| text: | Don't worry about anything. Things will work out for the best at the end. When Tony and I got married. We only gave my parents and his parents 3 tables each since we
were paying for the wedding ourselves. My mom and I also got into arguments over wedding stuff but it blew over and everything went smoothly that day. Think about the positive stuff and how special your wedding day will be. You only get to do this once so treasure every moment. Also, make sure you eat something because you and Parkin will be so busy that you guys won't be able to really eat that evening! Congrats and be happy!! |

pureed soup is easier to down, but the process takes out most of the fibre structure. Your body burn calories breaking down the fibre, so you may be cheating yourself of a few calories here and there by blending. Also, that "Cleansing" that you're looking for is decreased when you break down the structure. |

Darrell and I went through the same thing you and parkin are going through with a huge guest list of people you don't even know, have never met, don't plan on meeting again ever after your wedding day. As you know we had a huge wedding, we didn't know half the guests there because Darrell's dad invited a shitload of people that Darrell didn't even know. People his dad played tennis with 30 years ago for gods sakes. The worst is that we got crappy gifts and had to pay for the whole thing ourselves with no help from our family. All this to "give face". I remember walking down the aisle and looking at everyone there and thinking, who the hell are all these people? I wanted to celebrate this most happy day with friends and family that I love and cherish, not with strangers who could care less about our lives. Of course as the day progressed things got much better when I started seeing more of my friends, but I still remember during the banquet I was smiling at hundreds of people whom Darrell and I didn't know and to top it off Darrell's Dad demanded the best seats closest to the stage and dance floor, while all my friends got stuck in the back. I know you have a tough choice here and that is to just invite everyone on the damned list so that you won't hurt anyone's feelings OR do it the way you want to, and that is to invite people you love and people who love you. That's what makes it really special, sharing this one moment with cherished ones. Darrell and I always say to this day, if we could do it again, We would have only allowed our parents to invite 50 guests each. I think that's more than enough for any parent. It would have been less expensive and much more fun. Good Luck! |
