| Comments: | Our puppy,Tucker, was originaly called "Tex" by Karen but upon getting him home & settled in with our other TFT(we think she's aprox 3 years old.She was a rescue),Lola, we started calling him Tucker & it stuck! Sometimes its Tuck-Tuck or just plain Tuck. He has been our little Sweetheart ever since!
He was born 6-15-2009 & Lydia & Elmo are his parents. His eyes are deep chocolate,his head is tan & his body almost entirely white except for a freckle here or there. Tucker loves to bury & hide his chew toys & treats from Lola. The funniest thing though is he'll work so hard to hide the thing & the whole time Lola is standing there very patiently watching him! So of course as soon as he's done all that work & is satisfied, Lola saunters over to the secret hiding place & steals it & Tucker goes nuts! He puts his front legs down & his butt in the air & barks & growls & dances round & round until he gets her so distracted he dives in & takes it back! He is just the funniest little guy! Well, I could probably write a book about both my Toy Fox Terriers right here but I'd better leave room for someone else to put something down...Karen,we feel so fortunate to have met you & we love love love our Tucker!!!!! We picked up little Peanut (Popeye) and Madison from you in March of 2008. They have both been such a blessing. Madison (or Maddy) got over her itching problem in a few months and she is a very well adjusted, loving little girl. Peanut is halarious and he makes me laugh every single day. He brings joy to the life of everyone he meets. He finally reached his resting weight of 3.6lbs, and you were right, he is such a little rottweiler on the inside. WE started with dlamations had a great one she passed away so we got 2 more but they were never like our first one so our daughter wanted a TFT for her b-day after a year of seraching we found Karen pratically in our backyard. How are you doing? Long time no speak. I just wanted to let you know that Leo (formerly known as Dakota) is loving life up here in Mass. This dog is like a human, it's creepy at times. I love this dog more than I ever though I would love a dog. He is my best friend and is always there for me. He is a beautiful dog and he was so easy to train. I can't tell you how much joy this little dog (who topped out at 5lbs) has brought to my life. There is no doubt that if I decide to get another one, I will be calling you. Your service, knowledge, and quality is unmatched. Furthermore, I don't think I would ever get a dog that is not a TFT. He is perfect! When I get a chance, I'll email you some current pics. I raise labradors but my son bought a TFT and I take care of him when they can't and I have become addicted to them. I love watching all the emotion in their ears, as the Labs are not as expressive that way. He was twice the size of the other puppies in his litter and is fairly large-14# I believe, but he handled the Labs well and enjoyed taking runs with them. Someday I guess I might want one and I think I would contact you because your caring comes through on your website. |

He is absolutely perfect in every way. Karen Larson is AWESOME!! She loves her dogs, knows her business and it shows! I contacted her even before Loki was born. I am wanting to know where you are located in Ohio. I live in the Nelson, Garrettsville area, approximately 37 miles from Cleveland. We just lost our long time family member of 15 years back in March. We miss her greatly. She was an awesome dog and the best friend a person could ask for. I found Caesar in South Carolina (I live in West Virginia) and he immediately became my "Puppy-Boy." Regrettably, Caesar died this week of a heart attack - apparently it was a congenital defect of which we were unaware. It is some comfort to me to look at all your pictures and remember all those special toy fox terriers from my lifetime. |

I finally found someonethat bred the same type of Toy Fox Terries we had many years ago. I had my first puppie at 6 years old, from Mrs. Golden in Longview WA, and had a Fox Terrier ever since. My parents just lost their Katie-did, she was 10 years old, and lost her battle with cancer. Baby is 12 years old, and showing her age now. I am glad to know that you are out there, I may be interested in gettting another little dog, later after Baby passes away.
