| Comments: | When Mark was born, he had three siblings (1 brother, 2 sisters) ...Bill III, Terry and Jan. But I remember this as being late in 1955 because Bill and I were in 6th grade at that time ...it was our last year in school together. We lived in the naval town of Port Hueneme (both of us in naval families) ...and I've driven past his home and mine in recent years when attending an annual class reunion. By June of 1956, while Mark was less than a year old, the Hamill family moved to the east coast where their father, William T. Hamill Jr, was to be on a submarine (if my memory serves me well). My family moved to Houston Tx and Bill and I lost contact (I subsequently moved back to Oxnard and finished high school there). But I've recently spoken with a mutual school friend, Tommy Stout, and found that he'd been in contact with Bill III for many years before losing contact. Just for the record, I can also tell you their dog was named Penny and his brother Bill had a nickname (which I won't disclose at this time) ;) I'm curious as to how Mark's birth year was changed to make him 4 years older. Believe me, if Mark had been around those 4 years, I would have known about it since Bill and I played at each other's homes for the three years we lived there and carpooled to school together in the 4th thru 6th grades. One other tidbit I'll never forget is that their father could play a really mean boogie-woogie piano! It would be a kick if Bill could attend one of our annual reunions :) Tommy and I aren't the only ones who remember him. |

| Comments: | I'm 16 now and I loved him when I was 13. He was my first
love and he's a very very great actor. He's the sweetest guy I've ever seen. At night I couldn't sleep because of him. My mother understands me, she thinks like I do. Three years ago I wanted to write a letter to him. I never did. I don't know why, but now I whish I had done it. I didn't think about him, until now. If you Mark will ever read this, I know you won't, please mail me and I know that won't do this too. That doesn't metter. There're things wich are more important than this here. It's very warm and sunny today. I must do my homework now. I wish you very much luck with your work and financial problems, sorry possibly to personally. I think his wife will understand all the girls on this side. I like to meet him. I guess he don't know that this site exists. |
