A month ago I wrote in a petition for my mum's frail health that confined her to ICU stay. God did not answer my prayers the way I want it to be. Instead he took my mum home 2 weeks ago.
I thank God for bringing my mum home peacefully. In the arms of God, my mum does not need to suffer the effects of cancer and its complications any longer.
Eternal rest, grant unto Tan Chwee Eng, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shines upon her
May her soul through the mercy of God
rest in peace. Amen.
Please pray for Esther that the Lord will guide her in her career choice and help her to discern what is good for her. Please also pray that she will hear the Word of the Lord with the ears of her heart.
Thank YOU LORD JESUS for being there for me and my loved ones every moments of our lives. Thank YOU for Mother Mary and all the saints whom we call for intercessions.
You are indeed my rock and my fortress! In my most troubled times, I placed all my trust in You. You have miraculously worked wonders in me (especially for my parents). No words can described my gratitude towards you.

This morning, my father just went for his medical check-up, and the doctor said his PSA count has dropped from 4.8 to 1.6! Back to normal, and the lump has disappeared miraculously! How wonderful and amazing you are, My Lord..

Dear Father,
Please help me to see through my self-doubt and self-hate and bring me back into Your light and love. I am unable to reconcile my mind and heart although I know that the heart fortifies the mind. I have turned away from you for so long that my guilt clouds my vision. I feel that I can no longer raise my head from the depths of Sin to see your loving Face. For that, I envy those who are pure and untainted in your eyes. I pray that you will forgive me my sins and bring me into your loving embrace once again, as a prodigal son, and love me all the more for my repentance.

My husband and I lift-up our hearts to you in thanks and gratitude for your blessings on our daughter in the recent GCE 'O'level exams. Thank you for granting her the strength, wisdom and sensibility to do her best... and for looking up to you for Your Graces at times when she needed Your help. Thank you for making all her hard work fruitful. Thank you for teaching us to place all our trust in You despite the challenges that we faced.
As our daughter begins her journey to her 'A' levels, please continue to be present in her and light her path so that she will never be lost in her rigorous schedule. Keep her focussed on You in everything that she does so that she is always guided by Your word and will.

God heals, God saves and God cares (Fr. Heng's homily)
How true this is... Before Christmas I did Holy communion service with Auntie J to those house bound parishioners. Two of whom which we had visited made my heart goes out to them and their caregiver. Since then, I kept praying for them to our God. To protect them and grant them strength and courage so that they can come to the church again to offer their prayers to God.
This morning, I attended the closing Mass of the Jubilee Year. I happened to see Uncle R! The kind of delighted feelings cannot be described at all. I am happy to see both him and his wife in Church even though they can't remember my name, it doesn't bother me. Then, after Mass, I saw Auntie M too. She told me she wanted to call me earlier, but forgotten my name. I feel sorry as she's now on wheelchair due to weakness.
God, please continue to protect Uncle R and Auntie M. Give them strength and courage to help them pass through this, and I will continue to pray for their recover. Please continue to give Auntie M confidence to fight this disease.
Abba Father, I lift up my husband T to you. Make him a man of integrity, righteousness and loyal to your Word at all times. May he always walk in your light guided by the Holy Spirit and do what is right. Pls touch his heart and spirit this instant to guide him to do the right thing with regards to SP. Grant him a spirit of wisdom, love, peace, forgiveness and integrity. St Joseph inspire him to be a good father and husband always. Mother Mary intercede for me in your Son's precious name. Amen

