I just finished reading your story, "The Power Within"and I was hoping that it was not complete, but there would be future chapters. This was one of the heaviest stories I have read as far as the story is concerned and I found myself very disturbed over the breakup of Pete and Brian. Thank you for this very intense and enjoyable story!!
Take care, Dewey!

Comments:Loving "The Power Within", and I think I am FINALLY, after a few years, Figuring out Pete. There is MORE to his Relationship with Ryan than Meets the Eye. AND, I am beginning to BELIEVE that Pete and Brian MAY not be right for one another.
The things that Brian needs to deal with could Hurt Pete, and visa versa. Their issues, seperately, COULD be detrimental to the others ability to come to Terms with themselves, their pasts, and their Futures. And, thus it MAY be for the Best for them to be apart.

A Question, Do you know how to get ahold of the Chris/Tony stories? Drakes pages are no longer functioning, and I would Really like to read them again.

Comments:Hi, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for all your stories I've read over the years. I guess I'm in the silent majority out there, who is guilty as hell for not taking the time to tell you how much I've enjoyed your stories. Your characters, Brian and Pete especially bring out the best in your talents. Your stories have the elements that, in my opinion, make a story great. i.e they bring a smile to your face, sometimes make you just laugh, some put a knot in your throat and cause a tear to fall, some just make you cry silently, but for sure they all touch the heart. This is only the fifth time in my life that i've e-mailed or commented to an author, for that I'm ashamed. I'm 51, and gay, but as I've said, I can identify so much in your stories. I'll stop rambling, just keep up the good work. thanks scott

Comments:HI !

Oh boy I wrote to you the other day to express my gratitiude for your stories. Today I have caught up with you and have read them all to date.
Today I am an emotional wreck !
I want to smack Pete round the head one minute and then hug him the next. Brian really needs to sort himself out and he is MOST frustrating but
I think he has, so far, handled his outting incredibly well and is releasing his emotion into his CIA.

BUT.....PLEASE..... YOU HAVE TO GET THESE GUYS BACK TOGETHER!
They really were meant for each other. This split is too much for me to bear. Poor Ryan has caught Pete on the rebound. He seems such a lovely guy
but surely Pete MUST see what he's doing. For fucks sake the boy even LOOKS like Brian ! I feel for Ryan because I cant help but think he will be one thats
caught in the cross fire and it will hurt, big time.

I so want all the lovely boys you have created in these stories to be happy but I need to be able to handle the emotion too!

Please, let Ryan down gently, and get Pete and Brian together FOREVER. Pete promised it was forever and HE blew it.

Steve

ps THANKS, its really a fabulous story. Dont stop writing !

Comments:I am duly impressed with Ryan Keith and his ability, at such a young age, to expertly weave such intricate story lines with emotion, feeling, and clarity. The Kayden and Zac series is extremely entertaining and I can hardly wait to read the continuing story. One Life was a very difficult read and, while understanding it is only a work of fiction, my emotions were torn asunder. I am not sure I will ever be able to look at life the same after reading many of the stories on this and other sites. Thank God for such talented writers - makes you rethink life in general.

Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Comments:Hello,

I've just finished the second book of Dewey, Brian and Pete.
The stoy show the complexity to what can happen when a child is abused in one way or another.
It tells us that our character is formed by what has happened in our past. What Brain and Pete had to suffer is a display of what happens when people are not open to relationships between two living persons. If they are straight or gay.
It is, what I did understand of it, an reflection of the emotions and suffers of the writer, who has gone through a very dificult time.
When I look at the lives that Brian and Pete had so far, they could only manage this becouse of the right people at the right time and their unconditional love in each other.
I`m not planning to read Brian's destruction, while I don't want to suffer the pain that Brian had in the period of the seperation of Pete.
I did laugh and had tears in my eyes while reading those two stories. It was almost if Brian and Pete where my kids. I know that this is impossible,'cause I'm stil single and 47.
I wish that my life could be otherwise, but I don't complaign. I didn't found the right person in my life yet.
Enough of it......

