Comments:I have just finished an oil painting of this Pioneer Church, thanks to Virginia Watson, of the Historical Society, who provided me with the photographs to paint from. The History of this little Church is very intreging and prompted me to paint it for a friend of mine who lives near this Church, my friend tells me that she gets a very peaceful feeling just looking at it. So a big Thank You to all who cared over the years to preserve this beautiful Historical landmark.

Comments:Beautiful website. Ken, this looks like a labor of love. We enjoyed exploring the place where you and Beth and the children are making your church home. It sounds like both a challenge and a joy. For a small church, you have a lot going. We enjoyed your recent letter, which, of course, is how we found our way to St. Mary's web site. Thanks for your letter. Please give our love to Beth. The Averys

Comments:Hello, Fr. Rasch, Christ is born! You may not remember me and Nancy, but we attended St Mary the Virgin ten years ago or so. I stumbled across your website and saw how close the fire had come to you a few months back. When we heard about them on the news, we wondered how close to the cemetary they had come. Thanks be to God that that beautiful church was spared. We hope you are well, and are having a blessed Christmastide. Please let us know how you have been, and know that you have our prayers for a happy a properous New Year. In Christ, George+ g.bufford@worldnet.att.net

Comments: What a wonderful website! I think it extremely well done! It has all the facts about our church and is beautifully done. I especially like the picture of the church the last time it was saved with the fire in the background. I have been telling people about it and now they can see it for themselves. The little church building has had so many things happen that almost destroy it and yet it has come through each crisis still beautiful and inspiring, especially in its new setting at the foot of the mountains.