You've said, "Those who seek shall find, and those who knock shall be answered.". I've knocked on Your door on an urgent basis, drowning You with my petitions and prayers for my father, I am sorry, Lord.
I am glad that the medical check-up for my father turns up to be good. He's on the safe side.
Father in Heaven, Thank you for your kind graces. May I offer you my sincere prayers in appreciation of the graces you've given me:
(1) Lord, fill me with your Holy Spirit, that I may grow in the knowledge of your great love and truth. Dear Mother Mary, Gracious St. Joseph and Our Lord
I am very grateful for the kind graces you have showered on my parents. My mum went for her knee ops last month, and when she went back for her post ops review with her doctor last week, the doctor said she's amazing (she's recovering much faster than any patients). Deep inside I know it's your blessings & grace which you have given me and my mum.
My dad, even though his case is yet to be known, however my faith in entrusting my hope in you is as concrete as the cement, Mother Mary, Gracious St Joseph and Our Lord. As Fr. Heng mentioned in this morning's Gospel: "God reveals himself to the lowly, to those who trust not in themselves, but in God. The Lord opens the ears of those who are eager to hear his voice and he fills their hearts and minds with his love and wisdom."
Today is the Immaculate Conception of Mother Mary. Thank you for always interceding my prayers for me. As I recover from my injury, I know you are praying for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for blessing me with this current job where i am happy and i feel fulfilled.
Thank you for the gift of a good boss - who brings out the best in me and who encourages, comforts and consoles me whenever i am discouraged. Also, as i am a new staff, my boss often makes time (amidst his hectic schedules) to show me the ropes.
Thank you for the growing rapport between my boss and me.
Thank you, Father, for a good working environment and especially for providing a garden where i can spend precious moments in prayer, during my break time.
Father, most of all, thank you for leading me to this job and for the good blessing of a good boss.
Deo Gratias, Father, i am deeply grateful and i now find joy and fulfilment in my work.
I am grateful for everyday. I know this sounds strange but I really do treasure and am grateful that I can breathe, walk, talk and be with my family now. Not too long ago, I was facing the possibility of becoming paralyzed.
I remember how the prospect of ending up bedridden for the rest of my life made me really lost and broken. I remember how I thought I would not be able to cuddle my son anymore nor be with my husband. It was indeed frightening.
Today, you have healed me. Although I am not completely healed, I know I am getting better each day. You have provided me with a second chance. Thank you God for your love.I treasure everything.

My daughter is on her way to the dental surgeon now because she has a growth on the inside of her gum. Lord, with your healing power, please dissolve the growth so that she need not go for any surgery. I am very worried that it will be something 'bad' but I have confidence that you will cover her with your precious blood and she will be heal.

I cannot express more but, I love the Lord and glory to His Name.
My daily reading of the Gospel together with my daily prayers have made excellent progresses. I love and forgive more, and my faith in God grows stronger.
I told every one that the Lord can heal us of all illnesses. We just have to have faith and pray daily.
Recently, I joined a fitness studio where I measured my blood pressure - it was around 188/105. That was last Wednesday and Friday. I was worried as I do not want to take medication. I started to pray on Saturday and Sunday, and asked the Lord to heal me. Praise the Lord!! On Sunday afternoon, I measured my pressure - 120/82!!! This is the first time that my blood pressure is normal during the day. Usually I have to wait till the evening when I am totally relaxed.
I have to share that when we Love, Forgive and have Faith, the Lord will answer our prayers. We must not allow negatives thoughts and attitudes to control us. As soon as we rid ourselves of these, that is, we ‘clean’ ourselves, the Lord will answer our prayers promptly.

PRAISE THE LORD. About 16 months ago, a friend confided in me. She had many fights with her husband who smoked, drank, was jobless and his health was poor. Separation and divorce were on the cards. Despite being depressed, she was pregnant and the skin on her hands were flaky and painful. No doctors could help her skin problems.
I briefly told her about God and asked if she knew of a Catholic Church near where she lives. There is one and I asked if she would go to the church with me to pray. She promptly agreed and I guided her on prayers. She is from Mongolia and has no religion.
I met her recently. Praise the Lord! She was very excited and told me that she went to church several times to pray. Now, her flaky and painful hands were healed. Though her relationship with her husband is still strained, he has stopped smoking and drinking, and his health improved. And, he found a job recently.
I was very happy for her. I told her to have faith in the Lord and keep praying. I also told her to stop her fights with her husband, and instead to show him love and care. I told her to leave everything in the hands of God and that she continues to pray, especially for her relationship with her husband.
Thank you ever so much for watching over me and preventlng worse things from happening to me.
Tonight,i was working late and by the time i left the office, i was very tired.
Before i knew it, i fell into a drain.
I was conscious that if i had pulled myself out abruptly from the drain, i would have fractured my left leg.
Father, thanks for taking such good care of me, even when i was tired and less attentive - thankfully, i only had lacerations and they should heal soon.