I wish to thank Dwayne aka Dewey for the most wonderful stories I've read sofar.

To those who wasn't able to read the story, I say open it. You'll love it and can't stop it to finish.

The next story that certainly will keep me awake is the Power within.

Dewey I thank you for giving me the possibility to read those stories.

But I don't like the layout of the site. Itse very hard to use. The front page doen't fit in one screen. I allways open stories in a new window, because top- and sidebar take so much pace. I hope you are not affended by this, but the layout is really been anoying me for a while.

Comments:I've been reading the story of Brian and Pete for several years now and it seems as though neither boy has truly come to grips with what they have gone through. It is time for both Brian and Pete to realize that they have the very help that both need right in the same house. Kevin's love, help and understanding are the very reasons that Pete changed his last name to Patterson and that Brian felt so comfortable in the house before his parents moved to Oregon. It is time for both boys to give up the mindless "mind screw" and ask those adults that have helped them before to help them again. Let Kevin do what Kevin does best - it worked before - let's not repeat the errors of the past. Both young men can bebefit from Kevin's and Coach's help in resolving this ! !

Comments:first of all to dewey,
yur an amazing writer. call it silly but you're "brian & pete" saga very much impacted my life. I started reading them way back while you were writing them. I was not out nor had i ever had a boyfriend. Something about your stories taught me that it was really okay to fall in love with another boy, and i did, very much so! To Ryan (cool name! lol) "two thumbs up". One Life just tore at me, but man it was excellent - you couldn't have done a better job. And "kayden" all i gotta say is - when are you gonna put out the next chapter?!?! Anywyz all of you are amazing writers and i'm sure you've had a great impact on a lot of people. so keep up the good work!

Comments:I've not the vaguest re how and about a home page.

I do open up with Drudgereport on Yahoo.com and as well Google; too, a couple others.

Deweywriter is my first time here; found it by miracle. I like lugnutz; author was riveting (nutz, close no?)and I found it too biographical mostly and not enough of Nigel and Darr into more "growth." Like more story. Still great writer.

Comments: Been reading about Brian & Pete. Can't seem to get enough! The detail is astounding, and I begin to feel what they do. Maybe I'm reading my own emotions into their story, but I do get he "been there, done that" feeling a lot with the stories.
I hope as few have to go thru that as possible. I know it's rough, but there are a lot of peolpe out here in whom one can find comfort without feeling threatened in any way). That, too, can be tough, but one nedn't open up all the way at first. One shouldn't feel bad about addressing one's fears slowly, while gaining trust. There are a *LOT* of things to talk about w/o addressing sexuality right off the bat.
Good luck to all !!

Comments:Hi, Just wanted to thank you for the stories. I started with New life, then I found your stories about Brian and Pete. Loved it, specially the way the first two tie in together, parts overlapping, others separate subjects. Really neat. Was also really pleasantly surprised to see that you made the connection to the New life story. Like you, I do feel they really did fit together. Am now current with your latest story and am looking forward to new updates to see how Bri and Pete are doing.
Take care,
Arne

Comments:Dewey,

For around a month now I have been collocting alot of eBooks and there are some missing from my collection and I was wondering if you publish them in Adobe PDF format and email then to me the stories are For The Love Of Pete, Brian's Destruction And Brian & Pete. It would be great if you could do this that way they would match all my other eBook in my collection. Will you be adding all the stories you've written for Nifty to your site soon. I hope so you are a great writer. I love all of the stories I've read by you so far. Also maybe you could make a special web page just for PDF version of all the stories and get some of the others to publish some of their older stories that are out of print or are greatest hits. Please Think About It, Please.

Thanks,
Raziel Strider

P.S. Will you ever do more stories the Brian & Pete Series or some kind of spin off.

thanks again!!!
