrist talked with caseworker and "mistake" fixed and case closed. Not the APPROPRIATE way to secure "resources" for a family in my mind. Facility also put him on meds that made him WORSE .. funny, NOW that he is on the "right" kind of meds - as I tried to suggest when he was hospitalized- he is doing a bit better at home now. DFCS caused extra TRAUMA we did not need, and I'm appauled at how this system is so "WRONG" !! The more I read , the sicker I become. My prayers with all the children and families violated by these "medical professionals, mental health providers, and State "caseworkers". Something definitely must be done about this bigtime "WRONG" !! How can I help ??? | |

We have been fighting DSS for over a year due to false claims made by our own mentally ill daughter. She has been in a metal health facility now since last November. She will be 18 this October. She has re-accused us four times now. I am scheduled to take my other five children in for more questioning tomorrow. We are heartsick, weary and defeated. "They" claim that they believe daughter is very ill, but they continue with the harassment of our family. I have been cleared three times over, but I am tired of the battle. | |

i was brougt to tears i lost 4 children to the "system" all because of money i fought for 3 years to bring my family back together but all they saw was money signs one person can not fight a whole state well i had to choose when i became pregnat with my 5 child i had just lost custidy of them all so they had to come up with a reason to take her and could not but they wanted her "money" so they harressed and thur bogus warrents they knew if i spent just 30 days in jail she would become ward of state so i had to leavestate to protect my child its been 5 years i can now go almost a whole day without crying and i want JUSTICE | |

I went thru something like this here in the county of Los Angeles, California, it was after I divorced my ex-jerk of husband and my daugherLeticia began to act out with drug and violence. I did slap her a couple of times. She in return ran away. It went like this until I asked for help. They system was working against me even when they knew she was going deep into trouble. I request several time for them to help me at home. Instead they send her to foster care where her behavior became worse. They finally gave custody to there no good father who used drugs and drank with her and the age of 14. My other daughter began acting out the same way they offered my some kind assistance called family preservation, which is a lot of bull. She kept reporting me to this agency of my intolerance of her behavior, one day this lady Lucy came and removed her from my home and took her to a girls home where she stood only one day and her father came for her too. And she thought that the courts were going to allow her to what she wanted to do. After I told the judge that after four years of this madness that I throw my hands up and gave her up. I almost lost my other two boys because the same system that tries to protect those who abuse child doesn’t not help protect them for the abuse they were doing to themselves. I forgot to mention that I had made a contract with children service’s not to make no more contact with their father because he abuse me and my daughter. And yet they allowed her to be return to their father. | |

I just found your web site, because my sisters kids were just taken away November 17th 2005. It's seems like the same things everyone else is going through here. They take the kids, and you are told nothing. All she has right now information wise, is a copy of the petition, that the case manager wrote after questioning the kids. My sister wasn't even home when the lady came to her house. When she got home they were gone. The next day around 6:00 pm that evening the Cm told her they had her children, and when her court date was. This is also a deprevation case. Gosh it's such a long story, that I won't tell right now. But hey I'll continue to read your site. And you keep it up.

Help I live in Douglas co. ive had a serious fight on my handc with dcfs since 03 with some of the same circumstances. Over time I have taken several drug screens {urine} thatI know were negitive.i also might add that I had to pay for them out of my own pocket because it seems that dfcs only pays for hair folical tests now and their hired company wants one hundred strands! Well after a year and a half of paying for my own screens at sixty bucks a pop and dfcs in my home twice a month they found nothing wrong with my parenting or anything else for that matter.Im a single mom of three and life is hard enough.Well now they have decided to close my case if I give them my hair.Well I refused to cut my hair espically knowing that they their are no grounds or suspissions to make them do so.Well in other words they decided to close my case because everything is good in my home but when said no to their haircut they decided to leave it open and pressure me to drug rehab.I am not on drugs and I know my worker dosent think I am.But now they hav petitioned the court for my hair Help!What can I expect? | |

I am praying for everyone going through the same as I am at this time. My parents 70 years old have my granddaughters now, but are giving them up on Sept. 8, when we go back into court. They told my daughter that she would get them back, she believes them, but I don't I am older and know what they are capable of, I have been on the internet for two days reading all this, I actually thought I was the only one that realizes that they are just full of lies and trying to get the girls age 2 and 3, they just had thier birthdays. I just wonder where they will be on thier next birthday. I am willing to go along with everyone else to the state capital to speak with the gov. or anything else we need to do to go against them. The best place for these girls if they can't have thier mother is with me the maternal grandmother, I was in the birthing room with the mom and dad at the birth of both of them, I show no favortism between the two, I have no drug record or abuse record, they just decided they didn't want me to have them, they fixed my evaluation papers, everything in them is lies except the part about my home, everything about me was lies. they lied to get them and put them in foster care and they lied to us the whole time. My heart is breaking along with all of you that have lost children, I have a son in prison, I have a daughter and I have these two grands. that is my family. I have had an encounter with DFCS-Cobb County, Georgia. In fourth grade , my son missed eight days of school with excuses...and these people attempted to make a false case of educational deprivation against me. Since there was no evidence whatsoever, as I had medical notes/excuses...in a kangaroo court proceeding, the transcript was severely altered by the judge and the court reporter. Those responsible for this courtroom fraud were the following circus clowns:
1. Betty Rose Blass, Attorney for Cobb DFCS; State Bar #: 062937 (Did you ever see the flies buzzing around that shady Missippi River boat gambler). 2. Judge Carrie Harris (Corrupt). Associate Judge Juanita Steadman -- an extreme game player. (Judicially Corrupt and she hugs up to the political power, to the Cobb Mob -- and she's on the side of whoever is winning). 3. Christopher Wright: a lowly paid DFCS caseworker -- with a degree in Parks & Recs (he has no professional background for being a caseworker -- and he's more than a possible pediophile, as he pulled my son out of class at the Lewis Elementary School and attempted to play footsies with him under the school table. This happened on two specific occassions. Additionally, this kiddo lied quite frequently. 4. Randall Harris: Guardian Ad Litem. Just a fake title because we overheard Real Lawyers say, "We don't want Randal to know this -- You know how Randal is." 5. Pat Rickman: a school social worker. We call her Pat "Whackman". She's something else...with a degree more than likely from the ole Acme School of Brain Surgery. All of the above mentioned people do not belong in any judicial functions regarding any persons children. I am investigating these corrupt people, who are guilty of malfeasance. I am the grandfather of 3 children going through hell with DFCS. The family of my daughter in law don't like my son and in an attempt to force a divorce down her throat they called in DFCS (which they have personal friends) and are trying to use the children to get their way. There is no proof of Abuse but still the worker is pushing the issue and forgetting policies and procidures in the process. A complaint turned in against her is going NO WHERE. They are safe for now but the battle is ongoing. The system is Broke big time and no one cares. | |