Dear Heavenly Father and Mother Mary
My son will be sitting for his A levels, starting on 9/11/11. Please send your Holy Spirit to watch over him. Lord and Mother Mary, please have mercy on my son as he has gone through so much this year. He has tried very hard, but his studies keep giving him trouble.
I lift his studies to You both. Whatever obstacles he has encountered during this time, please remove those stumbling blocks from him so that he can handle his exams with enough confidence.
Meanwhile, I thank You both, Lord and Mother Mary, for blessing my son with good health this school term. During the past 3 terms of this year, he used to take MCs from school, having suffered so much stress, to the point that he even was unable to sit for one of his papers during the recent Prelims. Thankfully, he was marked "absent" instead of getting a poor grade. Thank You both for sending my son good private tutors to help and guide him as much as possible. Thank YOu both also for such caring teachers from the JC. They have reached out to him and are willing to give him 1-to-1 consultations for whatever essays in preparation for the A levels.

O Heavenly Father,
Thank you for blessing me with this rare opportunity today - to have met a young man who had survived from cancer.
Father, i was deeply touched as i met this young man who once suffered from meningitis and cancer. The type of cancer he had would usually result in death and yet this young man not only survived the cancer; he woke up from coma, 4 times! it's just amazing to see how You had intervened and healed him in a way which defied all medical knowledge and expertise!
Father, thank you for the joy which radiated from this young man and for his overall optimism and positive outlook in life.
Indeed, there's much to learn from this young man who is full of life, hope, joy and peace.
Thank you for this young man who is a blessing, a joy and a living testimony of Your healing power and graces.
I want to thank you for your blessings. I was in desperation and pain just a few months ago. I was lost in fear. I turned to you and you heard my prayers.
I want to thank you for your blessings. You guided me to the Jesuit website. Thank you to the Jesuit brothers for praying for me. I feel stronger now day by day.
I want to thank you for your blessings. I wanted to serve you in my little way. I knew not how to go about it. You guided me and now I am able to contribute in the little way.

I am truly grateful for your blessings. My surgery and recovery has been good and my doctor informed me I just need to focus on strengthening my muscles to get back in shape again.
This is truly a miracle. The pains and aches have greatly reduced too in the past one week! Thank you Lord for blessing me with friends and families who pray for my recovery too.
Thank you Lord for listening to our prayers. Yes, the power of prayer is indeed strong. I look forward to full recovery Lord with your blessings.

I thank you for being with my daughter during her flight to another continent. Thank you for your protection and for the many angels you sent her way so inspite of the delayed flight and her having to find the place on her own, she reached safely. Dear Heavenly Father,
Father, thank you for showing me Your Light in a recent darkness.
Thank you for bringing out the good even in an unexpected and unpleasant situation.
Thank you for bringing the family closer together, through this incident.
Dad fell when he was out and he hit his head. A kind Samaritan helped him up and another called the ambulance. Dad was admitted to hospital and for 3 days, the family was in anguish and anxiety.
Yet, You were with us and You supported us with the kind prayers and concern of many who prayed for my dad.
Father, i am deeply grateful to all who remembered us at this time and may i ask You to bless and fill each of them with Your love and Your blessings in great abundance.
Father, thanks for showing me that You are in charge even at such times of anguish and anxiety & total helplessness.
Thank You for being with me throughout all this time and for sending me Angels to comfort and console me as i went through 3 very long days and nights.
Thank you for taking my daughter safely to visit her sister. For your protection and blessings which were with her right from the time she entered the airport till she reached her destination. Thank you for the kind angels you sent her way to look after her and care for her. Bless each one who helped her in whatever way. May they too experience your love and care Father. Mama Mary and all you angels and saints, specially her guardian angel - thank you thank you from deep down in my heart. Be with them even as they spend time together. My son had seizure and stopped breathing. We called out to you and you brought him around. My hubby too had been cared for by you and he is doing well. Now, you have saved me from paralysis. Your blessings to us are countless and I will never ever forget them.
Thank you Lord for your love and compassion. For helping the family of my helper, Grace. The typhoon has caused much havoc in her hometown. Thank you God that her family members are safe.
It has been 4 months since my surgery. I have seen how you work your miracles on me. I would like to share it here on the Thanksgiving website.
In end May this yr, I was diagnose with cervical slip disc. I was disheartened by this as it was to me , yet another challenge, in my life. I have had so many challenges in the past three years after I was baptised and I was losing faith.
Losing faith meant I started to seek help from other divine sources besides you. I know I must have hurt you so much.I was like a desperate kitten trying to cling onto any rope that could save me. But you did not forsake me as you started to show me your miracles one by one.
First blessing, the difficult surgery was a success and I recuperated in the care of my parents.
Second blessing, my little nephew, who is only 2, took my handphone and kissed the picture of you on it one day. He handed me the handphone as if to tell me something as he pointed to the picture of you on my phone. Then my non Catholic parents and brother asked me to return to you as I have been baptised.
Third Miracle happened at the maid agency. As I could not carry heavy things and I have a 5 yr old son and pet dogs to look after, I needed a maid. At the agency, a Catholic helper, who was seeking transfer agreed to work for me. I managed to get a helper within a week!
Fourth miracle happened at Novena Church. Drained and tired and feeling sinful, I went to Novena Church daily to pray. At Novena, I saw a young father, about my age, with his 6-7 yr old son. The young father was half paralyse. His little boy stood helping him as he prayed to Mother Mary.
After the service, they went to pray in front of the picture of our Mother of Perpetual help. I approached them and the young man turned to look at me. He asked me to have patience as I will recover soon. He said it to me a few times. At that moment, both my helper and I felt emotional and we were both tearing. I felt as if our Mother was talking to me through this stranger whom I know not.
My helper and I are praying daily and citing the rosary daily. We have seen and felt the presence of God in our lives.
Thank you Lord for not forsaking me. You have always shown me your love and carried me. I am sorry I have been so lost and so sinful.

