Thanks for this worthwhile project. My father, Giles Isham Jr. lost his lengthy battle with cancer on Feb 2nd this year. My mother's fight continues. Today my brother Jeff was proclaimed cancer free. Praise God! | |

Everyone appreciates your effort, in April of 2009 I have a planned trek from Washington DC to Windmill Point on the Virginia Side to raise awareness of Breast Cancer issues. If any of your group would like to paddle along they would be more than welcome. The trek is approximately 121 miles long on the Potomac River. If you go to my site you will see this is one of two treks I have planned for 2009.
Regardless I am very proud of each one of your group and the awareness you raise in the fight against cancer. I lost my father to Pancreatic Cancer, a foster sister to Breast Cancer and a very dear friend to Prostrate Cancer who was the only adoptive grandfather 14 year old every knew. His fight from his cancer spanned over 20 years. Cancer can be beaten in our lifetime. Hope all of you know you are wished a very healthy and happy Thanksgiving. Lee |

Hi I am Chris M. Co Chair of thr Northside Relay in Marion County Florida. I went to the RFL Summi at th peobody last month and you guys where there and we watched the video of the 2007 tour I was wondering if you could please send us a copy we would like to share at our meetings to my school and at our relay to show that this relay is not the only way to fight cancer and to inspire people to take the initative to fight back. you can contact me via email. I just finished watching your video on Youtube and went through your pics on your website. Way to go guys. I also did a paddle for cancer awareness in 2006. A friend and I paddled across Lake Nipigon and Lake Superior in 19 days and covered 1000km. Planning another one here in Canada but we all know it is a universal thing. Keep up the good work.
