http://www.stewartbaird.com Hi there, I was in the first year at the school back in 1972 - everything was so new!!

Then we moved to NZ in 1973, I've always wanted to visit again. How bad was the fire damage?

I was so sorry to hear about Clifton Hills Primary, devastated by the Perth fires. I am now living in Melbourne, and my sister e-mailed me the very sad news. I went to Clifton Hills from 1981 - 1985. I have some wonderful memories there!! My teachers, Mrs Leaper, Mr Draper, our Head Master Mr Classon and the best teacher ever, Mr Davies!! Gone but not forgotton ):

I left CHPS in grade 7 in May 1981. I went back to the UK until 2001. I have nothing but fond memories of the school and especially to my teachers, Miss Riegert (sp) year 3, Miss Epstein year 4 (she left to live in a kabutz! And Mr Davey year 6.
I would love to say thank you to them for leaving such great impressions and for making primary school such a fun place to be.

When I came back to Australia, CHPS was one of the first places I wanted to visit. I hope it stays safe from the fires that are happening right now!

HI!
i started at C.H.P.S in 2001 in kindy!
i was in lucitch the green faction.
sadly i had to leave my friends in australia because we moved to New Zealand.
I am currently in Year 7 Because i got put up a year.

- in Kindy my teacher was Mrs. Tonkin
- in pre primary it was Mrs. Smith
- in year 1 it was Mrs. Websie
- in year 2 it was Mrs. Harford
- in year 3 it was Miss. Spark (who is now Mrs Harrison)
- in year 4 it was Mrs. Baile
and in year 5 it was Mr. Thomas(who i thought had really bad jokes, which was pretty cool.)

C.H.P.S inspired me to follow my dreams.
i love you and when i come back to Australia in August, i promise to come and see you all!
i was in the chior and i loved going to dale fest. Thanks Mrs Raston. :)
bye! C.H.P.S for life
love from Vicky.

Hello Clifton Hills Primary School staff and students (current and past). I was in the first group of students that attended the school when it first opened in 1972. I have so many good memories about the school, about the people that worked there, from Mr Matthews the grounds keeper to Mr Jones the Headmaster, to Mr Robert Baugh, my favorite teacher and designer of the school crest. I also know that there was a time capsule burried at the school which contained all sorts of memorabillia from students of my era. I'm not sure if it has been dug up yet, if not I think I know it's general location. I hope you all cherish the memories you gain from this very special school as I do today. Lots of luck with your futures. Andrew Porter

Hey cliftom hills Primary.
My name is kristyn robinson and this year i was in Mr Millers class in TA10.
I am going to miss clifton hills next year and Mr Millers jokes.
I started clifton hills 8 years ago in pre primary and my teacher was miss hall but she died from cancer.
In year 1 i had miss sippets and mrs chapman
In year 2 i had Mrs wanningburg
year 3: Mrs huisman
year 4: miss bell
year 5: mr smith and i did not like him
year 6: miss bell again
and year 7: Mr miller
I am going to miss all the girls in year 7 and all the teachers.
Everyday i go past clifton hills and i think about year 7.
The best things this year in mr millers class were doing the ancient civilisation project and i enjoyed mr miller teaching us maths.
The funniest moment in class was when Mr Miller could not find his brunch bar.
The best school excursion this year was ice skating although i did trip over twice but i still loved it. The teachers im going to miss most is: miss della franca jr and sr, Mr miller, mrs ritchie, Miss bale.
:( iam going to miss clifton hills primary school so much.
Mrs mackenna is the best deputy aswell as miss della franca sr.
I could go on forever with this letter so make sure you have enough time to read this.
Every year the athletics carnival takes place this year my faction dale won it and i am so happy that my faction dale is on the sheild(good luck next year dale)
If 1 of the clifton hills teachers read this can they please let mr miller read this because i am going to miss him next year and his kokes are really good.
This year in TA10 the best book that mr miller ever read to us was sucking the marrow out of life, even tho it did loose track half of the way it was still a good book.
Any i better finish up now because otherwise i will just fill up the page.
Goodbye clifton hills i will miss you.
From Kristyn

What a great website, congratulations to all involved, it certainly puts Clifton Hills on the Map. This site gives an opportunity to show case what excellent teaching methods Clifton Hills has, as all the teaching staff always go ot of their way to help all the students in one way or another, and also always get involved with their P&C. They also make every family feel as they are part of the whole school community and are always never to busy to talk if you have a problem. I am very proud to be part of this wonderful family group called Clifton Hills Primary School, and would recommend to anyone that they send their children to this lovely school. Keep up the wonderful and caring work.

Hi! I think I may be first in the guestbook!!!
I attended the official opening of our amazing ITC Centre this evening and the efforts by those involved showed to be outstanding. WELL DONE. This is a huge opportunity to further our children's education and the P&C Association are to be congratulated for their continued support.
Thanks for making me feel proud of the school in which my children have been attending.
Let's see who will be second guest shall we!!!!