Thank you God foranswering my prayer. Today I feel better.The pain was really bad yesterday and today it has eased. I am really grateful for your love. My helper did not return after the long holiday. I have to kids and I'm working. I got so upset and prayed to Jesus and seeked Mother Mary's intersession to help me with this situation. My prayer was heard and thank you to Jesus and Mother Mary for interceding for me to resolve the matter.
My son did badly for his prelim. He will be sitting for his PSLE next week. Please give him the will to do well even though the future seems bleak to him. i know he is trying his best, trying his best to overcome/curb his impulsivity (adhd) to rush through his work. God, he needs your help. Give him the gift to focus, the gift not to be distracted, the gift not to be impulsive during the exam.
Please help him to do well, to the best of his potential. AMEN
I thank you Lord for your blessings. As a held the hands of my son and husband in church today, I know I have been blessed by you richly. I am able to worship you today with my family, its a blessing. I am able to walk and talk is a blessing. Although I still have the aches and pains from time to time, the pains and aches are no longer as bad as before. I know you are healing me.
Not too long ago, I was unwell, at the verge of collapse, both physically, mentally and spiritually. I felt like a broken toy. Tears of sadness flowed freely. Today, as I stood in church, I felt like crying. But these are tears of joy. For your love has lifted me out of the pit I was in.
Please continue to heal me. Please continue to love me. I love you Lord. I thank you for everything.
Today is the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows.. I thank Mama Mary for carrying our sorrows for the children of all over the world, from the obedient children , disobedient children, the defiant children , murderous children, yet she carries them all..Only a Mother knows the great pain of being a Heavenly Mother , calmly helping carrying the burden of his Son and the Heavenly Father..
Mama Mary , we love you and we thank you for being the Heavenly Mother carrying our pains and sorrows..and lightening ourselves...because you carried them..
On August 22, 93 pilgrims, many of them in the 60+ bracket from Mumbai, India, left for Italy to begin a pilgrimage of Marian Shrines covering 5 European countries over a period of 18 days. It was a special, blessed and grace-filled time for each one. Through all the important basilicas, churches and shrines we visited, God's hand of protection was on us and every arrangement was blessed. We were specially blessed to have the Eucharist in all the important churches celebrated by the priest who accompanied us. We are now back home with our loved ones having returned on September 9. Thank you Lord Jesus for taking us safely for blessing us and our families and bringing us back safely. Thank you for the immense spiritual graces and blessings that each one of us received. Bless each and every person, specially the priest who accompanied us, our tour operator, guides who painstakingly explained and illuminated our minds on the various saints and their lives, coach drivers who drove us carefully, people who attended to us in the various shrines, hotels and restaurants who contributed in whatever way to make our pilgrimage fruitful, peaceful and grace-filled. May they too experience your joy, peace, happiness and love. Thank you Mama Mary for protecting us with your motherly love and keeping us healthy and safe. Thank you St. Michael and all the angels and saints and our guardian angels for being with us all through. Thank you Father, Thank you Jesus, Thank you Holy Spirit. Amen
Thank you for holding on to my son as he fell from the bed, head first, while playing with his friend. Your loving hands held onto him and prevented him from injuring himself badly. All he has is a little scratch on his face. This is indeed a miracle. He could have been injured badly but you carried him.

