| Comments: | I am a 17 year old girl and I was raped when I was 13 years old by my cousins boyfriend/ new husband I was scared to tell anybody I didn’t think they would believe me well me and my sisters were taking our confirmation classes together and when it was time for us to confess or sins we all told the priest about what happened to us they all told us to tell our mother so we did the thing is that none of us knew about each other until my mom came out of the room with the priest the next step we went to the police but I don’t think they believed us because they never did anything but asked us a bunch of questions and ever since then I felt as if it was my fault maybe I could have prevented him from doing the same thing to my sisters if only I would have told I still cry at night but my boyfriend says its not my fault |

| Comments: | I came to this site through a search of Brian Moore's writing of "The Room." I now know Brian wasn't the original author of the paper he read during a Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting. But I still think it's important because Brian must of really loved that story. The reason I felt the need to study and learn more about the tragedy that happened to the Moore family is because like Bruce & Beth Moore May 27th, 2007 meant tragedy for our family. Now I now Brian passed in 1997 but the day of May 27 and so much more ties this together. You see my sister & brother in law were killed in a car wreck on May 27. They were on their way to church, it was raining and they hydroplaned. But before my sisters death she had received and read the email about Brian Moore's death and "The Room" My sister forwarded this email to several friends. Of course when receiving that email from her it's sad of course but you just don't realize that day meant so much more than just the day of Brians death. Did she realize? Did that day as she read it in that email did the day jump out at her? Did she know as she read "The Room" she would soon be rejoicing with the lord also? I know my sister and brother in law were meant to be together, it had to be in god's plan. After all they were both born November 30th, of different years. God knowing how much they meant to each other he took them to heaven at the same time. For they both died instantly on that rainy day May 27, 2007.
Please don't forget the small things for none of us are guaranteed another day on earth. I know I will see them again in heaven. I know right now as I write this they are with god and in awl of the beautiful sites and sounds that are around them. But, I would give anything to have 1 last hug from them both on earth just to last until I get to heaven and see them again. |

Nothing on the earth is more important than that the Assembly of God becomes built up according to the pattern of God's word, so that we all are ready when Jesus comes. When God was so strictly with that the tabernacle (Exodus 25:9) and the temple of the old covenant became built according to the pattern, so that the workers must get special education through God's Spirit (Exodus 35:30-35, 36:1-2), then he must be still more strictly with the real temple, the Assembly of God. All that the Bible teaches about Assembly of God constitutes the pattern for the Assembly of God. Rev.18:4 is an extremely powerful revival message from the Lord. He commands his people to leave the great Babylon. This must take place before Jesus comes. After Jesus has come, then God's people are home at the Lord, and there is no Babylon. In the reality, the word "church" occurs not at all in the Bible. Many Christian confessors become irritated of this and comprehend it as criticism and condemnation of their churches. Some become angry and say: let the one who has no sin cast the first stone! But this has nothing to do with stone-throwing. This is the Lord's revival message to his people. The Lord commands his people to come out from the great Babylon. Rev. 18:4. This has always been readable in the Bible. Why has this message not been preached? As in the days of Lot, it is now. Lot was not interested to leave Sodom. God sent two angels to rescue him, and they must persuade him to leave Sodom. When he yet lingered, they took him at his hand and led him out of the city. One of the angels said to him: "Flee for your life sake and do not see you backwards ..." Genesis 19:15-17. Just like as Lot, God's people today is not interested to leave the great Babylon. They are spiritual to sleep and do not want to be disturbed. In the churches they never have preached the truth of the Assembly of God. They do not know that their churches and denominations are founded on false doctrines, and are false copies of the Assembly of God. They do not know in what they are members. The kid's tragic death was actually true, but the essay in question "The Room" was plagiarized. It was written two years prior by Joshua Harris, an author and, now, senior pastor at Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, MD. Oh the irony! This kid actually added several cards to his file drawer "People I have lied to." Upon hearing this his mom said, in Homer Simpson fashion "I'm positive he said he wrote this...If he was here, I'd wring his neck." Big time pastor Joshua Harris might do the same if you don't remove his essay from your web page. The ends of stirring up religious devotion don't justify the means of telling a disingenuous story! |

| Comments: | My daughter was molested by my BAPTIST MINISTER FATHER when she was only 10 years old. Social Services dropped the charges against him because he admitted to it all. He wasn't convicted or sentenced or anything! He has resigned from preaching but still continues to walk the streets. My mother(who is still with him) babysits other grandchildren/ friend's children/ etc. with this man in the house. My daughter is 16 now and is doing very well. She has never confronted my dad, but is preparing to do so once she is "grown up enough". She attended only a handful of therapy treatments... she is a very strong person. My heart goes out to anyone who has ever been through this sort of thing either personally or with a loved one. GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFELY IN HIS ARMS!!!! |
