Anyhow, you have a great gift for design. If I read through your site correctly it would appear that your Mom has recently past on. If that's correct I'm sorry to hear that. My mom died in 1998 at the age of 41. I was just 21 then. It also seems to me that you have a christian family and a strong love of Jesus! I know that is what strengthened me during those times. | Comments: | It so hard to try to express the overwhelming mixture of emotions when looking at these pictures - It is such a deep loos for myself, such as my relationship with Elvira was one of a 'Surrogate Mom" as well. Losing Karin, my mom, a year ago made ift even harder to lose Elvira as well. But my little boy said to me the other day when I was in tears, missing them both "Mama, don't cry, she's in heaven playing with the little girl & boy angels" and that coming from my 4 year old makes me feel better - They are now, themselves, the new little children in heaven on their first birthdays. How truly blessed i am to have been graced by her presence & her neverending love. YOu guys are lucky to have had Elvira to call your Mother. My Great Grandmother was Hulda Agnes Breitzke, 1873 born in Germany whose parents were Martin and Auguste Schulke Breitzke. These two moved to Porter County Indiana. Hulda married a Christian Stahle, from Affalterbach. They had many children and eldest was my Grandmother, Emma Marie who married Benjamin H Houpt (Haupt) who begat my mother Evelin Linda Agnes Houpt Johnson. So, you can see that part of me is Swedish, or just northern German. It would be interesting to do a match on our DNA,to discover our possible commonalities. lkjh |