I was angry with God for twenty over years because i foolishly believed that God rejects me. When i eventually turn back to Him and stopped sinning against Him, i was again mislead mindlessly away from God. All these years, i did not go back to Church or for reconciliation till four months ago. But God did not abandon or rejects me. He relentlessly did not give up on me. He gives me "stars" to guide me back to His love. Because of my "stars" who gives me love, support and good examples; i longed to be like them, so that i too, like them, will be eventually be embraced by God's love again. It was only 4 days ago, i realised i was not angry with God but was actually despairing all these years, that i could not have His love because i thought He rejects me. How very stupid i was. From now onwards, i have resolved to move on and get rid of this senseless self inflicting suffering. I thank Him for the gift of good friends. May the Lord always blessed them and look after them.
I thank God that He did not give up on this lowly soul. Now, i am very convinced He loves me. I will try my very best to be a good child of His.

I would like to thank You through Jesus for the graces that you have granted to my son and my family for your intervention on the struggle that my family's company with my son in it had to put up in the court case that ultimately resulting in a decision that free the company from the filing to bancrupt it. It was a tough fight, but finally the court decision had freed the company from its demise. I am sure this could only come because of your intervention Jesus. I am very grateful, thank you Jesus for this grace, thank you for helping my son in his difficult role to defend the company. Thank you for the graces and blessing you granted my son, my inlaw and the company, thank you for your help through all the people working in the defense team that ultimately came to this great result. My husband was finally baptised in 2003 after 9 years for praying for his conversion. You loved him so much more than we on earth. He was called home four years later..
He accepted his illnes without blame. He said 'Whatever God gives he receives & whatever God wants he gives'. This verse had kept him going till his last breath..

My brother-in-law's heart surgery on Sunday 19th June went on well. Tumor was removed, biopsy done, hole in the heart closed. Biopsy report received, clear and normal. Praise and thank God.
We want to thank you Jesuit fathers, brothers and sisters of your team, and all those who have put in time and effort to pray and intercede for my brother-in-law.

YOU have guided him to seek clarification on his case and granted him a favourable outcome. His case need not be 'spent' as it is not a crime. Thank YOU so much O Mighty GOD.
Thank you for all your blessings and mercies. You have blessed my daughter with a work visa, a good job,accommodation, a good flatmate. Tomorrow she begins work. My Lord & My God,
Today, I write with a grateful and thankful heart for the wonderful experienced my daughter had at a retreat she attended last week.
She was not looking forward to the retreat and had no one to go with. She even told me that the only reason she went is because she knew that is what I wanted and she wants to do it for me. But we pressed on and encourage her and supported her with lots of prayers. She was wounded and her heart was closed and needed the healing only you can give.
At the retreat, you, Lord open her eyes, her ears and most of all her heart. You heal her brokeness and most of all you have reaffirmed your love for her. We can see the joy and confidence in her once again.
Today, I want to give praise and glory to you my Lord and my God. Thank you, Lord.
Thank you for answering my prayer for my daughter. Thank you for being with her all through her travel, the process of her registration, medicals and now she has received her work visa and will start work on Monday, 13th June. Thank you for each one who you sent as an angel to help her all along the way, specially Viv, Sari, Maj, Andy & family and now Anuja. Continue to be with her, fill her with every grace and blessing she needs to be a truly dedicated Christian nurse who will spread your love and take your healing presence to each one she interacts with. on the evening of my departure - my friend who fetched me for the coach transfer to the long-distance travel coach he saw the snake and he only told me afterwards - and it may be better for me to remain oblivious - as i am terrified of snakes!

