| Comments: | Hello,
I was surfing the net and found your wonderful site! I was born in Argentina and have been living in the US for the last 39 years...My children were all born in NYC and my grandchildren in Mt Holly, NJ...I've been living in the 609 area for the last 16 years and if I'm not mistaken, you are not too far away...I will try to find you soon, so I can visit your farm and maybe bring my granddaughters to see a "real cow... I remember spending summer vacations away from the city, visiting my grandparents... ...Learning to milk "my cow"... ~ yes,I had one...my grandfather used to put aside a calf for every newborn granddaughter and a colt for every grandson.~ ..I was so jealous of my boy cousins because I couldn't ride her!!.. ..Drinking milk "at the foot of the cow" ~everyone used to bring a little cup and get the milk straight from the cow and into it...and drink it while it was still warm and foamy~...I can still smell and taste it !! OH MY...the memories!!... My mouth is still watering after reading your instructions about making butter, and I can hear my grandmother calling me to help her make butter and cheese... I will now keep looking in the site and probably order some goodies... Best wishes for you and your family Susan |

| Comments: | I am an Australian that grew up on a farm, ate what we grew, turned the handle of the seperator so we could have cream from the milk that we got from our hand milked cows, and now I miss it all.
I äm a fan of Anthony Bourdain, and love his irreverence and passion. He introduced me to your existence, and I would like to say that I applaud your efforts. This relationship you espouse, is what I grew up with and I love it!! My sister lives in El Paso, and I will be giving her your address. She owns an organic/ spiritualist/ strange kind of coffee shop, and I will be encouraging her to try and get your products. I LOVE cheese, and I know she does too, so despite her beliefs, I am hoping that she can become a customer of yours. I would become one myself, but the quarantine laws in Australia are so strict that the importation of live culture cheese runs the risk of imprisonment. I am still looking for live culture local manufacturers in Queensland, but they are rare,it seems. Thanks for a wonderful segment on "no reservations" and I love your continued broadening of your cheese and meat selections. I would love to come and try them one day Best wishes, Ken Coleman Noosa, Australia. |

_Photonics Spectra_, December 2007 http://www.photonics.com/content/spectra/2007/December/applications/89842.aspx First paragraph: The scale of cheese making has changed considerably since the time, legend has it, that the foodstuff was made in small quantities in animal-skin bags. Today cheese is made in vats thousands of gallons in size, with much better process control. |

| Comments: | I'm so impressed with your attitude and spirit. I grew up on a dairy farm for 14 years, until making a living wasnt possible without a lot of suffering. Of course the word "suffering" is something i only believed at the time. It was simply hard work. I now realized how much my dad had to go through to put food on the table. Today, i'm 31 and i look back and find myself missing though simple times.... and the hard work. I cant wait to visit your farm and experience the fruits of your "hard work". |

| Comments: | I moved to Vernon 3 years ago, and have passed the sign for Bobolink Dairy on Rt 94 many times with the intention of stopping to see what fresh products you had to offer. I had no idea until I read an article in the local paper! I have been to your farm three times in the past month, each time bringing family and friends, some from out of state, to enjoy your incredible cheese and fresh breads. If I had only known sooner that such a treasure was only 3 miles or so from my house! |

| Comments: | Hello Jonathan and Nina,
I am still living in Minneapolis and since I left Bobolink a little over a year ago, I find myself telling stories about Bobolink farm so very often. I have traveled all over the world and Bobolink is the most beautiful place that I have ever been. The three months that I spent working with your family and living on the farm were perhaps the best three months of my life. The things that you taught me about sustainable farming, the importance of grass-fed happy animals, and the healthy way of living while doing hard work have shaped my outlook on life. I now know that I WILL have a farm of my own some day, I will do everything that I can to support local business and local farmers, and I only buy grass-fed products. I have such wonderful memories of waking up early, pulling on some rubber boots, grabbing a cup of coffee and walking out into the pastures to bring in the herd. I remember the smells and sounds of the barn and the warm soft cows against my cold hands. I loved feeding the calves, rounding them up to check on them, fixing fences, and chasing the cows back to home base when they got out. Thank you so much for all that you taught me and for the wonderful things that you do for our world. The earth is a better place because of you. Sincerely, Kelly Ryan |

You truly are living a life of substance with an eye towards humanity and all living creatures. I am considering leaving my 9-5 corporate treadmill to learn how to make cheese or bread with you for a while - to be a part of something that really matters on this grand ole earth. Thank you for capturing life's essences with your lovely spirits and then sharing it with the rest of us.

It was really great to hang out with young people who love and appreciate great food. Both of you are truly an inspiration to us all! Barbara, Saverio & Giancarlo |

We were intrigued by your bread and cheese business and searched the Internet to learn more. We only wish we lived close enough to visit your farm. Unfortunately, we live in Mississippi. Here, Mississippi State University is famous for their cheeses. You might want to sample some of theirs sometime. My husband especially loves a good cheese and homemade bread. Perhaps I'll order a Christmas present for him from your online store. Keep up the good work!
