K8 have not had the chance to get thru this site like i plan to but i have a few things i want to tell you now. 1) i have taken Lithium for close to 10 yrs. now and i always thot i could not take it without food. wrong! at one time i got sick stomach without food but at some point i have been able to take it on an empty stomach fine! try K8. Lithium can work very well! it changed my life totally! good luck! 2)alcohol is a depressant. you must be rid of it K8 if you are to be whole. i was addicted to booze too and have gotten off so you can too! you have got to want to get off it more than you want it! tell yourself it is a barrier to your progress in life! you have so much good ahead of you and the difficult, well booze will only intensify it! get rid of it K8. do it now while you are young! it will kill you! xo Denise :) | |