Please accept my sincere thanks for your kind and loving protection over me as i spent the last week in prayer and contemplation at a highland, away from home.
Thanks for keeping me safe and sound as i scaled the great heights to admire You present in the beauty of a huge mountain and to admire the tea plantations in her splendour and glory; and to admire the flora and fauna in this beautiful place.
O Risen Lord, thank you for being with me all the time and for giving me your clear instructions on how to handle every situation that cropped up, in an environment and a place totally unfamiliar to me. i would not have survived without You!
Most of all, thank you for each and every God sent Angel who came my way, at my moments of need. Thanks, most of all, for providing with a good teacher in Scriptures and prayer and who guided my sacred silence with You.
Praise and Glory to our God who knows all our needs and who continues to lead us in His Love!

it meant a lot to me to be able to complete this guided contemplation for 3 consecutive nights as it had helped me tremendously to enter into the spirit of the Easter Triduum and to keep watch with You in prayer and contemplation.
Father, thank you for Your timely intervention - to bring me back on time as i was stuck in the office till 1925hrs on that night...
Thanks once again for showing me that YOU ARE IN CHARGE of every aspect of my life and that nothing escapes Your attentive love and care.

Thank you for making it possible for me to come for the Guided Contemplation on 18 & 19 April 2011.
Thank you for allowing me to have a glimpse of Your suffering and agony. I am grateful for these nights of a personal encounter with You and for the God-experiences - too deep for words.
Thank you very much for helping me to manage my time well in a busy office and to be able to set aside time for YOU, despite a much shorter work week this week.
Despite my own time constraints today, I thank You, Lord, for granting me the grace to help my colleague for 2 hours to meet a very tight deadline as we prepare for an ISO audit next Monday.
O Lord, Thank You for showing me that YOU are in charge and that You can make all things possible, if only i dare to trust in You.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for Your prompt intervention in my pains and struggles of yesterday.
Thank you ever so much for restoring the peace in my soul and for calming the storms in my heart which left me devastated and totally helpless, for some time....
Thanks ever so much for your intervention just in the nick of time - before i could slip into the whirlwind of depression and of self pity....
Thanks for giving me the courage and grace to dare to trust you even in my moments of pains and struggles.
Thank you also for helping me to recognise your Therapeutic Hand at work, this morning!
O Lord, I am grateful for your redemptive grace and for restoring me to spiritual health once again!
My heart is full of thanksgiving for prayers answered. Thank you for reconciling my siblings, many of whom had not been talking to each other for several months.
Recently, one of my siblings had a medical emergency and it was through this trying time that God used it to bring everyone together.
I praise you Lord, for reminding me that I need only to entrust everything to you in faith... let you take control and all things will work out according to your will. You have taught me time and again to be patient and to persevere in prayer at all times.
I wish to thank our blessed Mother too, for her constant intercessions, for her guidance and her love. Praying the rosary has given me so much hope and taught me to always ponder on all events in my life.
Father I thank you for all the support you have given me in the past years and still giving me.

My family & I wish to Thank God from the bottom of our hearts for my son had been granted the grace of a good GCE ‘O’ results and the anxieties in selecting a good JC. He had finally concluded his selection for St Andrew Junior Colleague. He was given a place in it and had selected a CCA on Humanitarian, which is highly challenging.
God had always heard his prayers whenever he was unsure to what next to be done and is Kind to Him in helping him whenever situation gets tough.
Now, we will continue to ask of Jesus & Mother Mary to pray for him as he immense into the new horizon of learning being in JC1. More so he will give his time for the NOVENA and Rosary despite the high demand on his time-slot.

