i have lived in herne hill since 1998 and cannot remember a weekend when thameslink/ first crapital ever worked! can someone put me right on that, or even explain why? | |

I have been travelling on this service for 25 years. The old Thameslink service was pretty poor but since it became First Capital Connect it is even worse. There have been so many examples of sheer ineptitude, poor management, poor information and a range of other inefficiencies recently, to recall even a few of them would do injustice on the absolute level of incompetency shown by this service. Avoid it at all costs. If you live in an area where this service is your only option, think seriously about moving. | |
