The station in Kalymnos is organized in such a way that they do not deliver your car where it is obviously needed : Pothia (ferry). So you have to pay a taxi to Myrthies or Masouri (10 €) Furthermore if you drop off the car at the airport they charge it 11 €. Last but not least, they pretend to charge 5€ for each small scratch of the painting. I have never seen that in other Avis stations in Europe (Spain, other Greek Islands ...) Probably they try harder ... to make more money. |