From the begining of September 2010, my income has dropped drastically and I find it very difficult even to give my wife for her household expenses.
I've been applying for many jobs that is realted to the education and training industry, to date I've not received any favourable reply. I am actually looking for a full time job instead of relyingon assignment based.
I'm willing to take up jobs out off education industry. I've even attempted to contact a Senior Officer from a Town Council, seeking for opportunity to wark as aproperty officer, that too has not produced any result.
Mother Mary please interceade for me to your Son JESUS to help me to secure a full time job. I need financial assistance to continue to run my family. Lord Jesus, please help me.
Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for my family, my job and all the blessings You have bestowed upon me. I thank you especially last year,a year of many hardships and challenges. I was initially complaining and got very upset with life to the extent of having health problems. However in hind sight, I understand now it was meant to train me to be a stronger and better person. To all brothers/sisters,
I'm a newly baptist this year Dec 12. I would like to make known to all about the blessing and miracle that has just happened to me recently.
I've been praying for my son, praying and sending in petitions to our Lord and thru Mother Mary, St Jude , St Rita , St Anthony and recently St Benedict(Just received a gift of Medal from my beloved Sister).
My son was involved in a gang fight and was charged last year 2010 initially it was charged under roiting, our lawyer had mentioned that this is not going to be easy cos my son had just finished his home probation and for less then six months he repeated with the same charge and this time the charge may include canning which frigthen me so much and not to mentioned how heart pain I was. But PRAISE THE LORD after afew courts review the group of people including my son which was involved in the same case the court has bring down the charge to a normal fighting case. Even our lawyer don't understand why but for sure is very good.
Finally the court date has arrived, just a few days before the trail our lawyer has told us that the Judge and the Deputy Prosecutor are not easy to handle. The only thing we can do is to PRAY.
Well I did that from the date my son was charged, I was still in doubt that is God around me? They heard my petitions which I've sent thru Mother Mary and all the Saints? Cos each time my son will approach the Taoist to get amulet and burnt them before entering the court room so not only I cannot convince him that this was God's doing, I too cannot be sure. I was having much thougt then, but now our ALMIGHTY GOD has proven to me TODAY that is all their doing cos it was purely with his granting that these amazing things happened in the court.
This morning when we reach the court the lawyer told us that not sure what happen the original Judge did not come in and the Deputy Prosecutor are like one of his friend who is a very nice lady and she will leave the sentence to the Judge. He even said it was really my son's luck. Sure enough, after all things heard in the room the judge has passed her sentence to my son for a very very short period. AND THAT IS WHAT I'VE BEEN PLEADING FOR.
My petitions sent in for my son has been granted and fullfilled. God has proven to me that they are around at my side watching over me and my family.
Now I'm all his with full of my gratitude
I would like to make known to all people who read this thankgiving note to have more faith grown, even if or when one of our petition was not granted, don't be disheartened cos it may be beyong their divine actions. BUT continue praying and have your life bears with much fruits.
Once again, I'm grateful to our God, the 3 Divine Persons - Father, Son & Holy Spirits
And thank you to the Saints which help me sent in my petitions and intercessions

Dear Fr Philip
The challenges and trials in my life have brought me great self-awareness and growth - all of which I would not have been able to achieve without our Father's great love and care for me. I thank God for the gift of my life, my faith that He keeps intact and strong in my heart and for the gifts of my parents, family and friends and many "good women (and men) of Nazareth" whom God sends along to me ever so often at the right moments! May God continue to bless each and everyone of these with the wisdom and appreciation of His wonderful talents that He has bestowed upon them, keeping them in good health of mind and body to spread His love and work for His glory always. Dear Lord, i finally understood why i had to retake the social studies paper. it is so that i can improve on the first section of the full paper. thank you lord for answering my prayer! it really seems like a blessing in disguise but it is your work at hand!
Pray for my son (Vivian Dsouza) who has allerge in his mouth, and his exam are schduled in Dec on 6th, 14th and 15th 2010, so that Lord JESUS may pour out his Holy Spirit, Wisdom and knowledge on his to acheive.AMEN.

