A friend has sent me to the “State Recipe” page and from there I have been wandering. Your page designs are beautiful and inviting and the food lists look yummy great. : ))) I cook with two thumbs (retired Army vet), but will share your pages with my wife. She is my angel and I’m sure she’ll find interesting things to try on your pages. The things I cook in the kitchen are either really good, or really bad! This weekend is a weekend of celebrations for most Americans. I thank you for offering on the web such a delight for the body and soul. Food is such a magical element at times. My wife has thyroid cancer and is having surgery on July 13th. She has a very odd diet coming (low iodine diet), and we look to the hospital and doctors for assistance. We know she must avoid red die and salt, also things coming from the ground… like eating the center of potatoes - avoiding the inner edge and outer skin. Do you have any low iodine suggestions? Best 4th of July wishes for everyone that is helping with the content and design of your pages… and to their family and friends. We are so blessed to be Americans! GOD BLESS AMERICA!