May her parents have her baptised into the true church.
Thank you Heavenly Father Lord Jesus Christ, you have opened and secured a good job for me which I will commence on 25 Oct 2010. YOU have given me your peace during the last 3 months to faithfully wait for you to open doors for me to a good job. Without your peace I would have been desperate, depressed and discouraged. Dearest Holy Trinity, Mother Mary, Saint Joseph and All Saints, Arch Angels and Guardian Angels,
My family & I wish to Thank God from the bottom of our hearts thru te prayers of Your Son Jesus, Moter Mary and Saint Joseph.
God had rescued me from the jaws of draconian judiciary and my darkest moment while being un-employed.
I was finally set me free from the traumas in court-hearings on 30 July 2010 and ever since had given Thanks but wasn’t able to complete the 2nd part of Thanks-giving to God while being un-employed despite numerous prayers being made.
I couldn't find any suitable job for past 9-months stifled by shaky regional economy, less job recruitments and job loses to unmatchable job-skills.
On 8 Oct 2010, little had I or we would have received te un-expected God’s Abundance Blessings & Mercies for us as follows ;
a] I was blessed with a job in the aerospace-industries
despite numerous unsuccessful interviews.
b] My son have been ranked top in his class and was also
ranked 3rd in the entire level of Sec-4 after
the preliminary exams, soon will be is GCE 'O' level.
c] My wife was informed by her superior she will be duly
slotted for a diploma courses to prepare her to
be a MOE qualified teacher.
These three-in-one graces of the day from God had brought us joys beyond descriptions and then in recalling our moment of darkest sorrows and our diminishing faiths and hopes, concluded that God would had totally given-up on us.
We’d doubted and worded God so intensely but strangely and had only solemnly asked Mother Mary why She doesn’t pray to Jesus for us anymore. Our thirsty prayers were eyed with dazed but not without fiery feelings right down with emptiness. We even reproached friends by saying those had received God’s Blessings will surely spoke well of God and what about those who have not and what shall be spoken?
We were so wronged in lacking the faiths and patience but certainly and shamefully, we will have to eat our very own words.
In this Thanks-Giving letter, we also wished to express our sincere gratitude to God and to beg for mercies and forgiveness.
We are also continue in seeking God's continuous Blessing as I will embarked on my new job and to be a new person discarding my old-self wit total surrender in the Lord.
Besides, our continous prayers for my wife able to be enrolled for the diploma and my son in gaining entries to Nanyang JC of his choice or better choice God would will for him.
These miracles of God had cast another profound impression in us and for the rests of our life. Mother Mary, we will continue to seek your Prayers for God’s Continuous Blessings. Thru’ Your Loving Son Jesus Christ and for our family,
For many of those whose prayers un-answered, please continue to keep the faiths in prayers and in Mother Mary and thru’ Jesus Christ to God. Thank You once again Dearest Mother Mary and St Joseph.

Dear Abba Father
My sister has gone thru' several rounds of interviews and tests and is now in the final stage. She has been told by the prospective employer that they will speak to her last two employers as she had informed them truthfully that she had left bitterly on her own accord. Only You, O Lord, know how she had struggled so hard and put in good work but not appreciated. Father, pls Li Ling abundantly nad grant that both her previous employers will not sabotage her but provide positive inputs on account of the good work she had delivered. Lord Jesus, pls pour forth your abundant blessings on Li Ling and grant that she will be successful in getting this job which she needs so badly.
Blessed Mother Mary, pls pray & intercede for us and
Lord Jesus, pray that You will be with her to guide her thru' all this difficult time and open an opportunity for her.

Thank you for your prayer support for my daughter who had a safe flight. She will commence her course on August 30.
Assuring you of my prayers for all the good work that the Jesuits are doing all over the world and specially for Fr. Heng and each one of you involved in this wonderful ministry of praying for others, offering them meditations on the gospel and helping us live our Christianity in a practical manner.
I thank Jesus for the gift of Fr. James Boey. His experience as related by Fr. Heng in his homily, touched a deep chord in my heart. Some days ago I had requested prayer for my daughter's Visa. Praise God we have received the Visa and she will fly to Melbourne on 25th August. Thank you each one who prayed. We assure you of our prayers for all the work you are doing. God bless you and keep you safe in His love.

Thank you for blessing my boss. Lord, he is calmer now more understanding, more approachable, his attitude is changing, he is learning to accept staff as they are with their strengths and weaknesses. As a result the atmosphere at the workplace is calm and a bit more relaxed. I am able to concentrate better and cope.Thank you for blessing my colleague who is less stressed at home and calmer now.

I had requested for prayers for forgiveness in my family. I am so happy that the Lord has heard our prayers and I felt that forgiving love flowing in our hearts.
